It might be unusual to be a big fan of a plumbing company, but as a new homeowner of an old house, I am a HUGE fan of Plumbing Solutions! The Plumbing Solutions team members are so prompt, communicative, thorough, and helpful. Armando and Mark are AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about Armando and Mark. Our house was built in the 40s and has a ton of issues and bizarre ""quirks."" Our toilets were no longer flushing due to years of deferred maintenance and blockage (that we hadn't known about), so it was bordering on an emergency. Armando came over in the afternoon, spent a ton of time investigating the situation to see what was going on. He realized we needed more than just a simple snaking. He pulled permits and was back immediately early the next morning with Mark to install a much-needed cleanout. Armando and Mark did excellent meticulous work. Since our house is so old, we all feared that we needed an entire repiping after their initial work on the cleanout. However, Armando and Mark came back with a camera to see exactly what was going on with the pipes and sewer line, and thoughtfully put together three different estimates. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each and even recommended the least expensive option, which is how you know they are trustworthy. They are also genuinely nice and solution-oriented (they really live up to the name). I have already referred two more people to Plumbing Solutions, and plan on giving them our business for life.

While doing some inside plumbing repair, I needed to shut off the main supply. When turning the main back on, the valve began leaking from the shaft. Not something I was comfortable dealing with. Called late in the afternoon, had an appointment scheduled for 8-10am next morning.

Ed called just before 8am to verify the address and arrived shortly thereafter. Quick assessment, let me know what he was going to do (install ball valve to replace old-style valve), gave an acceptable quote and got to work. About 30-min later valve was neatly installed, water back on.

Quick, clean, and efficient and the work was done well. Not much more to say, I'm very satisfied. If I ever need plumbing help again, they're the first call I make.

Brian came out on a third attempt to fix a very confusing problem with our dishwasher. He checked everything thoroughly and made several calls to see if any one else had heard of my issue. He kept at it and really looked at it from all possible angles to find what the fix could be. All this while my two little kids were running around bugging him. Then he stayed to make sure it really was working once and for all. Thank you to him!! Very professional and cautious of my virus concerns as well. My husband says ""They're our guys from now on"".
