Provided a detailed estimate with best price I could find. In fact, the only fair price I could find. Professional, responsive, polite, caring. Flexible about changes that needed to be made during project. Promised a one day project. Repiping started and completed on schedule, and done very thoroughly. Discovered that drain piping also needed to be replaced and did that job the next day. Other contractors were going to break tiles and necessitate major remodeling, but Adrian knew how to do the job without breaking any tiles. Prompt follow-up of loose ends. Went above and beyond the stated project. For example, inspected the water heater and found rust from the old pipes and recommended servicing and cleaning the water heater. Also installed a regulator because the incoming water pressure was too high. All in all, excellent service.

I had to upgrade my review due to the actions of the owner, Adrian. He really went above and beyond upon learning of my issue. I only knock it one star due to the time it took for him to realize there was an issue to begin with and attempt to get in touch with me.

Long story short, I had what I thought was a plumbing issue related to some work his company did a few years back in January 2019. About a year after said work was completed, I was made aware of an ""issue"" with the work by another plumber from another company. I had a slow draining issue that I needed looked at, I thought it would just be a simple clog that needed snaking out.

That person told me there was a serious offset in my lateral connection to my home's pipe from the lateral replacement Adrian's company did. Mind you this was around midnight or so and the guy was showing me this footage on a grainy sewage monitor. Basically, he told advantage of my inexperience and tried to sell me on some work that was not needed.

The next day, I decided to reach out to Plumbing Tech to see if this was true but I never got a response. Not sure what happened for them to miss it because I called/emailed and left messages, but I felt I was being ghosted. Eventually I did leave the one star review here. It sat there for about two years.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago and Adrian left a response to my review and after a little back and forth, he confirmed I was indeed a customer and he agreed to come and see what the problem was.

I have to say, Adrian was a complete professional and seemed like a very honest person. He used his sewage camera to inspect the pipes and found the ""issue"" raised by the other company was a non issue and took the time to really explain it to me. Basically, to connect the new pipe to my home's pipe required a connector and there is an accepted offset where the two pipes do not actually touch but the gap is very minimal.

I was satisfied with this but Adrian was not, he said he would provide an extended warranty on his work for 5 years total. The next day, I got a new invoice indicating the new terms with the extended warranty. To top it off, he offered to upgrade the cap to my cutout from a normal twist on cap to a popper cleanout valve. The next week, he personally came by again and did just that. My opinion on this company is completely changed, I would highly recommend them based on the owner's integrity and commitment to provide top level customer service.

Just a warning to others to stay away from E-Z Plumbing in Hayward, especially someone named Percy. That person has a bad reputation and I saw firsthand his unethical tactics. After he informed me of the ""issue"", I got a few other second opinions and everyone knew of Percy's reputation already. Not sure how his company has 4.5 stars but he definitely tried to take advantage of me. He recommended over $5k in work that I found out later was NOT needed.

Our water shut off valve wasn't working and we also needed help installing a new dishwasher. Plumbing tech helped install the valve and did a great job installing the new dishwasher. They were patient enough to test the dishwasher works as expected. They made sure there were no leaks and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Adrian O. is an awesome, honest plumber with reasonable rates. He's always responsive during emergencies. I've used for multiple projects: 1/Repiping 2/Removing a clog 3/ Tankless water heater replacement. He's delivered each of the jobs well. I recommend him highly!

Our hot water heater failed on a Saturday night with my in-laws in town. I called a half dozen places Sunday morning, and Adrian was the one person able to come immediately. I chose to buy my own hot water heater replacement at Home Depot to save myself some cash, so he advised me on which to purchase, then met me back at home. He and his assistant worked for about 2 1/2 hours removing the old one, updating some connection parts, and installing the new one. He charged a fair price and was clean and professional.

Horrible ... called them for an estimate to have my gas lines replaced and scheduled a am appointment to have it done . They never showed up . I called and explained that I took time off of work to get the estimate and they told me there estimate writer had a family emergency . That would have been fine but they never called me to inform me they were not coming .then they texted me later in the day and said they did not do the type of repair ( gas leak) that I needed . Complete waste of time

Plumbing tech's Adrian(owner) and his brother Arturo had given us a positive experience. Our sewer pipe broke last year and Adrian fixed our water pressure yesterday which was too high. They did a great job on both. They not only saved me money but they're the people I need on my team if we ever have any sewer/plumbing problems based from our experience with them.

Yesterday, Adrian came and thoroughly explained to me what was needed to fix my water pressure and how much. He gave me a very good price compared to other quotes that others have given me. I like to do as much homework and research as a general rule. Adrian finished putting in the regulator and the copper pipes and it was nice. I took a before and after photo and it was nice to look at. You can't put a price on a good feeling knowing your problem is fixed. What a great relief. He also noticed I had a broken sprinkler systems and even tried to repair one of the broken valves but he didn't have his other tool to fix it. He gave me steps what I need to do to fix it and even gave me his last remaining repair kits. This is the same experience I had with Arturo last year which was going out of their way to help without any expectations. We don't have much but we were so grateful for such a great job and helpfulness, that we gave Adrian our freshly picked crunchy, organic persimmons from my parents tree and a couple of movie tickets so he and his wife can enjoy themselves.

Last year, the warranty company sent us three repair service company to fix our sewer. The first one too pricey. The 2nd one was awful in terms or customer service and professionalism. Arturo showed up and he listened carefully when I described the issue. He was well mannered, polite and respectful. He explained to me afterwards what was needed to be done in a methodical, systematic approach. He worked with us on price and that was very helpful for us since we're a one income family. We were beyond relief when Arturo did above and beyond what was needed to fix our sewer/plumbing nightmare. You can tell when someone is sincerely good in heart, cares about people and wanting to help versus someone just showing up to do a job. He put in SDR 17 pipes compared to the old clay that was there, cemented the opening access after he put new copper plumbing to connect to the house and install new sewer caps by the sidewalk along with all for easier access.

I know they've been in the business well over a decade and had licensed credentials to fix any major plumbing issues so I went with them again, but most importantly are their listening skills. They knew to pay attention to what I was saying. The take away for us was that both brothers understood the importance of providing good experience and quality service.

They did sewer lateral at my investment property. They did a very good job, professional.
They replaced over 150 ft of old ceramic pipe underground with a new plastic pipe and got a certificate. It was a no small job. They obtained all the permits and restored the street pavement and all the concrete on my property (that they dug) to their original form after the job was done. The patches are not noticeable.
We did not have many quotations given to us for the job - just 3. Plumbing Tech were sufficiently lower than others to give them the job

The reason I knock down one star is because they cannot estimate time properly.
Their boss, Adrian, said they will arrive at 9 AM. The crew showed up at 10:30. I called Adrian, texted. There was no response.

Then, the job was estimated for 1 day. It took 2 days for them to finish the pipe replacement. I did not mind at all that they take their time as long as the job is done properly. I was initially surprised how they estimated this job for one day only.
After 2 days of work they only had to restore the concrete on the property which they trenched and to connect the garage to the main pipe. It was already dark and we agreed that they will come one more time. Initially, there was a crew of 2-4 people there but on the last day they sent one guy only who wasn't instructed to connect the garage. He leveled the trenches and prepared to pour the concrete when I pointed to him that the garage is not connected to the sewer. So, he opened the trench; he connected the garage to the main sewer line; he leveled the dirt over the trench again, poured concrete and completed the job. I didn't care how much time it took them, but for someone it maybe important.

What I am saying is - they do a terrific job, meaning the results are perfect. They, however, are clueless as to how long it might take. Just be ready that it will last longer.
I would recommend them to a friend and I already booked them for the next job on the property.
