Todd, the owner, was rude, unprofessional, a time waster, and constantly showed up hours late (after calling with an eta) or not at all (No Call-No Show). The only reason I wasted a month on this company was because American Home Shield selected them as a vendor. Todd showed up twice out of the six times he was supposed to. Once without any tools and another time trying to diagnose the issue with the toilet lid closed while also wearing sunglasses the entire time. It was blatantly apparent he did not want to be here. Todd repeatedly canceled my work orders with AHS. I could not get ahold of the company but AHS could.

He, Todd, scheduled multiple service calls without consulting me, all of which I could not make, so I immediate called and texted to cancel. They took between days to a full week to get back to me. They never showed up 3 different times that I had a scheduled appointment. I'm sure they know what they're doing, as Todd loudly insisted while he spoke over me on multiple occasions, but they're communication skills, time management, ability to show up, and ability to perform work they promised to do is critically lacking. Last we spoke, he insisted he was busy and had no time to respond to simple message he promised to respond to earlier that day. I had to call AHS and make a note on their and my file after sending in the recorded call, screenshots of texts and front door camera reel as proof that he never showed up, or ever attempted to do anything promised, *in addition to* having a bit of a temper as well. I highly recommend skipping this "service" option.

Horrible experience with this company, and they didnt even come out for service! They were contracted by the home warranty company (AHS) and it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with them to schedule service. Their mailbox was full and they would not answer the phone, only text. I tried 4 times to reach out for scheduling and their replies were extremely rude and unprofessional. Then they cancelled the work order without telling me. I cant speak to their abilities to fix plumbing issues, but I would never work with a company this unprofessional and rude.

We contacted our home warranty company, American Home Shield they put us in contact with this company. They finally came out after asking us to first just send them pictures so they didnt have to drive out to our home. Finally we convinced them to just come out and look at the water heater. Then we got a bill for $45(T&P Drain) and $300 (water line). I tried to call them multiple times, they do not answer, they will text you back after a day or two but when you ask for the charges that are outside the replacement of the water heater they do not respond. Then a gentlemen calls you and tells disrespectfully tells you that he received your review (after ignoring your text because they don't answer the phone or call you back) and goes off on me via telephone, doesn't explain anything and hangs up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Save yourself the headaches we went through.

We did not get good service from Todd at Plumbing Proservices. We had him assigned via our home warranty to diagnose and, hopefully correct, the smell of sewer gas in the house. He did not show for the first scheduled appointment and then was difficult to work with on rescheduling. When he came out he gathered our information and looked around outside, then gave his guess about what was wrong. Besides actually doing nothing, he gave the impression that he didn't want to be here and that he didn't really care about us - the same attitude that showed in phone calls with him.

We had a emergency plumbing situation and called Plumbing Pro Services and they had great communication during the entire ordeal and showed up timely and were very polite while doing it! an awesome team ! we will definitely be using them again for future services

Unreliable. Unresponsive. And if you're going through your home warranty company they literally tell you they will not be able to help you in a timely manner because you didn't come to them directly. Gross. No transparency. And barely any communication.

The worst experience with a contractor ever. Dispatched to replace a leaky pot filler. Replaced it but overtightened it and cracked my tile in my backsplash. I contacted them less than 24 hours after the work was done to have them take responsibility for it and they declined. Not sure how these folks can sleep at night knowing how they conduct business. ANYONE could see that this was overtightened and the pipe twisted which caused the tile to crack. I repeatedly requested these guys to just take responsibility for their actions and make it right. They refused and even declined to come back out at the request of the home warranty company. Now I have to pay another dispatch fee, wait a few more days, have another plumber fix the cockeyed, over tightened pipe just so I can, on my own dime, pay for the tile they broke to be replaced. RUN away from these unprincipled, unskilled, irresponsible people. It's hard to believe I'm so much worse off for having them in my house. If you want a plumber who talks a great game but refuses to stand behind his work, use these guys. Apparently the memo about customer service wasn't delivered to these guys. STAY AWAY!!

I had Plumbing Pro Services come out to my house for a plumbing emergency, they responded immediately and worked me into their scheduled. They resolved my plumbing issues within 24 hours! They were professional and I highly recommend them for all your residential plumbing needs.
