What a wonderful experience! We have tried two other plumbers in the past, and they are both listed on this Yelp site. When I contacted plumbing solutions through their email, they responded quickly, gave me the exact information I requested, and showed up when they said they would. Mike came out to our house today and we have ourselves a new plumber! He was courteous, informative and solved both of plumbing problems. I felt like a friend had shown up to help us out. The rates were very reasonable and he didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. My husband and I appreciate good customer service and Plumbing Solutions provided excellent customer service today.

I used Plumbing Solutions when I had a toilet fail on me. Is there anything worse? Mike was professional. He looked at the problem and gave me a written estimate, talked me through the process and lowered the price when he pulled off the toilet and actually had to replace less. You will not regret using Plumbing Solutions!

I recently had a drain pipe break under my house and called a different plumbing company as well as Plumbing Solutions for quotes. Both companies sent a person out who crawled under the house inspecting the entire house plumbing including water pipes and drain pipes. Both gave me detailed bids on the work I needed performed under the house. Plumbing Solutions explained the bid, showed me pictures of the problems that should be fixed along with a minimum that needed fixed. Mike Etie and his son Brian explained everything and answered all my questions. I chose them to do the work and was sure glad I did. They started the work fixing all my plumbing problems. They placed work tarps around the crawl space to contain the dirt and mud and wore booties while in the house. After working all day to fix the problems (and surprises along the way they found) they left everything clean, explained everything that was done and why it needed done and again asked if I had any questions.

Bottom line they were very friendly, efficient, best price and performed quality work. The next time I have plumbing problems I will be calling Plumbing Solutions and requesting Mike and Brian - they were fantastic.

This is a real down to earth company. Very nice and efficient. I only needed a sink faucet replaced and some hose bibs. I even learned a thing or two because they included me in the process. Mike and Jess treated these simple solutions with respect towards myself and my home. They are absolutely the solution!
It's important to be able to trust anyone who comes to do work in a private living space. I have never felt so at ease with any other. Please call them before anyone else.

We returned late at night, from being out of state for several days. Noticed the shower backing up, along with both toilets and the guest bathroom shower / tub as well. Plunging did not work this time...

Called one plumbing company around 8:30 am the next morning - no answering service or live person, just a generic voicemail! Left a message to call me back in 10 minutes or I would begin calling around. I'm glad they didn't call back (for 2 hours) because I called Plumbing Solutions. They stated they would be out between 10 and Noon, same day. Mike was ringing our doorbell at 5 minutes to 10! Super prompt. Friendly, and courteous doesn't begin to explain his professionalism. As another reviewer mentioned, it was great that he was dog-friendly.

Mike was able to grind out a root ball in our ceramic pipes, showing me the entire process on his camera / video feed. Very cool to watch. He spent close to 3-hours on this project and was able to restore our old ceramic pipes to free-flowing. The absolute best service by any tradesman, ever! Knowledgable and efficient, respectful and patient. He saved us boatloads of money.

When you have an experience with an honest and trustworthy company like Plumbing Solutions, you really want to help promote their business.

We had a leak to our refrigerator line and Mike was able to come out the very next day. Both Mike and Joel came out to help us and they were very professional and courteous. If we ever have any more plumbing needs will definitely be going back to these guys.

Plumbing Solutions was responsive and sent people the same day we called! Mark and Brian came over to fix a leaky water heater and they were fantastic! They were thorough, honest and gave a great explanation to the problem. They were also nice enough to look at some other plumbing problems that we had around the house. Look no further. These guys are the best. No one likes to have plumbing issues but I'm so glad that we called Plumbing Solutions. Joel came out at the time promised and was a delight and honest and gave us very helpful suggestions.
