Yo...they were just awesome in every way. They were very busy today so got here a little late but stayed late to finish my job. The only company that made time for me today so I'd have water in my house today, same day I called them. Both Alex and Fernando were working hard to get my job done timely. My water heater went out on Friday, and I called and spoke to Freddy. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Angel came out and gave me a quote. Also very knowledgeable. Mickie came out and replaced the tank. He did fantastic work and was very thorough. I'm so happy I found this company. They really know their stuff.

Work has been completed, all is code compliant and the city signed off on the permit this morning. From start to finish Plumbing Tree exceeded our expectations. They were very communicative, managed our expectations and looked for ways to accomplish what we needed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Gilbert started and finished the project. He was outstanding as was everyone that we worked with from their company. Freddy was also very helpful during the initial consultation stage through the quoting process. We will definitely check with Plumbing Tree first moving forward prior to having any additional plumbing work completed on our home.

They always quote very reasonable prices by phone, though they charge a flat rate for the first hour of work. I'm unsure if this means they cannot provide free quotes on site. We had initially just agreed to a quick fix for a leak, and a professional opinion about a larger plumbing issue. They were upfront and honest about pricing for each repair service, had enough schedule flexibility and came prepared to take on more work than we had initially planned for. Very happy with their quality of work!

I have referred the heck out of these guys and ALL my friends love them!! We get excited when we see their trucks on the freeway because these guys are so cool!! Ok, getting corny w it. Plumbing Tree sent us an Angel. He was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. 2nd time in need of multiple plumbing jobs in the house, and 100% happy. Thank you Plumbing Tree, but mostly thank you Angel!! Work down: dishwasher leak resolved permanently, new fridge has water and ice, 2 bathroom faucets and plumbing up and running. Excellent service @ fair prices.

I have used Plumbing Tree a number of times now. They always provide excellent work and service. Mickey was here today installing a new toilet. He was so neat and clean as well as friendly. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time and quickly for the size of the job.
