We could not have been more pleased with James and his team. We called several plumbers on a Saturday (of a holiday weekend) to check out our old water heater. James was the only one who responded immediately. He came quickly to assess the situation and relay our options so that we could make an informed decision. James is very responsive and willing to come out even in the later hours. He works quickly and gets the job done. I couldn't ask for more than that. He removed our broken main gate valve and replaced it with a ball valve and also made quick work of fixing a shower faucet and even let me know about a leak around my water meter and offered advice on how to get that taken care of. He makes sure he gets things right and I intend to get his help on future issues if anything comes up.
