Professional! Our water heater went out on Friday, so we called PSS. Rami installed a new energy efficient water heater for us and went above and beyond. He installed the water heater, inspected and replaced our old gas valve and hose, inspected the vent and installed earthquake straps on our unit. PSS / Rami is our go to plumber and I have already recommended him to several friends.

Rami is a skilled plumber. He's been in the business a long time. He spent eight hours retrieving a broken piece of pipe from our sewer line that saved us from ripping up the slab foundation, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. He is professional, meticulous, and clean. He is a trustworthy and honest plumber that will always steer you in the right direction. He also hydro-jetted our kitchen line and removed 50 years of debris. He has all of the cool plumbing technology (camera, hydro-jet machine, etc.). I'd recommend him to anyone.

We needed repair of drain pipes under the house. It also required removing a toilet and cutting the wall to replace part of the vent. Rami came over, went under the house with me, explained what he needed to do, and gave me a price that was lower than another local plumber. When it came time to do the job, he showed up on time with a helper. They completed the job in a couple of hours. He also put me in touch with someone who patched the wall the same day. It couldn't have gone smoother. It's hard enough to find contractors who even show up when they're supposed to much less do good work. I'll definitely be contacting Rami again next time we need a plumber.

Finally, we've found a plumber that provides quality service and professionalism at a fair price! A few months ago, our water heater gave out. Rami provided a detailed quote to replace it and completed the job within a day. He also provided suggestions on proper maintenance and care to extend the life of the unit. Last week our shower valve gave out during the ""shelter at home"" order and our first call was to Rami. After a short facetime consultation, he assured us it was a quick fix that we could easily do ourselves. With his suggestions and encouraging words we successfully fixed it!! We were quite proud of our accomplishment when we turned the water back on and it didn't spray all over the place! Rami did an awesome job replacing the shut off valve to our townhouse and the stems in both bathroom showers. He's punctual, quick and overall a really nice guy!
