After my last leak, I decided it was time to repipe my whole house. I have a 3bedroom, 3 bath house. I got 5 estimates in total and Plumbing Solution Specialist was referred to me by friends. We met with Robert and Marcos after work for the estimate. I liked that they were able to accommodate a later evening appointment so that we weren't disturbed during working hours.
Robert explained the whole process and showed me everything that would be replaced. All hot and cold lines, bibs, water pressure regulator, new shut off valves, quarter turn valves, etc. He explained how they planned on repiping and where they would be running the PEX pipe.
Plumbing Solution Specialists weren't the cheapest or the most expensive estimate we received, but my husband and I felt Robert and Marcos were the most detailed, upfront and honest of the 5 estimates. They didn't pressure us to sign that day. They were very honest and affordable. We liked how they broke down the estimate so you could see exactly how much the repipe was and how much the drywall patch work would be. They also gave a lifetime warranty by Plumbing Solution Specialist as well as a 25 year warranty for the Uponor Pex.

We are very satisfied with the services. They arrived on time with a 6 man crew. All 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and water heater pipes were done on the same day, water turned back on earlier than expected! Patch work was done the following day. We can't even tell where the holes were. Both crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and always available to reach via cell-phone. I would highly recommend Plumbing Solution Specialists.

We needed emergency leak detection performed for our client (Target) in Los Angeles. Plumbing Solutions Specialists were able to immediate accommodate our needs. They were onsite in less than 2 hours from the time we contacted them. Robert, the technician on site was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the leak and provide excellent recommendations to proactively prevent further leaks. They are very reasonably priced, especially for coming out on an emergency basis. We would definitely recommend this company to others and will be utilizing them again when we need leak detection performed in their area of service.

AWFUL! They never showed up. I received a call and spoke to the technician and he confirmed the date we scheduled and he never showed up. I also received an email (email attached) the day before confirming their arrival. I called, text, and emailed, nothing no response! I took the day off of work to meet, so this was just an awful experience!

Great Customer Service. I had a slab leak and called around on a Monday morning. Marcos came out that same morning and explained what to expect when doing a repipe. I met with another company Tuesday morning which was more expensive and did a lot of upselling thus we went with Marcos.
Marcos' team was out here on Wednesday of the same week with a crew. They completed the repipe in one day and the following day completed the drywall repair. The entire crew was professional, hard working and on time. The work was clean and efficient and quite a bit less than the competitor. We are very happy with the work and the customer service and would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions Specialist.

I am very satisfied with the services. They arrived on time with a 6 man crew. I had a PEX Repiping done to my entire house. All 3 bathrooms and the kitchen were done on the same day. Patch work was done the following day. They are available to work on week-ends. The price was reasonable. I only recommend that next time they do a job they should have a plumber on site with tools in case they have to unclog any drains - before or after the Re-pipe. If you do a re-pipe make sure it includes both the horizonal and vertical pipes. Rene was a very nice person and kept me up to date on the project.

Plumbing Solution specialist came out with an army and finished my whole house within half a day. The patch work was done next day and looked really good. Rene and his team did an incredible job repiping our entire house. They were fast and professional and all the plumbing works really well now after years of having issues all over the house. They kept the house clean while working and made sure everything was patched and cleaned up after the job. What a terrible company. They convinced us they were good,reliable. What a sham job done by their Salesman.
I will say the actual repipe crew was fine. But that's it. The patch crew were terrible. They dented the top of brand new washer, and dryer, over spray everywhere, ruined a bath cabinet, paint everywhere, and broke a hose. BIG problem ,RUINED my kitchen floor. Called, and they sent out 2 guys who admitted water got under wood from a pipe they cut. The front man comes back, contradicts everything THEIR OWN people say. Won't take any responsibility. Cant be anything they did. No problem until their work. No water under floor until them but nothing to do with them. Sound right? Their own employees admitted what happened. A Supervisor, or so he said, called threatened, lied and said we had a leak, and he would get my water records to prove! Don't fall for the Eddie Haskel act. They are scum. Hope that the call was recorded as he tried to trick me into saying something that would make it our fault. I told him what his own men said and He said they were wrong. The ones that came here! Run !! don't use these scammers. Especially if you are a senior! If there were negative start I'd give them a - 200. Mistakes are made, but a good company takes responsibility

Needed our whole house repiped, the galvanized pipes were corroded and causing problems. Plumbing Solution Specialist came out same day I called for our third bid which included the drywall repair and texture (not painting.) They were the lowest bid so we signed the contract. They came a few days later and completed the repipe job in one business day. They taped off all work areas with plastic and tarps on all floors so we would be dust free, and cleaned up immaculately after their work day was done. The following morning, the drywall crew came and repatched all holes, taped, puttied and textured. They were courteous and asked if they needed clarification about any work before they began. They also cleaned up after all the work was completed, and we could not be more pleased with all aspects of Plumbing Solution Specialist services.

We had a slab leak on Sunday. Called multiple companies to get an estimate. Marcos came Monday for an estimate, completed the repipe Tuesday and drywall repair Wednesday. Marcos came in significantly less to do repipe the whole house and do all the drywall repair approx 3000 less. We have hot water faster and no more pipe rattling. Pleased with the work.
