My elderly mom in Woodland Hills needed a toilet lever to be replaced, plus she wanted to replace her kitchen faucet. I live overseas so I was looking for a plumber who would not stress out my mom. Alex put my mom at ease and installed her chosen faucet according to her wishes. Alex took care of both items with an added accessory for the kitchen faucet within the original quoted range. Requested a quote through Yelp for faucet and pressure regulator replacement shortly after 6pm. Alex responded within minutes with a complete quote for labor comparable to others. They had availability the next morning at 9-10am and arrived within the scheduled time frame.

Alex and his coworker tested the water pressure and confirmed that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. It took roughly half an hour to replace the kitchen faucet with one I already bought. It took about an hour to buy parts, and another hour to replace the pressure regulator with some blowtorch and pipe work needed.

Everything was completed within 3 hours. Plumbing Works provided excellent service and value for the labor charged. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

I will always use Plumbing Works because of Alex's honesty. Another plumbing company said my home and family were in danger if I did not make a repair costing $1,600. I asked Alex for a second opinion and he demonstrated to me why the repair was completely unnecessary. Think about that. He had a chance to undercut the other guys and make himself a few hundred dollars and he chose to do the right thing. That's why I will always go with this company.
