James was extremely helpful in our time of need. We had a plumbing backup issue in the evening over the weekend that needed attention ASAP. James was willing to take a phone call and even video call to help me find where my sewer clean out was since I was having trouble finding it. Beyond that he was trying to help me diagnose and temporarily relieve the issue myself over the phone!

After it was determined this was beyond basic troubleshooting, he came out first thing next morning and used his tools to unblock the line and also send a camera in the line to diagnose the problem which he'll be along to resolve permanently shortly.

James is very responsive and willing to come out even in the later hours. He works quickly and gets the job done. I couldn't ask for more than that. He removed our broken main gate valve and replaced it with a ball valve and also made quick work of fixing a shower faucet and even let me know about a leak around my water meter and offered advice on how to get that taken care of. He makes sure he gets things right and I intend to get his help on future issues if anything comes up.
