I called Thomas to replace a sewage ejector pump ( a very unpleasant job) He told me that he would come the next day at 8 AM, and at 8AM he was standing at my door ( that is very rare for a contractor) he quoted a reasonable price and next day service. He arrived when promised and completed the job in less time than I expected. It has been a month now and everything is still perfect. Also he did not leave a mess and his price was actually slightly LESS than he quoted. I would not think of calling anyone else!

Called this company after another plumber ignored my calls (after we ordered the materials he said we needed for him) to fix a leak in my bathroom. Thomas came out to fix the leak. He was a nice guy but he is not a good plumber. When he arrived I showed him the leak and the materials we purchased for the prior plumber to fix. He came out of the bathroom and told me I ordered the wrong parts. He proceeded to tell me the parts I ordered were Delta and what was on my tub was not Delta. He then tells me he can not fix it. We also ask if he could put a separate shut off valve in our unit as it is a condo. He goes out and looks around the building and then comes in and looks in all the rooms for a crawl space. There is not one in any of the units in my complex. He then proceeds to ask to cut a hole in the ceiling in my laundry room to find where all the pipes are. The one hole turns into three and 4-6 hours later the leak is not fixed, we have three holes in three separate rooms with no shut off valve and a bill for $250. Today Hill Mechanical came out and fixed the bathroom leak in 20 minutes with all the stuff that we order per the request of the first plumber. The parts were Delta as were the parts that were already on the tub. We called Plumbit company due to the high ratings on Yelp. Warning: do not call this company for plumbing services but if looking for a demo company that does nothing asked for and leaves you with a big bill go ahead

I called many places to get a quote for a fix. He by far was the most reasonably priced. He had to drain my water heater that took some time, but he installed my new gas valve easily. Compared to others, he's a family man plumber, much more personable, not someone who is dispatched from a reception with little experience. He was very familiar with the parts and seemed very knowledgable. I'd call again if I have trouble in the future.

Lets start from the beginning -- 1st appt didn't go as plan due to weather which is completely understandable. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation with my toilet causing noises and explained to me what the possible issues might be. He'd start off by fixing something minor (that he had tools and parts for in the van), and if that didn't work, he'd move on to the bigger things. Luckily, the minor solution worked and all is well now, no noise. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks Thomas!!

We had a leaky shower, called due to recommendation, were given a 6 hr time window, which was fine, but plumber called at 5 and said he'd be here in 30 mins, showed up at 6. Charged $326 for a new cartridge saying it was the """"low end"""" for this work. Took 20 mins to fix, then as we were signing receipt he says to my husband he could've fixed it for around $40. Will not call again.

So I was looking for a reputable plumber in the area who would be able to install an expansion tank on our hot water heater before we sold our home. I contacted three plumbers on Yelp. Thomas was the quickest at getting back to me and his price was the same as another plumber. The 3rd plumber wanted to come over to give a price quote on the expansion tank, which I thought was odd, seeing this is a basic job. Thomas was able to come out in the next couple of days, while the others would have been at least over a week. He let me know a day before that he would come over and called earlier that day to let me know he was leaving a job to come over to our house. I had to step out, but he treated my wife with great respect and when I came back, I noticed he did an excellent job. He cleaned up whatever leftover debris there was and everything is working perfectly. The job he did looks very clean. I definitely would use Thomas again when we need plumbing for our new house. He is very professional, does a great job, communicates well and shows up when he says he will. This is exactly the reason why Thomas has such great reviews here, he is good at what he does.
