James came out on Super Bowl Sunday to help fix my gas line, while many Plummer punted. On top of fixing it James identified the gas meter will leak once he is done, so he was proactive and called pg&e to come out. He finished before the game started. Kudos to plumbing pros!

A follow up to my previous post. After James was so helpful by picking up the phone and talking to me after 10 pm on a Friday night, hired him to fix the big water leak under my driveway. It's not easy to fix a leak when you can't see the pipes!
An additional complication was that there are two water lines under the driveway, coming from a common water meter and going to two townhouses. And no idea which line is leaking, where they are...
We tried to hire a leak detection specialist to help us find the lines and leak, but we weren't able to get anyone on such short notice.
So, James figured it out! Cut one spot in my driveway and found the leak. He knows what he's doing. REALLY AMAZING WORK.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James.

I just called at 10:15 pm on a Friday night and James answered the phone. I have a water leak under my driveway. I'm in a townhouse with a shared water meter so my situation is complicated by an HOA and a shared lot with the other townhouse. James talked me through the possible solutions to the situation and offered to help in any way he can. I had already called four other plumbers, and the HOA said they would send a plumber earlier in the day but then completely dropped the ball. It was an incredible relief to talk to him and to know I can call him for help once I figure out the whole HOA/neighbor responsibility part of the situation.

I reached out to James to replace an old 50gallon hot water heater that was failing. I was considering a Tankless system but initially was scared off by other plumbers' quotes. James was very prompt responding to my inquiry, came to my home and did a thorough assessment of my set up and quoted me a very fair price. He also quoted me a price to replace the 50gallon tank so I could do the math to weigh my options. The Tankless make/model is exactly what I needed to meet my needs. Looking forward to endless hot water and lower gas bills in the future.

Two days later James arrived on time and replaced my old HWH with a beautiful tankless model. He took the extra time to route the pipes through the crawl space to ensure a clean install and provide me with some storage space under the unit. He hauled away the old 50gallon, cleaned the space after the install and all I had to do was turn on the faucets. I'm very fortunate to have found a genuinely good plumber whom I can trust.

My water main broke on a Saturday. The water district came out to shut off the water then said I had to call a plumber. On a Saturday?
