I am not always pleased with the companies my home warranty company sends but in the case of Plumbline Plumbing I was more than pleased. Eric Mercado went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He was very considerate of my time schedule and even came back to check on an issue to make certain everything was working right. I will not hesitate to have Plumbline Plumbing assigned to my home, again, and will definitely request Eric should the case arise.

I have a home warranty company called First American Home Warranty. They sent this company out. They couldn't fixed my kitchen sink stoppage. They couldn't remove the drain cap underneath the sink so they said they will call me in the evening to come out the next day. Well, I waited for the call. No call back. I attended to call them twice the following day but no answer so went to voicemail. After I called Snake N Lateral plumbing they said they will be at my house in two hours and was on time. I finally called Plumbline back and told them their service was no longer needed and I had a company at the house fixing the problem. Tech Auston saved the day. He was able to remove the drain cap and fixed the problem.

My grandmother's home warranty company sent them out. He showed up and said there was no ground clean out and he'd have to go through the roof (which we knew). He said he would call the insurance company to see if they would pay for it (of course they wouldn't, which we knew). He called the insurance company and said he finished the job, and we never heard from him again (had to call the insurance company to get that info). He has not returned any our or the tenant's phone calls. He is a joke. His phone number is currently 559-288-8377, not what's listed on Yelp.

After all of the less than positive reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Eric came out to fix a broken pipe. He did a great job and was very eager to please. I wouldn't hesitate to use him and their company again!!!

I had Eric from Plumbline Plumbing come to my home today. He got here fast and repaired our broken garbage disposal quickly. I was nervous because I read all the reviews before today. But my experience was awesome and I highly recommend Eric.

They were sent by my home warranty company and at first i was hesitant because of some negative reviews on here.
Turns out my hesitation was completely unfounded. The plumber Eric came to my house was both professional and friendly. He did a quick job taking care of multiple issues. I would definitely choose them again if the need arose.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company ever. Lazy and unwilling to put any effort whatsoever into fixing anything.

They came out and did absolutely nothing and I still had to pay them my service fee from First American Home Warranty.

I have a suspicion that the only positive reviews they have received are from friends and family. If they are assigned to you, refuse and request a new company. I'm completely and utterly disgusted with them.

I will be posting reviews of their poor service on every review site I can, as well as contacting my Home Warranty company and requesting they stop doing business with them.

This is the worst plumbing company ever. They were at my home for 5 minutes, and lied to my home warranty company. The plumber did not return my multiple phone calls and my home warranty denied the work because the plumber was too lazy to do it himself.

After reading all the bad reviews I was not going to hire them. My home warranty insurance sent them anyways and they wouldnt change the plummer. So im like ""lets give them a chance"" maybe they got it together. The Plummer Eric came out and did a great job. He found the water leak in the ceiling and was able to fix it the next day (it needed approval from my warranty company). Give this company a chance maybe they just had a bad employee in the past. Plus people usually only post when they have bad experiences and not good ones.

If I can give negative stars I would. They came out for not even 5 min and told our home warranty company that it was unfixable because it was our fault. That is a total lie. They are just lazy to do the work and I still had to pay them to come out for only 5 min. This company is a rip off DON'T waste your time calling them. They are just going to take your money and not do any work.
