These Guys are the best my wife and I are in our 60s cannot afford the thousands of dollars that most plumbers charge Marcos and his assistant came out and fixed a slab leak in short order and I'm so grateful to them they are first class highly skilled and I would recommend these people to anyone

The first time we used Plumbing Solution Specialist it was a Sunday and we needed emergency hydro jetting due to a back up and they came out right away and helped us. The second time we hired them for lining our main line and they did perfect work with no mess. They are personable and get the job done right. Their pricing is both honest and competitive. We will be using them again next time we have plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak in kitchen. After getting 3 quotes from other plumbing companies, I decided to repipe whole house supply line. Marcos gave the lowest price and he can send a group to get it done right away. It's amazing they finished 3 bathrooms repiping in one day and complete patching walls in the second day. Recommend this company if you want the leaking problem to be fixed right away.

Disrespectful and incompetent. First they yelled at my wife on the phone, than brought defective products, didn't complete job, didn't clean after himself, told me to clean and charged me $100 for stuff that was 8.99 at loewe's (I didn't know) and when I called him and asked about it, he said ""yea, good luck taking your money back"". Why would you use these people, go find a real plumber, there are a million of them

Very upset!! I was experiencing a clogged kitchen sink and disposer which you can imagine is a huge inconvenience so I took to Google to locate a reputable plumber at a reasonable cost. I clicked on an add for this company that advertises, ""Providing great quality service with honesty represents us""...so I took a chance. It was about 9:15am in the morning when I spoke to I believe the owner of the business who took my information and scheduled an appt between 130pm-230pm same day. I was relieved as I had gone overnight without a kitchen sink to cook and clean and having kids this is a nightmare. 130pm comes, 230 comes, then 3pm, no plumber so I call and he states they are running behind and will be there by 4 for sure and if not will call and let me know. No problem, I just asked him to let me know as I have other appts and needed to plan around this. 4pm comes, then 430pm...I call back after 3 tries, same guy answers and says, oh, they tried calling you..WHAT?? I asked him what time? He pauses and says 330pm. I know this is a lie since I had been staring at my phone since 4pm awaiting them. The tells me sorry, we wont be able to come until tomorrow. I would have been okay as long as he would have been honest and communicated with me. No thank you, I dont deal with businesses that lack honesty integrity, that's a precursor to being lied to about fees and pricing next...decided to go with another plumber who values my business.

These guys are great! Marcos came out to look at our problem and told us we had a slab leak and should consider a total repipe. After speaking with some of our neighbors and finding out that several homes in the area had already done repipes it made our minds up. We asked Marcos when he could get us on scheduled to start the work. To my surprise he said they would start on Saturday and would be done with the repipe
Saturday night. I then ask when his crew would show to do the drywall and stucco repairs once again we were surprised when he said they would be here on Sunday morning. They just finished the drywall and are finishing up the stucco repairs now. It has been a long time since have seen workers work non stop all day long with the goal to complete the job as they said they would. These guys are the best.

Great experience and a true THOR when it comes to plumbing.
My laundry drain has always been slow and clogged. After enough Drain cleaner it just wouldn't go down.
After trying two different plumbers to try to clear out the drains I was defeated. Heck! One guy came, couldn't get his auger past the U joint and got back in his truck and left.
Made a last ditch call and was saved with a great plumber that showed up in about two hours. He tried multiple ways to clear the drain. He used his brains and muscles to open the clean out which was cast iron and had never been opened in decades.

After a hydro-jet (it needed it) he also ran the auger and cleaned out the laundry line.

I would highly recommend them and WILL only call them for service.

***update***
Same drain clogged back up. Had to have the hydro jet back out. Charged an additional $265 after just 1 week after first cleaning. Also had the pipe in the garage sink fixed. It needed a gasket and a hand tightening. That was $35.
So $300 later another ""Hope its cleared out"" feeling.

If it clogs again I think maybe another company that guarantees their work for longer than 1 week will be called. Nice guys but kind of thought they would do the right thing.

I agree that Marcos is very personable, but he charged me $749.00 to fix a leaky toilet/ i.e. replace the wax ring. Before he even looked at the toilet, he used a water leak detection device (that is generally used to detect slab leaks) on my upstairs tiled bathroom floor. It was $395 just for that. When I told my neighbor what transpired, he was shocked and called the company to let them know how unethical those charges were. I got a call from Marcos who agreed to come back the next day with a new invoice. So in the end I ended up paying $560 to have a toilet wax ring replaced. Not a bargain! I'll never use them again because I don't trust them and I feel that I was taken advantage of.

Marcos was great. He came out to replace the tub drain assembly, and snake the drain. Despite my constant pleas to my children, they still kept harassing him while he worked, and he was too nice to say anything. Not only that, he was quick, up-front about everything, and got the job done professionally and for the quoted price (which was very reasonable). Highly recommend!
