Absolute 5 stars. We had a leak outside the house in the main pipe at T section with one to yards. Joel responded within 5 minutes, and provided a range of quotes after I explained the situation. EXCELLENT COMPANY!! Mike and Joel are both very knowledgeable and provide great work and customer service. Can't thank them enough for fixing a leak in the ceiling from our master bath and stabilizing the pipes for our tub that was ruined by another ""contractor"" that clearly had no experience. While their prices were in the med-higher range it was definitely worth every penny. You get what you pay for and in regards to plumbing we want quality work. Thank you again.

Requested service this past Sunday. Joel responded immediately that he had an opeing between 12-3 on Monday. Showed up at 1pm, finished the job by 130pm...much simpler and less expensive than I was expecting. No muss, no fuss. He's earned my business.

Called Plumbing Solutions to assess the the cost to install an earthquake gas shut-off valve at the meter.

They were quick to respond. But during the initial visit, the technicians couldn't free the bypass tree from the gas meter, due to rust. So, I had to call PG&E to come out. Of course they took their sweet time to get here, a whole 9 days, and w/ an attitude to boot!

The Plumbing Solutions contractors responded that afternoon after PG&E cleared and quickly installed the Pacific Seismic Products Model 300 valve. They did a nice job and both contractors were very professional and courteous.

My water heater went out - I called several places before calling Plumbing Solutions. Joel came out within 30 minutes of my call! Joel gave a great price. My water heater was replaced quickly and looked great! Joel cleaned up everything. was very nice and answered any questions I had. I very much appreciate the good all around service received. When we needed service the same day Joel got back to us within minutes with a solid quote. He then scheduled us for a three hour window that afternoon.

Mike arrived on the early side of the time slot that Joel had promised and I really appreciated not getting the Comcast treatment, where they show up at the last possible minute after you wait all day. Mike was very professional and just a great guy. He explained what our problem was and educated us on how to prevent something similar happening in the future.

I can't overstate how pleased we were with the whole experience. Fast clean and prompt.

Issue: Backed up shower.
Solution: Mike at Plumbing Solutions!! First off how amazing is it to call at 8:00am and be promised a technican within an hour.....and the best part was Mike showed up as promised. Second Mike truly is a plumbing technician. He was at my house close to 6 hours trying to identify the problem (old house with multiple additions) but with each step he got closer to finding the solution and in the end only charged me $325 being he said the other efforts he made did not ""solve"" my issue and he was only going to charge me for fixing my issue not for the efforts it took to identify it. Really who does that. Needless to say Plumbing Solutions (Mike) has a client for life!!!!! BTW Did I mention that they will not charge you UNLESS they fix the problem....I love that!! Thanks again Mike!!
