I can't say enough great things about this company! My husband and I just bought a 100 year old house. Plumbing Solutions has been here 4 times in the last 6 months for small projects, inspections, and general maintenance. We've had Yakov, Artie, and Matt over to do the work. All of them have been very friendly and gave us fantastic service. They are always upfront about costs and try to save us money by troubleshooting and fixing rather than making us spend more on replacement. Plumbing Solutions will continue to be our go to for all of our plumbing needs.

Yakov and the team at Plumbing Solutions were great. They were responsive and very flexible with scheduling and on time. He did a terrific job changing out a gross old toilet which was the initial ask. I threw in an ""oh by the way"" for a drain on our sink which turned out being a way bigger ask than I thought. He was not only willing to do it but went out of the way to do the job right leveling the vanity and securing it to the wall without an additional charge. In his mind that had to be done to safely do the plumbing g work and I'm so glad he spoke up and advocated for it to be done. We will undoubtedly go back to them with our next plumbing need--planned or otherwise.

Very friendly, and great service! Yakov spent a long time on my issue, trying to troubleshoot and save us from having to spend the money to replace a part. He ultimately did have to replace it, but was very thorough and tested everything multiple times. Would use them again.

They were great! Quick and on time. I thought I was going to need a new shut off valve for the toilet but instead of just replacing it and costing me tons of money, they were able to fix it and do the other work I needed. Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber. Very friendly.

Super fast. After getting a few quotes they were the cheapest and was the very first response I got back. Came out days later and fixed my hot water heater. Besides the initial response. I did not hear back from Matt from my multiple contacts when reaching out on scheduling the job. I don't know what happens but not satisfied with this experience at all.

Have you ever heard of a plumber who didn't charge you when they came, tried to fix the issue and couldn't fix it. Well that's what happened here. They earned my loyalty and respect.

While I have no complaints about the work done, the prices charged were astronomical - $396 to change a toilet wax ring (I know people who have had this done for as little as $75) and another $302 to change a heating zone valve head. Then an additional $69 service fee. The total bill was $767 - for 1.5 hours (and could have been less) of work. They provide no transparency in pricing before they come on site, at which point, you as a homeowner have already half-committed. In my case, I had no choice as I needed the work done ASAP as I had family coming into town for Thanksgiving. On the positive side, they were very quick to respond, which is a plus.
