Awful customer service !!!! I cancelled because I was sick and could not talk barely. Then when they were supposed to be here (a week later was soonest) and the CSR was bitchy to me & said well you cancelled the 1st appt "" and rescheduled again a week was earliest. Do not use them if you need reliable plumbing company. Cancelled twice already. Used "" our plumber had to go get covid test"" ( now mind you there is more than 1 plumber at this business or is there?)
And then 2nd cancelation, "" our truck broke down"". Neither time they were able to reschedule within a few days, always week later.

My wife and I bought a new refrigerator but the water Line didn't work. The company we got our refergator from reccomended a person for fixing my issue, they said they can replace the line the next week but never got back to me to schedule. Five months later and we were still waiting so we called this place. Jacob came out tried to fix the issue but failed but told.me what he wanted to do. After talking it over we went with the reccomendation from Jacob, he was able to come out and fix it the very next day. Amazing, they will be our go to people for plumbing from now on.

This review has been a long time coming! 02.23.21

Actually had a different plumbing company come out a few days before back in February. They did a fair job but pointed out other jobs that needed to be done which would've cost us thousands of dollars. There was definitely a sense of urgency to what said plumber was suggesting. Of the 3 jobs, hydrojetting our sewer lines was what we decided to do first. I felt we needed a second opinion as it's really expensive and called around for other estimates. I found that not many plumbing companies offer hydrojetting or if they do, it's not for the heavy duty kind of hydrojetting that we needed.

Joel came back under what the first company was going to charge so we went with Plumbing Solutions instead. He asked why we thought we needed hydrojetting since it's so specialized, expensive and much different than your average snaking the lines. I appreciated that he inquired in case we didn't need it done, but we did need it, unfortunately. Lol

Joel came out (masked) with a big ass truck and a giant hydrojetting machine and we finally got why it's so expensive. He jetted both of our lines in no time and showed us the camera footage which had been previously had a ton of thick, thick tree root balls blocking our lines.

He also took a look at the photos of what the other plumbing company said we needed done and told us, it wasn't urgent and didn't need to be done any time soon. I really appreciated Joel's candidness on the two other jobs as it's sometimes hard to find in specialty work when other companies can so easily take advantage.

I will definitely call Plumbing Solutions in the future and highly recommend this company. Thanks, Joel! -- May

Couldn't have asked for better service!!!!! I needed my garbage disposal fixed, they were right on time and it was such a short, easy fix that they didn't charge me and took time to show me what to do in case it ever happened again. Highly recommend them!!!!!

They quoted me $8,550 which supposedly included a discount for job. Two other companies quoted $1500 and $2000 for the same job. How and why were they so expensive? Were they trying to take advantage of me because I am female? Always get quotes from more than one company!
