DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ... They charge more than other plumbers. A simple shut off valve on the toilet cost me over $180 because apparently there were other problems with the toilet which were not there before ... REALLY ???

I called plumbsmart last week on on the 19th and was given a window for service the same day. The tech Justin came 45min BEFORE the window which was very welcome when your a/c is out. He did quick but accurate assessment and diagnosis. Then repaired with no nonsense. A week later and the unit is still working great. A/C work is never going to be inexpensive but plumbSmart was fairly priced with no shenanigans.

Great experience with these folks today. Called them for a coil cleaning & tune up special. David was super professional and walked me through what he did and what he was seeing. There was a discrepancy between the price/services their CSR promised but David called management and the company agreed to their CSR's commitment. No pressure. Units are now running cooler and better. Best experience I've had with an AC company in 17 years in the Valley.

Called on Friday and they found an open spot same day.

When they came out, they found the issue in no time and resolved it.

They also advised me of other items to look out for in the near future to get taken care of.

They were friendly, professional and efficient in all aspects.

I will definitely be using them from here on out.

I had friends coming into town and decided I wanted to make them a nice dinner. Wouldn't luck have it, my kitchen drain decided to clog up without any warning. I panicked and called a friend who recommended PlumbSmart. When I called, I talked to a man named Matthew who was quite pleasant to speak with. He was empathic to my situation and able to get a plumber out to me the same day! Upon arrival, the plumber named Shawn assessed the situation, gave an upfront cost estimate, and unclogged the drain efficiently. The service provided by PlumbSmart was professional and outstanding from start to finish. I will be using them for any other plumbing issues that arise!

I was having some remodeling work done in my house. Part of the plan required plumbing work. As Byron, the PlumSmart representative was going over the cost with me, the other tradesmen were listening in on the conversation. I knew I was getting a ""con job"" by the actions of the representative. I did not contract the job with PlumSmart. I called another company and had the job completed at 1/4 the cost.
Forgetting about this experience, I called upon PlumSmart to trouble shoot leaking water due to excessive water bills. The same technician showed up, ran tests with a scope charged me $4K with no solution to the problem.
I cannot recommend this company. My advise is to seek plumbing help elsewhere.

Pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the reasonable pricing. We ordered a toilet in the morning that they were able to install same afternoon. I appreciate the electronic invoices as well - saves on paper clutter.

I would not call this company again. The ad in Craigslist stated 50 dollars to unclog a drain however ended up being 125 and the gentleman just had to unscrew the pipe and pull a piece of gunk out. After that he put it back together and he was done. It took him less than 10 minutes and didn't even dump the bucket of water out as he left it in my kitchen. The ad also says 179 for a new disposal installed however once they arrive the price was dramatically hire than what I was expecting based on their advertising.

I would just find a different honest company to use

The business owner stated that the ad said it was for local services which is untrue (see the link provided) as it does not say anything about distance. Paying for plumbing services is not the issue in my case as I understand the cost that goes into the work, however my concern is within the dishonesty of the business. I say this with all due respect, however the ad does not have any of the information the business owner stated and as previously stated if you are looking for an honest business to continue to use find someone else. In this situation I would have hoped the owner would have kept their word as advertised.

An honest business is in my opinion worth more than the actual cost spent. Keep in mind the owner states the additional cost was due to the distance to my location, however the ad also says ""NO TRIP CHARGES"". Doesn't make any sense other than dishonest advertising.

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business. The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken. Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight. The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.

The company is acting like only one technician came out.
Two came out to my house, not one. Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate? Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done. I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.

I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today. I was never told at that point, this can't be done. This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done. I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try. That tells me a lot.

I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours. I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.

To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)
They never offered Saturday install as stated
They knew I was expecting Friday install from talking to scheduler, original appt, two plumbers came.
The company is acting like none of this happened and the bad experience is the customer's fault.
Nothing was done to try to make it so we could have the planned party at our house. When asked if we could at least get the sink hooked up, it was a no.
