Prices were super reasonable - in fact they founder a simpler and less expensive way to fix the shower than we anticipated. Everyone we interacted with was polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. I've used Plumbing Solutions twice and both jobs couldn't have gone any better. Artie fixed a leak from the upstairs shower that at least three other plumbers failed to fix. He worked on that job for three hours and it was not an easy repair, but he persevered and was successful! The second job was a simple replacement of the washing machine shut-off valve and again, a good, reliable repair and at a fair price.

I would also like to highlight what a nice guy Artie is and what a pleasure it was to have him in our home. Just a real nice fellow and an extremely hard worker.

Plumbing Solutions is now my go-to call for any plumbing issues! I highly recommend them.

this company was very unfair to deal with they over charged me at a time of need , he had an eprentis do all the work and charged me for a master plumber , then a circulator pump that he installed failed 1 moth later and mr tim sulivan the owner refused to come back and fix the problem very unprofesonal, i would not recomend this company to my worst enamy

Plumbing solutions came to my rescue when my sink was clogged! It was a plumbing emergency as far as I'm concerned and within 30 minutes of reaching out they responded, preliminary diagnosed the problem and provided availability to come out and fix it the next day. On the day of service they were prompt and kind. I was a first time customer and they fixed the clog, educated me (without making me feel dumb) about how to avoid this again and then went above and beyond to demonstrate their gratitude for my business. Long story short I highly recommend Matt and the Plumbing Solutions team.

Great company. Sent a request via yelp for replacement of a sink and faucet, got a call from Matt, scheduled the appointment within a couple of days. Kevin called 10 minutes before he arrived to tell me he is on his way. Came in, looked at the job, gave me a quote and when I approved, he started working. He did a great job, was very courteous and left the place neat and tidy. I would hire them again. The only reason I gave 4/5 is that their prices are not the most competitive. That said, I would rather pay a bit extra with the confidence that the job gets done right the first time.

I'm really sad to report that my experience with this company was a complete disappointment. We started off on the right foot, with a speedy initial response. Matt came by my house to look at the job, and said he would send me an estimate, which he never did. I left him numerous messages and emails and never got a response. It's too bad because I had high hopes for these guys but they totally let me down.

I had a great experience with Tim. He called to schedule a 2 hour window, and then in advance to specify timing within that range. He showed up on time, and quickly resolved our issue. He also gave me advice on how we can prevent the issue in the future. I found him to be very polite and courteous as well.

As exhausted new homeowners, who have had thing after thing pop up in our new home, it's great to find professionals who are responsive and honest.
