Alex came over to the house to review and diagnose the issue that I had with my toilet. He was on time and a clear communicator as well as provided very upfront pricing that I thought was reasonable. He was able to quickly resolve the issue that I had and was respectful of my home. I would rehire him again.

Last week we spotted a leak in laundry area, which was causing a minor flooding situation in our very overpacked garage near the laundry machines. I contacted a few places, and settled on Plumbing Works. Alex and Ronald came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, which was a leaking pipe behind the drywall, behind and beneath the water heater. They had to tear out some drywall, disconnect and move the water heater, and rip apart the stand the water heater was on to access the pipes and stop the leak. After getting some fans in to dry out the area for a couple days and nights, they returned and completed the repair -- they fixed the pipes, put in new drywall, built a new stand, and reinstalled the heater. The project took a few days, but that was due to the necessity of making sure it was all dry before they finished. When they were here working, they were fast, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned everything up before they left and even installed a new dryer vent. Great job, and highly recommended!

I would recommend Plumbing Works highly! We needed to move our propane tank so we had to extend the pipes to its new spot . We also had some PVC pipe going to our garden hoses that was leaking. He gave us a quote on the spot which was almost half of what one plumber quoted us the other three plumbers said they would send us a quote and never got back to us. He came and got the work done quickly and everything works good and we're very happy. I will call them again when I need plumbing done.

Alex installed a moen smart water monitor and made some changes to the existing piping to enable installing the device. He and his team were very professional , were on time and were very reasonable with their rates. Communication with Alex was very easy and he was prompt in his responses before we scheduled. Very easy and comfortable to work with and would easily recommend him based on my experience.

I noticed a leak in one of our outdoor irrigation water pipes and contacted Alex from Plumbing Works. After describing the problem he sent me a very reasonable quote. This is important- many times I have called servicemen (plumbers, electricians, etc) to my home and they will quote me a price after first coming to my home and getting a sense of what they think I can afford. But Alex gave me a quote after just my description of the problem. He didn't know my address or anything else. At no time did I feel that he was charging me too much in fact I was happy with his quote and the final amount he charged fell near the low end of the quote. He came to our home the next day and knew exactly what to do and did a great job. It was a pleasure!

Alex came out to install an automatic shutoff valve and I ordered the wrong size. He went to purchase the adapters and installed it without me having to replace it. My elderly mom in Woodland Hills needed a toilet lever to be replaced, plus she wanted to replace her kitchen faucet. I live overseas so I was looking for a plumber who would not stress out my mom. Alex put my mom at ease and installed her chosen faucet according to her wishes. Alex took care of both items with an added accessory for the kitchen faucet within the original quoted range. What more could we have asked for? I'm sure my mom will want to contact Plumbing Works again when she has a plumbing project or repair.
