Excellent experience with Thomas the owner of Plumbit Services. I had a broken water line in my front yard, the water seeping up into the yard. After receiving a quote from a larger plumbing company, I found Plumbit Services on Yelp and read all of the great reviews of Thomas' work. I sent a request for a quote to Plumbit via Yelp and they responded with a phone call in about an hour. Thomas came out the same day and gave me a free, no obligation quote on a couple of options for taking care of the broken line. His prices were fair and reasonable and much better than the larger company. Thomas was there early the next morning and repaired the line. It took him a little longer than he anticipated but he stuck to his quoted price. In addition we discovered a leaky toilet while he was here which he fixed as well for a very fair price. I will definitely use Plumbit Services for any future plumbing issues!

Thomas did a good job installing my kitchen faucet. He was happy to provide me an estimate on yelp, which virtually no other plumber did. He had a very competitive quote and didn't try to up-charge me when he arrived. It's nice to have a no-hassle plumber! One thing to note, he's very busy, so it took an appointment two weeks in advance to get him out.

Called this company after another plumber ignored my calls (after we ordered the materials he said we needed for him) to fix a leak in my bathroom. Thomas came out to fix the leak. He was a nice guy but he is not a good plumber. When he arrived I showed him the leak and the materials we purchased for the prior plumber to fix. He came out of the bathroom and told me I ordered the wrong parts. He proceeded to tell me the parts I ordered were Delta and what was on my tub was not Delta. He then tells me he can not fix it. We also ask if he could put a separate shut off valve in our unit as it is a condo. He goes out and looks around the building and then comes in and looks in all the rooms for a crawl space. There is not one in any of the units in my complex. He then proceeds to ask to cut a hole in the ceiling in my laundry room to find where all the pipes are. The one hole turns into three and 4-6 hours later the leak is not fixed, we have three holes in three separate rooms with no shut off valve and a bill for $250. Today Hill Mechanical came out and fixed the bathroom leak in 20 minutes with all the stuff that we order per the request of the first plumber. The parts were Delta as were the parts that were already on the tub. We called Plumbit company due to the high ratings on Yelp. Warning: do not call this company for plumbing services but if looking for a demo company that does nothing asked for and leaves you with a big bill go ahead

Lets start from the beginning -- 1st appt didn't go as plan due to weather which is completely understandable. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation with my toilet causing noises and explained to me what the possible issues might be. He'd start off by fixing something minor (that he had tools and parts for in the van), and if that didn't work, he'd move on to the bigger things. Luckily, the minor solution worked and all is well now, no noise. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks Thomas!!

With warm water draining outside of my house due to a faulty temperature/pressure valve on the water heater, I once again had to call upon the services of Thomas with Plumbit Services. Thomas was working on Labor Day so I had him come out first thing in the morning. He checked out the situation, gave his suggestion for resolution, set a reasonable expectation for completion of work (without running water in the house), and finished in less time than expected. The price was fair too! Often times it can be difficult to have a second great experience but that's what I had with Plumbit. I'll continue to use Plumbit Services for all of my plumbing needs. Thomas was fantastic. I contacted him late Saturday night for a clogged kitchen drain. He was at my house at 8:00 am Monday morning. He was quick and very professional and his prices were fantastic. He charged me exactly what he initially quoted me. I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs.

Thomas came out today to install a thermal expansion tank and replace our pressure regulator. Some companies are unwilling to give you even a ballpark figure when it comes to a job, which is understandable in some cases but frustrating for pretty straightforward needs such as ours. Thomas was very responsive via Yelp messaging and even gave us an actual cost, which he stuck to. He was professional, friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly and thoroughly. He even installed an extra shutoff valve--for no charge--just past the pressure regulator, just because he would have wanted one himself! Above and beyond. Great guy, great service, and definitely someone we'll be calling again when we need plumbing help in the future.

This was my second experience with Thomas and he was as efficient as the first. He worked within the time frame quoted and did an excellent job replacing a pressure valve in the basement and an exterior faucet. Highly recommend this Company.
