If a negative star existed I would give negative stars...our home warranty lined these guys up for our service request. 3 days later, multiple unanswered calls later they answered and informed me they thought I had already been taken care of. They then set an appt for the next day with a 4 hour window. Appt was with Todd. He never showed, called, emailed or texted. After I sat and waited for 4 hours I called him to find out he "had an emergency". Fine, scheduled appt for next day. Waited 3 hrs and then got a call 15 min away. Shows up. I was of course with other contractors bc they had appointments too and were on time. Todd refuses to enter the home and even look at our water heaters or test our hot water that was the issue reported. He further starts raising his voice at me telling me he is a "master plumber" and he doesn't have to look at anything to know what "I am doing". He condescendingly made comments we were renovating and we just wanted a new hot water heater Bc we were "just like all those other people in this neighborhood" just wanting something for free. At this point I told him that it was just best if he left my property. He then started screaming passive aggressively at his assistant saying "I told you, these people are all like this. They had me come all the way out here and waste my time bc they wanted something for free". He did this in front of all the other contractors and so loud all the way to his car that we could continue to hear him from the backyard. His behavior was absolutely uncalled for, disrespectful and hurtful. If that wasn't enough, he then apparently went back to his car and maliciously wrote a FALSE report to warranty company claiming there was nothing wrong with our units or systems and claimed there were "access problems" preventing him from reviewing anything inside the home. Now they won't send anyone else out. CUSTOMER BEWARE with this company!

Our upstairs bathroom tub handle broke off and water was spraying everywhere. I was able to get a hold of Todd within minutes and he sent me detailed pictures of how to turn off water at the main and was out to our house within a little over an hour. Very impressive response and service thank you!

Had a claim threw AHS regarding my plumbing issue, they were thorough and got me taken care of professionally and efficiently. It seems some of these reviews I've seen are also threw AHS and they didn't have great experiences, but mine was pleasant. Just respect the plumber and they'll respect you!!

This company is laughable! Stay away! I'm sorry to say, but everything you read prior to this is correct. Scheduled an appointment. No show. They closed the work order without even showing up. Multiple calls over the course of several days not returned. They told AHS they would get back to us. Didn't happen. I ended up waiting 7 days before we had to get the work completed by a different company. Finally got a refund from AHS. I'm surprised AHS even uses this company based on these reviews and the ones from the BBB (check those out).

Coincidentally (I couldn't make this up if I wanted to), my sister-in-law had a hot water heater issue several months back. I started explaining the nonsense we were dealing with here, and she pulled an email up showing that she had dealt with this exact same company. They replaced the unit, left, it didn't work, and she waited for three weeks for them to return and complete the work before she ended up going to another company to complete the work. Pathetic.

I requested for them to come fix my water heater. Scott came to take pictures but didn't even attempt to troubleshoot it. He left after 2 min of looking at it and said they would get back to me. 3 days later they all the sudden said there were access issues and couldn't perform the work. My water heater is 100% up to code on access through an attic. They just didn't want to do the work. It's only a 2 person company and they will only do extremely easy jobs. Wouldn't waste your time and money

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got hired through our American home shield. Came out Monday to do the job. They asked if they could come back on Tuesday because they didn't have the "correct suits for our job" Then Tuesday they didn't answer our calls and where a no call no show Called Wednesday again and they told us they won't do the job because one of the plumbers is claustrophobic, and the other dosnt feel comfortable doing the job. And then they told the insurance company they don't want to do it because it's impossible to get under the house. Even though I have been under it multiple times and even laid cardboard to the pipe leak. So they wasted our time when we could of gotten someone else to come take a look. Very rude on the phone and unprofessional. But what can I say the reviews on this company speak for themselves.

Warning Do not use this company!!! It appears they don't even have a Google review account maybe because of other bad reviews. Look up their BBB reviews amd trust them. Monday we reached out to the company to schedule an appt. The man said they would call us back. He didn't. Tuesday we reached out again. Man said they would be out at the house between 1 and 4. We took off of work to be there. He said they would call this phone number when they are their way. We took off of work and were here waiting it was a no show. We called again yesterday, no call back.  We spoke with Todd today. He said that the order was closed out on monday because someone came here and replaced a cap, then he said that someone came out and replaced a disposal.  He said someone came out twice. Then he said he has to open a new ticket since we told him that no one has come to repair and that the appointment wasn't even made until Tuesday (since they never called back Monday, as promised), so we were unsure how they could have come one Monday. Then he said they didn't show up to the appt because they reached out to the home owners, since we are "just" the renters, and they didn't have our information.The homeowners did not get a call.  He said he doesn't have an appt until tomorrow morning so someone has to be had to be here again. Which means we would have to take off again. I asked him for his name and the name of the company after he gave it to me, I told him I was filing a complaint because we can't just take off of work to be here again, and I felt he should put us on the calendar first thing today since this was urgent and this was their mistake. After I told him I was filing a complaint told me that I threatened him and to contact the homeowners about finding a different company.  I am assuming it made him upset seeing the terrible reviews that this company has on Google, yelp, and BBB. He then told AHS, he refused these job because he was verbally abused. I assure you this is not the case, we didnt use fowl language or raise our voice or call any names, he is trying to justify his mistakes amd was probably upset that I said I was filing a complaint.
