Thomas was fantastic. I contacted him late Saturday night for a clogged kitchen drain. He was at my house at 8:00 am Monday morning. He was quick and very professional and his prices were fantastic. He charged me exactly what he initially quoted me. I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs.

With warm water draining outside of my house due to a faulty temperature/pressure valve on the water heater, I once again had to call upon the services of Thomas with Plumbit Services. Thomas was working on Labor Day so I had him come out first thing in the morning. He checked out the situation, gave his suggestion for resolution, set a reasonable expectation for completion of work (without running water in the house), and finished in less time than expected. The price was fair too! Often times it can be difficult to have a second great experience but that's what I had with Plumbit. I'll continue to use Plumbit Services for all of my plumbing needs. Thomas did a good job installing my kitchen faucet. He was happy to provide me an estimate on yelp, which virtually no other plumber did. He had a very competitive quote and didn't try to up-charge me when he arrived. It's nice to have a no-hassle plumber! One thing to note, he's very busy, so it took an appointment two weeks in advance to get him out.

First time I spoke with Thomas, he sounded great. He said he was busy all week, but I wanted to use him because of his raving reviews on Yelp. I called him as he requested the following Monday to schedule out. He said he would come out the following afternoon. I wasn't concerned much as my plumbing issues weren't extremely urgent. He never showed up, so I called him that afternoon. He apologized and said he can come out on Thursday around 5:00pm. He called the day of and told me he was in route. By the way, my brother cancelled his plans so he could be at my house to meet him. Six o'clock rolls around and he's still not around. He ignored all of my calls and did not respond to any of my texts until about 8pm.. My final text was, """"I'm guessing you're not coming. Thank you for your professionalism."""" His response was, """"No problem."""" I know I was being sarcastic and passive-aggressive, but really.. where is your professionalism? At least give a call or text, and don't say you're on the way and not show up. I definitely will not recommend.

Thomas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and his pricing cannot be beat! He fixed the problems I was having with two toilets, and explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend him if you need plumbing work done!

He was on time getting out here a couple days later and very polite and professional with the job. He gave me a quote for the actual work, which was close to the original estimate and managed to get the job done, even though presented some additional unforseen challenges along the way. I tried everything from drain cleaners to snaking the drain to fix my slow running kitchen sink and nothing worked so I decided to call a plumber. I called Thomas after looking at all the positive reviews on yelp. He answered the phone right away and was on time to the schedule appointments that were made. He fixed the drain and I haven't had any problems with it since. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding other possible plumbing issues. I would recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a plumber.

I had a slow drain issue that affected one of my bathrooms. Thomas had a look at it and quoted me an amount based on the hours he thought it would take. He fixed the issue and took almost double the time he quoted but he kept to his original quote. He also answered a lot of questions I had about water filters and how to improve the plumbing in my home. Great guy to work with. Will use him again!

So I was looking for a reputable plumber in the area who would be able to install an expansion tank on our hot water heater before we sold our home. I contacted three plumbers on Yelp. Thomas was the quickest at getting back to me and his price was the same as another plumber. The 3rd plumber wanted to come over to give a price quote on the expansion tank, which I thought was odd, seeing this is a basic job. Thomas was able to come out in the next couple of days, while the others would have been at least over a week. He let me know a day before that he would come over and called earlier that day to let me know he was leaving a job to come over to our house. I had to step out, but he treated my wife with great respect and when I came back, I noticed he did an excellent job. He cleaned up whatever leftover debris there was and everything is working perfectly. The job he did looks very clean. I definitely would use Thomas again when we need plumbing for our new house. He is very professional, does a great job, communicates well and shows up when he says he will. This is exactly the reason why Thomas has such great reviews here, he is good at what he does. Thomas came out today to install a thermal expansion tank and replace our pressure regulator. Some companies are unwilling to give you even a ballpark figure when it comes to a job, which is understandable in some cases but frustrating for pretty straightforward needs such as ours. Thomas was very responsive via Yelp messaging and even gave us an actual cost, which he stuck to. He was professional, friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly and thoroughly. He even installed an extra shutoff valve--for no charge--just past the pressure regulator, just because he would have wanted one himself! Above and beyond. Great guy, great service, and definitely someone we'll be calling again when we need plumbing help in the future.
