Our water heater broke down. One phone call and James was very clear in communication, texted pictures back and forth to understand the solution and replaced the water heater in no time. Strong communicator, prompt reply and got the job done with minimal fuss. Highly recommend.

The week before Thanksgiving 2018, my upstairs kitchen, bathroom and tub drains were clogged to the point that I couldn't wash any dishes etc.. I called many plumbers in Marin, Sausalito area and none of them came out after many calls. James was really easy to work with, great communicator and was able to clear my drains that were a very convoluted design. He is very knowledgeable and professional, timely as well. I strongly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem or new work.

Faucet was not fixable, after checking with 3 different plumbing supply places, he found an replacement picked it up and did the install.

Had a blockage problem and called plumbing pros because my regular plumber was sick.
James came our with an hour. He worked for 3 hours and was unable to clear blockage.
I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused payment. I really appreciate his integrity.

I hired James this month to find out why our drains and toilets were backed up. This was an emergency call.
James and his crew snaked their camera down our pipes and found a broken section of pipe in our sewer line caused by Tree Roots. The crew and James spent the next two days digging and replacing just the broken pipe and the toilets flowed again. James did not try to sell me a full new pipeline, nor trenchless pipes. He attacked the problem in 24 hours at a fair and competitive price.
I also asked and received a few recent references for Plumbing Pros, (other plumbing companies James works for) and they not only gave James a very good reference, but also told me that they will continue to hire James in an instant.

We will now always call James for our plumbing needs.

TOTAL RIP OFF. A guy named James Pacheco came to do a job in oakland for replacing a sewer lateral, i negotiated the contract for $5,000.00 which includes permits, labor and material. i gave him $2,000.00 to start the job which suppose to take only 4 days max including obtaining permits.
*He calls me 1 week later without even starting the job to tell me its gonna cost an additional $4,500.00!!!!!
*I told him to refund my money and i will find somebody else to do the job, he REFUSED to return my deposit so I am contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint.
*I am preparing to file a law suit (now this is costing me MORE money!!)
*James Pacheco calls me and explains to me that he has a DRINKING problem, and that he left San Diego because he couldn't work things out with his girl friend (who cares??) he is trying to give lame excuses.
*Does not return my calls after this.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PLUMBING PROS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WITNESSES AROUND for any contracts between them if any.

I had a service main break some where from the house to the meter. This line runs under my driveway. Plumbing Pros came out and put in a new line with their trench-less system so no need to tear up my driveway. They also fixed some bad plumbing where the main goes to the house. GREAT SERVICE AND PRICING. They got the job done fast and it looks great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plumbing Pros for any plumbing needs.
