Showed up with mask. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer Bill worked very hard and the dishwasher and space he had to work in were difficult. Over all happy with the install.

We had a shower leak. I called in the morning and had a plumber out to my house by 1:30 that afternoon (about 1/2 hour early). They were prompt, professional and courteous. Prices were reasonable too.

Bill said he'd be here at 8:30, and he was here at 8:30. Within one hour he switched out our flexible tubing under kitchen and bathroom sinks, fixed a toilet shut off valve, and hooked up a water filter. He was professional, thorough, and highly efficient. The price was fair (a little over $200), and our insurance company will renew our annual policy now that these plumbing issues have been resolved. Plumbing any Gus will be the plumbing service we call when we have any issues in the future. We'll also request Bill!

Mike got to work and explained the problem...advised us on basic troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering the service. The rate for this call was very reasonable. Used Gus' several times but when they put in a new toilet for us and it developed a small crack in less than a year, they refused to replace it and told us to take it up with the manufacturer. Wanted us to buy a new toilet PLUS pay for installation. NOT CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY. Manufacturer was appalled at the way we were treated.

Our leak detector technician recommended this company . They were amazing and Will is a very patient service technician. It was a big job and he ended up Jack hammering through the concrete slab and finding the leak . He ended up coming 3 times and told us they were working out the price because there were a few glitches and they did not feel right charging by the hour . He cleaned and mopped after each visit and put the dishwasher back in place and reattached the under cabinet door under the sink . I was expecting a HUGE bill and was shocked and pleasantly surprised when the bill was over half what I expected to pay. Please use Gus for all your plumbing needs . Amazing company to work with .
