These guys are great! Marcos came out to look at our problem and told us we had a slab leak and should consider a total repipe. After speaking with some of our neighbors and finding out that several homes in the area had already done repipes it made our minds up. We asked Marcos when he could get us on scheduled to start the work. To my surprise he said they would start on Saturday and would be done with the repipe
Saturday night. I then ask when his crew would show to do the drywall and stucco repairs once again we were surprised when he said they would be here on Sunday morning. They just finished the drywall and are finishing up the stucco repairs now. It has been a long time since have seen workers work non stop all day long with the goal to complete the job as they said they would. These guys are the best.

Great experience and a true THOR when it comes to plumbing.
My laundry drain has always been slow and clogged. After enough Drain cleaner it just wouldn't go down.
After trying two different plumbers to try to clear out the drains I was defeated. Heck! One guy came, couldn't get his auger past the U joint and got back in his truck and left.
Made a last ditch call and was saved with a great plumber that showed up in about two hours. He tried multiple ways to clear the drain. He used his brains and muscles to open the clean out which was cast iron and had never been opened in decades.

After a hydro-jet (it needed it) he also ran the auger and cleaned out the laundry line.

I would highly recommend them and WILL only call them for service.

***update***
Same drain clogged back up. Had to have the hydro jet back out. Charged an additional $265 after just 1 week after first cleaning. Also had the pipe in the garage sink fixed. It needed a gasket and a hand tightening. That was $35.
So $300 later another ""Hope its cleared out"" feeling.

If it clogs again I think maybe another company that guarantees their work for longer than 1 week will be called. Nice guys but kind of thought they would do the right thing.

I agree that Marcos is very personable, but he charged me $749.00 to fix a leaky toilet/ i.e. replace the wax ring. Before he even looked at the toilet, he used a water leak detection device (that is generally used to detect slab leaks) on my upstairs tiled bathroom floor. It was $395 just for that. When I told my neighbor what transpired, he was shocked and called the company to let them know how unethical those charges were. I got a call from Marcos who agreed to come back the next day with a new invoice. So in the end I ended up paying $560 to have a toilet wax ring replaced. Not a bargain! I'll never use them again because I don't trust them and I feel that I was taken advantage of.

Marcos was great. He came out to replace the tub drain assembly, and snake the drain. Despite my constant pleas to my children, they still kept harassing him while he worked, and he was too nice to say anything. Not only that, he was quick, up-front about everything, and got the job done professionally and for the quoted price (which was very reasonable). Highly recommend!

Marcos came out here Saturday night because we were having a plumbing issue in our rental home we just moved into. He determined there was concrete stuck in our pipes due to some construction. Our landlord wanted us to pay for it because according to them it was our fault. But Marcos ended up explaining to them that this wasn't our fault and the landlord ended up paying for it. I was happy with how fast someone came out here to figure out the issue. And thank you Marcos for being so patient.

I'm quite surprised by the terrible service. Charges that are too high etc. They don't show up when they say they willl.


Most surprising is how they coated yelp and complained my review did not have enough details and was deleted.

I've used Plumbing Solution Specialists for every plumbing project within the last 8 months. Within those 8 months, I have remodeled 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Marcos and his team did a fantastic job taking care of all of the plumbing and repairs needed! I was even given his personal phone number to communicate any plumbing needs or questions I might have, which was important since a few leaks and clogs appeared due to outside circumstances. Every time I would text or call they responded quickly!! I really appreciate their friendly service and willingness to resolve any plumbing issue!!
