We have used plumbing tree at both our house and our rental. They were able to figure out where we had a small leak that was causing our water bill to go up and fixed it, and even replaced the tub fixture free of charge. They are highly professional, trustworthy, upfront about pricing, timely, and we have had no issues with the work that they did months later (in stark contrast to the last plumber we used). So happy we found them.

I spoke with Freddy when I first contacted the company and he was really helpful. We got an appointment setup immediately, and with 0 hassle. They quoted me $175 for the entire fix, which was to replace corroded washer connection heads. The price out the door was $150, and they did an excellent job.

Jerry the plumber was prompt, courteous, and very polite. If we have any issues arise again, then we'll contact them immediately.

Requested a quote on yelp, got an answer with specific pricing less than 2 hours later. Price quoted was exactly what I paid.
Receptionist was courteous & promptly returned calls. They gave me a 2 hour arrival window, in the time frame I requested!
Jerry was very professional & worked quickly. So far everything seems to be working just fine.
They are a smaller business who shows they still value their customers. Their rates are also very reasonable.

Awesome! The company was very efficient and told us that the company had a warranty for the parts we needed. They've done some other work in our building to know this. They got us what we needed and sent Freddie out ASAP. He was punctual and also very efficient. He told me the range in price up front and spent 1.25 hours here and I was charged the lower-end of the estimate. In fact, he mentioned because we found them on Yelp that if we checked in we could save an additional $10. In addition Freddie explained all of the additional services the company provides. We will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again!

Wow! Talk about customer service. These guys are as good as it gets. Freddy was so personable, super knowledgeable, and laid out all my options to repair or replace my main sewer line at my home. We were able to come to a cost effective solution to replace a section of pipe rather than replace the whole line, saving me thousands of dollars. They were courteous, humble, professional, hard working, ethical, efficient, and did high quality work for a fraction of the price that others had quoted me. Everything one could hope for when having to fork out money for home repairs. I love supporting local entrepreneurs, and I'm happy to support Plumbing Tree. No show. Spent 20 min on the phone scheduling an appointment weeks ago. Even sent a follow up email with details on the faucet to be installed per their request. I called when they were supposed to be here to be told I'm not in the system by the same woman who scheduled me in the first place. Not reliable, unfortunately.

Jerry Jimenez, showed up to a renter house with attitude. His demeanor was someone that dose not like his job.. We had them schedule to be on site between 1-3 and the restoration company was running late he had to charge them. His aproch was to tell the renter that because the landlord was not there and the resturation company was not done they need to charge us a fee.... What kind of service is this if you are here to give a estimate of the work needed. He later retracted the fee and said in a nasty tone that he was going to have it wave..

I feel this guy need to be talk to about how he deal with his customers.
