Rami and his crew are true professionals. Very prompt on arrival time. Work was completed right in the middle of the estimated: 4-6 hours estimate, job took 5. And the work is very high quality. Plastic was put down and there was little evidence of any work being done after the fact due to how clean it was. They had all the tools to do the job correctly. 3 guys in total were present which made it go faster. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. And again, h's very efficient with his time. Finally, he even fixed my bathroom sink plumbing which was done in a shotty manner the first time by a handyman at a highly reasonable cost (very reasonable). Price was very reasonable as well but I wasn't really concerned with that, I knew I wanted quality work for this job.

Called plumbing service solutions because they came highly recommended from my brother in law. I sent a Yelp message and a few minutes later Rami called me. He was extremely professional, informative, and discussed my project over the phone. He knew exactly what was needed and gave me a very fair estimate. However, I couldn't go with them due to scheduling conflicts. They're fully booked up til after Christmas which makes sense because they're work seems good. But I really needed to get the job done before Christmas. It didn't work out this time but I definitely saved their contact for future projects and to refer to anyone I know. Good customer service goes a long way!

Called Plumbing Service Solutions for a estimate to install a dishwasher that I already purchased. The owner Rami had me text him a photo and was able to provide me a very reasonable price for install all through the phone. After an absolute cluster trying to deal with American Home Shield to repair toilets in our new home, I gave up and came to Yelp. Rami knew exactly what the issue was with our existing toilets when I spoke to him on the phone, and he recommended a quality replacement. Within a week I was able to get an appointment for him and one of his workers to come in and replace all 3 toilets in my house. They did a great job and we're really happy with the new toilets he chose. They showed up on time to replace our water heater. Went above and beyond to strap it well for earth quake preparedness. Rami and his help were also very good to cleanup and take old water heater with them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Rami replaced a shut off valve that was basically built into concrete. A lot of other plumbers were hesitant to do that, but Rami was able to do it and fix the concrete after. He did a great job

Professional! Our water heater went out on Friday, so we called PSS. Rami installed a new energy efficient water heater for us and went above and beyond. He installed the water heater, inspected and replaced our old gas valve and hose, inspected the vent and installed earthquake straps on our unit. PSS / Rami is our go to plumber and I have already recommended him to several friends.

If you want a plumbing job done right you should hire PSS. We had an emergency after hours call for a plugged drain and they were there within the hour and had the drain cleared quickly. Trust worthy and very friendly.

Rami is a skilled plumber. He's been in the business a long time. He spent eight hours retrieving a broken piece of pipe from our sewer line that saved us from ripping up the slab foundation, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. He is professional, meticulous, and clean. He is a trustworthy and honest plumber that will always steer you in the right direction. He also hydro-jetted our kitchen line and removed 50 years of debris. He has all of the cool plumbing technology (camera, hydro-jet machine, etc.). I'd recommend him to anyone.
