Easy to see why these guys have such a high rating! This is the second time we've had to call them and just as impressed the second time around.

First encounter in 2016 and I wasn't Yelping then. Hubby and I noticed the water dial was spinning even when water was shut off. We were unable t find the leak. After 2 different plumbers tried to find it, one of them thought the problem may be in the floor or wall but was beyond their scope and suggested we call Plumbing Solution. They came out, figured out the problem was a pipe under the floor. Discussed the options with us, pros/cons: we opted to have the floor opened and replace that section of the pipe.

Second encounter today: notice the dial is spinning again. Concerned the pipe may have broken since that was a possibility we were warned about with replacement of that small section. We pull back the carpet- it's dry. Call these guys again bec unsure where it might be coming from. They come- check the area worked on, verify it's not the cause (huge relief) and then the hunt was on. The gent checking things out figured out its a faulty shower cartridge from HansGrohe which shouldn't leak but is. He advised me to call them since it would be under warranty and then they'll replace it for us.

I go to get the check book to pay him for his time... NO CHARGE! They were here for almost an hour looking through things but since they weren't able to fix the problem at this visit he said there wouldn't be a charge. Most places will charge a fee just for coming by.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. First off, Mike is the nicest guy on the planet. He is so kind & gracious. He is very knowledgeable and amazing at his job. We had to replace our sewer line and the process went SO smoothly. The price was very reasonable, especially for the over the top service him and his crew provided. His guys were efficient, respectful, and did amazing work. The team leader (Ray) was phenomenal. He provided daily updates and was just the nicest guy. Their entire team is gracious and polite. I've already recommended Plumbing Solutions to our neighbors. Yelp did a great job in all the 5 star reviews, because that's how we found them!

Our kitchen faucet fell apart and Mike ordered the repair kit from Kohler. He was able to do a temporary fix while we wait for the parts to come. Mike was very helpful and offered good advice on whether to fix the worn out handle or replace the the whole unit. Great customer relations. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Mike is the best!!!! After a long night at work I couldn't believe how lucky I was to reach Joel on first call and he was friendly and offered to have someone out within 3 hours on the same day!! A Friday.
Mike called, arrived, investigated our old clogged plumbing more thoroughly than ever done previously.... and I have to say he made it fun!
He was overly respectful, thoughtful, & professional.

I spoke with Joel, the owner, about my slow flushing toilets. He was extremely fast with my message and made the whole process so easy. He came out the next day, checked and fixed the issue. A tenant had them out for a clogged bathtub drain. All other drains were fine. Proceeds to snake tub and breaks snake tip in our drain. Says it's our pipes that need a costly repair. Tenant sends him away. We call Ernie's and in 10 minutes all is fine. It was a hair clog. Beware.
