We are still waiting for plumline plumbing to come out and fix a faucet and garbage disposal. Some kid came out looked under sink said he needed authorization to replace disposal . I asked him about sink and he said they did not have work order. That was fault of who ever sent him cause when they made appointment they had it. Anyway he left when I class AHS to find out when they were coming back they said it had already been completed. Well AHS tells me well we can send them back out to redo it and I told them they have not even done and they said well it shows here they did so we can send them back to fix what is wrong with the work again I said they haven't even done anything. So finally I said fine send them out on recall I just checked status it says complete. I do not recommend plumline plumbing or American Home Shield they both are unreliable they take your money without work being done. If I could give half a star it would only be cause they are perfect failures so far. If they fix what they were supposed to do I will gladly change this.

Any positive review here is FAKE. This company is a JOKE and should be banned from AHS for ripping off people with their so called ""Modifications""
They were sent by AHS to replace a leaking water heater and told AHS that there would be a $400 service fee for ""pipe modifications"" which is an absolute lie! The ""modification"" turns out to be replacing the flex lines and the T&P discharge line which was a 14"" piece of cpvc pipe. Even if you double the price of the cost of the materials they used, you are looking at maybe $80. If you ask any plumber worth his salt (which I did) you will find out that both of these so called ""modifications"" are part of a standard water heater install. Bottom line here is DO NOT let this company in your house unless you don't mind paying for bogus non-existent ""modifications""
They are preying on hard working people by charging the insurance company AND then charging the customer a service fee for work they never perform. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and it is my sincerest hope that Plumbline Plumbing will soon be out of business!!!

I wish I could give them negative 100 stars. The plumber that came out Eric was an epic fail. Prior to them coming out we were able to use our showers after he left we could not. He left multiple times to go to and get lord knows where. We were left with no showers for two weeks in over 100 degree weather and the owner Abel wanted to send Eric back so he could break the showers further. We asked Abel several times to come and look at what his employee did and left us with. I recommend running as fast as you can from this company do not let them touch any of your plumbing.

We had plumbline plumbing as our service provider, through American Home Shield home warranty claim. Eric came out and fixed our leaky faucets. He was very professional and fixed the issues very quickly.

They show up for American Home Shield warranty service then dissappear FOREVER after you pay them $75 to look at your plumbing issue and pretend they know what they are doing. YOU MIGHT AS WELL LIGHT 75 DOLLARS ON FIRE RATHER THAN LET THESE SCUMBAGS IN YOUR HOME

They came out through AHS. They were here for maybe 30-45 minutes and it was done. You can't ask for better than that. I'd ask for them next time I need a plumbing repair.

Our home warranty company sent them out. They said they couldn't get access to the main washout. Quoted us $200 to cut it off, replace and rotorooter. They were supposed to be here last Friday. Friday came and went they never called, I left a msg..they did not return the msg. I legitimately feel they stole our service fee and had no plans to return.

In contrast, we contacted a separate company who gave us a cheaper quote, gave us a choice of service window times and showed up the same day. Their person did all of the above *and* found other issues and fixed them for less than this company quoted us.

I will be contacting my home warranty company and expressly complaining and warning them.

I'm not one to write reviews usually, but I had to note this company's horrible customer service. The technician that was sent out was nice and seemed competent, but did not have the proper equipment to fix our problem. He said he would get the parts and would call the next morning to schedule. We never heard from him. We continued to call the company to follow-up and were told we would receive a call back. It has been over 2 weeks and we have still heard nothing. We have since gone with another plumbing company that has been fantastic and responsive!

Really unprofessional, The pilot kept shutting off on my boiler and Abel was the first to show up and diagnosed that the igniter on the boiler itself was bad, made me wait a couple days then ended up not replacing anything just changed the water temp. Next was Simon, they came back two more times for the same issue. They claimed the issue is for a clogged vent and cleaned it. Issue persisted; a more profesional company came by and diagnosed it within minutes and ended up replacing my boiler. Plumbline is not worth the time, would not recommend them.
