Never call back!! Takes a few days for a return call. Technician came out took a picture of the line on kitchen faucet. Today is March 8th STILL NOT FIXED! No return phone calls! Called twice today March 8th.........

Eric was on time, friendly, and explained the process with my toilet. It is a skirted toilet and new to him. He looked up the model, got the instructions, and took the toilet off, no problem. He couldn't find evidence of a leak. I couldn't see it either. The ""leaking"" could have been caused by use of a hospital potty over the toilet due to recent knee replacement (urine may have sprayed out). Eric told me if it happens again, they will come out, no charge. He cleaned up the mess before putting the toilet back on. He also cleared the filter in the hose and stopped the whistling sound. Great service!

Took 2 months go get a water heater replaced.
Don't use, and I won't ever again.

I agree with all the negative reviews. This company is the worst especially eric. I've had problems with them before thru AHS. They lie about modifications just to get more money. Never return calls. Terrible service!!!

We made a claim with AHS and after making an appointment Eric came out, assessed our problem, and fixed it. My husband said he was nice and efficient. Thank you plumbline plumbing!

I had a horrible experience when iui sing the company for warranty work. Stay away!!! The other reviews are true. The service tech was rude beyond belief. He left his mess for us to clean up.

Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). Do Not do business with this company. I found them thru First American home Warranty (one of their contractors)and I had a burst pipe under one of our two water heaters. I could tell right away he didn't seem enthusiastic about doing the job. his analysis of the work required was wrong, the piping does not go under the slab, it only services our kitchen. First American (two people) told me there were NO non covered expenses(what a lie) and now they changed their determination and want to give me a cash out of $900 and NOT fix the problem.

Do yourself a favor and don't use Plumbline Plumbing and surely don't buy a contract from First American Home Warranty.

You can promise a man anything as long as you reserve the right to withdraw that promise.

Poor integrity and service! I would never hire! This company was sent out by the home warranty company as second plumbing company to inspect a water leak. Eric came out inspected my shower tub and saw a physical water leaking from my pipe. He said he's surprise the first company didn't go the extra mile to find the leak. Now he did find a leak but instead after he told me he found the leak and will repair but need to make a report. Eric turns around and made a ridiculous report to the warranty company stating the leak is caused by electrolysis. I would of been fine had he said based on his finding he doesn't think the work will be cover by the warranty company, but instead he submitted a twisted statement and dragged me on not knowing what is my next steps to fix the issue. I can see why, now that there's poor rating for this plumbing company. C'mon All I'm asking was just honesty and this company didn't even come close to it.
