Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). Do Not do business with this company. I found them thru First American home Warranty (one of their contractors)and I had a burst pipe under one of our two water heaters. I could tell right away he didn't seem enthusiastic about doing the job. his analysis of the work required was wrong, the piping does not go under the slab, it only services our kitchen. First American (two people) told me there were NO non covered expenses(what a lie) and now they changed their determination and want to give me a cash out of $900 and NOT fix the problem.

Do yourself a favor and don't use Plumbline Plumbing and surely don't buy a contract from First American Home Warranty.

You can promise a man anything as long as you reserve the right to withdraw that promise.

Poor integrity and service! I would never hire! This company was sent out by the home warranty company as second plumbing company to inspect a water leak. Eric came out inspected my shower tub and saw a physical water leaking from my pipe. He said he's surprise the first company didn't go the extra mile to find the leak. Now he did find a leak but instead after he told me he found the leak and will repair but need to make a report. Eric turns around and made a ridiculous report to the warranty company stating the leak is caused by electrolysis. I would of been fine had he said based on his finding he doesn't think the work will be cover by the warranty company, but instead he submitted a twisted statement and dragged me on not knowing what is my next steps to fix the issue. I can see why, now that there's poor rating for this plumbing company. C'mon All I'm asking was just honesty and this company didn't even come close to it.

This company is a joke. After seeing that the problem was underneath the kitchen sink and in the wall; he stated he could not touch it and told AHS the job was closed until we could get a contractor out here to take the wall out. We called another licensed plumber and he fixed the problem that day without destroying a wall. I'm going to cancel AHS because of these guys. If this is the quality of plumbers AHS sends out; I will no longer pay monthly for horrible service.

Technician came to my home for an AHS service call. Said he was going to order parts and would return to do the repair when parts arrived. They then told AHS my case was completed. Multiple attempts to contact with no response. Work was never completed. What a scam!

I had a minor problem in which my diverter that switches from tub to shower head was not working. am a renter and my landlord has AHS. I understand the contractors that work with AHS claims are probably not first on their priority list. Even though I received notification from AHS that Plumbline Plumbing would be in touch with me within 24 hours to set up an appointment, I had to contact my landlord to tell them it had been 3 business days and I had not heard from this company. Abel did call me later that evening (3rd business day) and set up an appointment for 3 days later. The window in which they can come is rather large; he said between 10AM-3:00PM. I could not be home for that wide timeframe so my dad was going to have to come over and meet up with them. Abel said that I would receive a text 25 min prior to them heading to my home; I found out later the text went to my Junk folder. Luckily my adult son was home still.

Abel told my son that the faucet inside had rusted away and needed to be replaced. Abel replaced the faucet and was done with the job quickly. Although I didn't get to personally meet Abel, my shower is working again so he knows what he is doing and he did show up in the timeframe he gave me over the phone.

No need to beat a dead horse! They lied about the diagnosis to AHS so they wouldn't cover it, Abel doesn't return calls, he's about as worthless as they come, several phone calls later to AHS for second opinion with a legitimate plumber and problem is fixed, wish I read the reviews here before wasting my time with these thief's!

They came by looked at the work that needed to be done with my disposal. They told They would come back to fix. Never called me. I contacted them, they told me they would set up an appointment. 2 weeks have passed, and no call from them. Unreliable, and undependable. They probably would have done a crappy job anyway, looking at their ratings. Don't bother contacting them, they won't return your call. Very bad business.

Work reported to AHS needed repair to Sink it has a leak, shower head clogged, patio bib spout no flow just drip. The technician took off the shower cleaned it and put back . Here are a few details in a letter sent not worth rewriting enough of my time wasted..Waiting on second opinion and AHS is opening an investigation.

Just so you know exterior faucet Bibs are covered Section (E) item (4 - hose bibs covered under contract) as long as part of the original foundation. However your son told me that most likely there are not going to approve!

Certainly they will not approve it because according to the CS rep. @ AHS YOUR TECHNICIAN REPORTED it was an ""irrigation spout""!!!

This is a fraudulent diagnosis this spout has nothing to do with irrigation! Regardless, I will assume that maybe He just didn't want to work. I would like to hear from you today before I have AHS open up an investigation. If you do not care, please don't call me back.

Concerning the sink, ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED PLUMBER would have removed the small amount of deteriorated Grout on counter top and on lip of sink with a scraper. Probably 5-10 minute fix. The sink IS ALREADY FLUSH and The next only require silicone to seal. And of course Very simple fix!! You have my number.. This is not the first time We had a problem with your technician/son. Not upset because he didn't fix it.. Because he diagnosed the sink as secondary damage which it is due to ""wear and tear,"" the grout simply gradually ""wore down"" on the sink over the years. Similar to a toilet, the ring wears down on a toilet and the movement causes leaks.. Is Butt movement consider secondary damage or is it ""wear and tear?""

Just because you are contracted by American Home Shield, you are still bound to report accurately by the State of California. When I called you wouldn't even answer the call to address my concerns. So I thought I would give you an honest review.

Do not call them. They were called out to my house BY AHS warranty to unclog my tub and fix the shower head leak. The guy showed up looking hung over. Did nothing and said he'll send the estimate to AHS. AHS said they were given an estimated cost of $1,055 for repairs. I wanted to move forward with the estimate and it took me 2 weeks to get ahold of them (calling non stop). When they finally picked up, they told me the estimate was false and cant do the work!! And they couldnt unclog the tub because it was not covered. When I called AHS they said it was? This company charges the call out fee but does not provide real service. Home warranty scammers.
