Terrible service! My lame home warranty company First American Home Warranty assigned me this company. I made the mistake of paying the service fee up front... and they never called to set up appointment and never returned MY calls... needless to say 3 days later I called and canceled the service and will be canceling my contract with First American as well.... they seem to only do business with one-star companies.

I had a hot water leak in my cement slab in one of my bedrooms from my water heater. First American assigned me to Plumbline Plumbing. I was already stressed because everything had to be removed from the bedroom including the carpet. After reading the two star reviews I became nervous. I was assigned Eric and another gentlemen. They jackhammered through my cement and begin the process of repairing my leaking pipe. During the process it was discovered that I had additional leaking, as it was almost near the end of the day, Eric called two other workers plus the owner to help him complete the task as I really wasn't in a position to take another day off of work back to back for them to finish the repair. They fixed my pipes, and the owner Abel gave me an educational lesson on how my water heater works. They then came back on a different day that was convenient for me to patch up my cement. They were very professional and communicated with me during the whole process. The only issue I had was not getting a call back to make my initial appointment and as I was trying to book my second appointment for the patch up, it took them a couple of days to respond back. That's the only reason for not getting 5 stars. They did tell me they are a small company, and they do not have a receptionist to handle calls. I'm glad my issue was fixed. I usually read reviews but never take the time to give one, good or bad so I'm doing my due diligence for anyone thinking that they can not perform an extensive job, they can and was professional.

Horrible service! I wish first American warranty would stop sending them! They came out and did nothing! They said that the insurance wouldn't cover yet previous plumber were able to fix the problem without having to use the roof access. The insurance doesn't cover roof access but they don't even try to fix the problem through the ground access! Stay away from this absolute horrible company!

First American Home Warranty referred my clogged drain to Plumbline Plumbing. When Abel and Simon arrived they assessed the problem and determined there was no dedicated ground level clean out for the kitchen. It would have to be cleaned out through the roof vent and it was not covered. They explained which of the roof vents it was and took time to educate me on how it needed to be cleaned out. Other companies that have been out for plumbing issues in the past never took time to really explain what the were doing. I would say even though they were unable to fix my issue I am giving them 5 stars because of the fact they took time to educat me and gave me some pointers. If I have issues in the future I will request them to be our plumbers. Thank you Abel and Simon.

These past reviews ARE NOT FAKE! These reviewers are mentioning exactly what I just experienced! First American Warranty sent them on November 26th and nothing is done! Able blames the warranty company but it appears he's lying. He took the measurements and the warranty company ordered the water heater. Then Abel says it's the wrong water heater and orders another one and then he says that is the wrong water heater! Abel- If your ordering the part and it keeps coming wrong twice how is that not your fault? Anyhow we've been through Thanksgiving and we're going on our 11th day with seven people living in the house and no nothing at all works the way they shut down the water heater. It's been a complete nightmare and not only does plumbline not care less but the warranty company is just a joke. They do not deserve one star!

I am not always pleased with the companies my home warranty company sends but in the case of Plumbline Plumbing I was more than pleased. Eric Mercado went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He was very considerate of my time schedule and even came back to check on an issue to make certain everything was working right. I will not hesitate to have Plumbline Plumbing assigned to my home, again, and will definitely request Eric should the case arise.

I have a home warranty company called First American Home Warranty. They sent this company out. They couldn't fixed my kitchen sink stoppage. They couldn't remove the drain cap underneath the sink so they said they will call me in the evening to come out the next day. Well, I waited for the call. No call back. I attended to call them twice the following day but no answer so went to voicemail. After I called Snake N Lateral plumbing they said they will be at my house in two hours and was on time. I finally called Plumbline back and told them their service was no longer needed and I had a company at the house fixing the problem. Tech Auston saved the day. He was able to remove the drain cap and fixed the problem.

My grandmother's home warranty company sent them out. He showed up and said there was no ground clean out and he'd have to go through the roof (which we knew). He said he would call the insurance company to see if they would pay for it (of course they wouldn't, which we knew). He called the insurance company and said he finished the job, and we never heard from him again (had to call the insurance company to get that info). He has not returned any our or the tenant's phone calls. He is a joke. His phone number is currently 559-288-8377, not what's listed on Yelp.

After all of the less than positive reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Eric came out to fix a broken pipe. He did a great job and was very eager to please. I wouldn't hesitate to use him and their company again!!!

I had Eric from Plumbline Plumbing come to my home today. He got here fast and repaired our broken garbage disposal quickly. I was nervous because I read all the reviews before today. But my experience was awesome and I highly recommend Eric.
