This company is a NIGHTMARE, and I feel completely scammed after paying over $3,400 out of pocket on 7/25/24 for plumbing repairs. I am yet to receive any reimbursement as Craig promised thru my homeowners' insurance. He has an excuse regarding the paperwork every time I call.

My rebuild process has begun with another company and they are telling me he painted over parts INSTEAD OF PROVIDING NEW PARTS! Seriously!

I should have known better as payment was made to City Boi BBQ due to their office changing/updating their payment process/technology.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am devasted to the loss of funds I have paid and it looks like I will also be paying to fix his errors. He is no longer accepting my calls or texts so that is why I am writing this.

Any lawyers out there reading this- help!

Requested a quote on Yelp after hours and Craig and the Plumbing Response Team was the first company to get back to me. I got several quotes but many of the other businesses were trying to up charge for a simple service. Craig's prices were more than fair and so we decided to book. They sent someone out on time, got my job done, and were honest about the work that needed to be done. In the past my experience with plumbers they always seem to exaggerate issues and use scare tactics to make you spend thousands on work you don't need. Overall I was super impressed and even saved their number in my phone for the next time I have any plumbing issues.. I won't be needing to use Yelp to search for a plumber going forward as they'll be my first call from here on out. Take it from me and save yourself the time, money, and headache and just give these guys a call.

Craig responded immediately after the we submitted our inquiry. He arrived on time and was prepared to handle the task. He is very knowledgeable about his profession. Craig's ability to explain our plumbing issues were impressive. His pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Craig for plumbing issues.

I went thru a nightmare with Craig Heaps and this ""Plumbing Response Team"". What started as a tub repipe turned into his ""evaluation"" as a ""plumber"" (he holds no plumbing or Azroc license) that I should file not one, but what turned into 2 insurance claims as supposedly my whole sewer system was beyond repair, and my whole water system was leaking in walls. Living out of state I trusted him because he said he was a plumber, and I learned some valuable lessons. VERIFY EVERYTHING he says. He had my whole house torn up for months, and my sone was without his only bathroom for months as he ""fit me"" in between jobs telling me it would take a couple weeks max. In Arizona i am told anything over 1,000 dollars should not be handled by a ""handiman"" which at best is this situation. I was lied to, misled, and suffered for months because of Craig Heaps and the unlicensed people he had tear my house up. He walked off job after damaging my whole electrical system with unearned money also, and could not complete putting bathroom back together like he said he could with the help of Rick (Ricardo Mendoza) and other supposed plumbers who put a water heater in improperly and left it unfinished. Further...he used another company ROC or contractor number when they had nothing to do with the work! That company verified to me they did not do any work! DO NOT USE THIS MAN OR COMPANY. I am still putting together a complaint with AZROC for so many reasons, but be warned! Pictures are of way more than 1,000 worth of damage/work unfinished, how he left my house, trash left on property, wires cut, and so much more! He admitted he wanted to make things right and agreed to try to settle... but no follow thru again. I hope this helps someone else. I have seen other reviews of similar situation now with Craig Heaps, Plumbing Response Team, and Ricardo Mendoza.

Corri came out to replace our water heater and he was amazing from start to finish. Such a kind and hard working dude, and the value for the service was incredible. Seriously lucky that we found them when we did and can't recommend them enough.

AMAZING service. Same day installation and Corri was incredible to work with. He explained everything that he was doing and I learned so much from this experience. Usually a water heater going out is stressful but Corri and Craig worked with us the whole way through. They are empathetic, understanding, extremely intelligent and kind humans! The amount of information I left with was so valuable. And we can take a hot shower tonight! Thank you so much Plumbing Response Team!!!

Plumbing response team came out today and did an incredible job. Our water heater was fixed the same day with an awesome tech named Cory who was extremely helpful. He explained the process every step of the way, was transparent about costs, and they were even able to assist us with some water damage issues to prevent any further mold/damage.

We are so happy we have hot water, and Craig the owner was super professional and friendly throughout the process. It's nice to finally have a plumber we can trust.

Craig, the owner came back and corrected the work, including the work of the second plumber. He also recommended installing a regulator to help prevent future leaks. And my house is now up to code. Would be 5 stars but a lot of rework was required.
