Like always they did an amazing Job. They had been at my house the fourth time (always different things where broken) first the sewer, then the main water pipe, then the sewer again on a different place. They came over within 24 hours and did a great job. The best plumber in San Diego.

Discovered we had a clogged kitchen drain line in our ""new"" house on Thursday evening and called the guys at Plumbing Tree early, early Friday morning. Freddy returned my call and even though they had a full schedule, had a crew at my house late Friday afternoon. Cleared the line and even fixed a disposal that we were told was no longer working when we purchased the house. The guys were very friendly, wore booties in the house and cleaned everything up. I will definitely call Plumbing Tree for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We have been fortunate enough to utilize the services of the Plumbing Tree crew many times in the last few years. A couple emergencies and a couple routine things. Today, Miguel came to prep our kitchen for our new remodel and did an amazing and impressively fast job pulling old pipes, placing new ones, capping old ones off under the house etc. We will always recommend them!

We had water leaking from the master shower. We attempted to replace the cartridge however due to the mineral deposits and corrosion: the cartridge was stuck therefore, we needed to hire a professional. Called a few well-known Plumbers in San Diego and they charged a fee just to diagnose the issue even though I explained my situation.

Thankfully, I found Plumbing Tree on Yelp and after reading the great reviews, I made a call. I was told since Plumbing Tree is a smaller business to text photos of my situation and they will call me back within 30 minutes. (Such a very modern way and saves time!) I received a prompt call back from Freddie, the owner. He told me, the cartridge was probably our problem. I of course had 101 questions and the ""what if"" it wasn't just the cartridge, Freddie was very nice and answered all of my questions. He reassured me that most of the time it is the cartridge especially since it has never been changed. He gave me a quote for labor which is also listed on the website since we are providing parts. I agreed to the price and we set up an appointment for the following day. I was told during my appointment within the 2 hour time frame, the technician will call prior to arriving.

The following day, we were home and it was a no show/call. I contacted Freddie and he apologized for the inconvenience and contacted our technician. Freddie called back immediately and told me our technician is on his way within 10-15 minutes!

Upon arrival, Jerry our technician was very professional and got to work immediately! He did apologize for being late. He also answered all of my concerning questions I had! Our cartridge was a tough one! He had to use multiple techniques and patience to get the cartridge out!

Since we were providing our own parts, it's hard to tell what cartridge we have if its never been changed so once he got the cartridge out, we realized the one we purchased was wrong. Jerry offered to sell us one which would include a 1 year warranty for the product but it was the wrong one, so I quickly drove to Home Depot for the correct cartridge.

Once the correct cartridge was installed, problem was fixed - no more leaks!

Although the process took over a hour, Jerry was very nice to round the job to a hour, which made up for the late arrival!

Lastly, since we used our own parts, we still receive a one year warranty for labor though!

Overall: We are VERY satisfied/happy with Plumbing Tree. We will definitely refer them to our family/friends and use them again in the future if we have any other problems! I highly recommend them as pricing is upfront, fair, and you'll get great service!

We are a non profit helping homeless kids in San Diego. Our center had a problem with its plumbing and it was late at night. When most businesses would be closed Plumbing Tree was open and Freddy was right out there and ready to help us out. He found the problem and got us fixed up so we could get back in business helping the homeless. We are grateful to Freddy and Plumbing Tree. They are a great company.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. I disassembled and checked the pipes underneath the sink, I even plunged vigorously, and used 2 different types of commercial clog remover. Nothing worked. I was thinking of purchasing a water bladder or a drum auger to clear the clog, but decided to call the plumber instead. I did some research on Yelp, looking up dozens of plumbers around San Diego, checking prices, expertise, punctuality, and a warranty on repairs. Read lots of reviews and complaints, and seemed like an honest reliable plumber was hard to find these days. I decided on Plumbing Tree because their prices were upfront and clear, they had lots of experience, were reliable, and had a great warranty on repairs.

Jerry arrived early within a 30 minute window I requested. I described the problem to him, and he got set up. He used a 1/2 inch snake on a motorized spindle to clear the clog. It took about 15 minutes and approximately 6 feet of cable to clear the clog.

I had asked in advance if the repair didn't take too long, if they can fix some other plumbing issues, so Jerry was gracious enough to center the strainer and housing on one of the sinks. After the pipes were reassembled, he tested the drain by running the water. To our disappointment, it filled up again after a couple minutes. Jerry drained the water out, disassembled the pipes, and once again ran the snake. This time it took about 30 minutes and approximately 50 feet of cable. He also sporadically ran water into the drain to check for backflow. After he was convinced the clog was cleared, he reassembled the pipes, and tested it again by running the water in the sink. This time it was fixed for good.

After the inspection, Jerry billed me for the time. We had gone over an hour because I had him realign the strainer and housing. I'm sure he would have fixed it under an hour if I hadn't asked him for the other repair. They charge in 15 minute increments if they go over an hour, instead of charging you for another full hour. Jerry was very accurate and fair in his accounting.

I will definitely be using these guys again if I have another plumbing issue.

StandUp For Kids San Diego would like to send a huge Thank you to Freddy and ""Plumbing Tree. We had a huge backup at our homeless teen drop in center. Needless to say it was ""Yucky"" . We called Freddy and he came out at 8:00 pm and fixed our problem for free!!

This is not the first time they have come to our rescue.. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you!!

We will be able to open up with business as usual today for our teens..
