Noticed the spigot in my back yard was leaking badly this morning. Called Plumbing Plus, spoke with a professional, helpful customer service person who told me they could either get someone out right away or this afternoon, my choice. I chose right away. Jared N. arrived shortly after, took care of the problem in minutes (soldered new hose bib), and was polite and friendly the entire time. He also helped me determine that I did not have a leak, which wasn't what I called him out to do, but he was happy to help when I asked.
Highly recommend both Jared and Plumbing Plus. Great service.

Very unprofessional and unprepared worker showed up to our house just to do a routine cleaning of our hot water tanks. During the appointment time frame, he was simply sitting outside in his service truck for half an hour clearly trying to put off the appointment for as long as possible. Upon coming into our home and informing him that our two tankless water heaters were located in the attic, the worker seemed very unhappy with this and claimed he only had a six foot ladder and was not able to go into the attic, but when I offered him my ten foot ladder he refused to use it, and then also stated that this would be a two person job and would need to reschedule. However, we've had this kind of service done before and only one man performed it! The worker simply just did not want to take on the job and had a very lazy disposition. I would not use this company or recommend their services to anyone.

I had a clogged sink so I called Plumbing Plus. They came and fixed it. It was really in the drain plug and I couldn't figure out how to get that out of the sink, so Isaiah (the plumber) was courteous enough to show me how (I had to unscrew it from underneath the sink and you had to feel your way as you can't see it). He went the extra step and checked my water pressure and was very courteous. The only complaint I have is the price for such an easy fix. He did not have to take apart any pipes at all as it was just goop in the drain plug. They told me on the phone that basic service was $99-$159 depending on what was needed. Seeing that he did not have to clean out the cupboard underneath the sink nor take any pipes apart, I was disappointed that it was $159 for such a simple task. And I'm local too so it wasn't like they had to make up for commuter miles. They should have really charged me the $99. If he had to do more work and if the clog was actually in the pipes and he had to take pipes apart, clean them out, and put them together again and do stuff like that, then I can see the higher price. So I admit I was disappointed by that. But he was courteous and I liked that as well.

It pays to pay attention to your neighbor's driveway!
This morning we realized the gas pipe in our fireplace was broken in half. Just when we were looking forward to nice fires during this wild, winter weather. Our regular plumber was overbooked and didn't think he'd make it here before Christmas. I noticed the plumbing truck across the street and asked my neighbor to have the plumber stop by on his way out. Isaiah Maher was quick to diagnose the problem. We called the Plumbing Plus office to find that he had a cancellation for this afternoon and within a short time Isaiah had the necessary parts and completed the job. We now can enjoy a beautiful fire this evening. Let it snow - whoops! - rain!

Hot water slab leak! Talked to Michael on Saturday and received good general information and options. Leak was verified by CPL on Monday. Isaiah came on time Wednesday. He worked to understand the issue and how I wanted resolved. Got right to work, even squeezing into a small crawl space under our interior stairs where the manifold was located. Later he called Garrett to help things move even more quickly. Capped the leaking pipe and repiped neatly with a new copper line. Was it cheap....of course not, it is plumbing! But the price was fair, the process was quick and clean and it could have been much worse. We will us this company again if other plumbing issues arise. These were nice, friendly professionals.

I had a problem with my tankless water heater, which meant we had no hot water to half the house. In the late afternoon, I called Plumbing Plus based on Yelp recommendations. They scheduled me a two hour window for the next day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a short time. He fixed the original issue and after doing research, I told him that the water heater had not been ""de-scaled"" in six years and we have two within the house. With a great attitude, he agreed to service both water heaters, even though the de-scaling process takes 45 minutes each.

During the serving process, he told me he was actually the service manager and the scheduled plumber was delayed with his previous customer. So, not wanting to be late and disappoint the customer ""me"", he responded to my residence and made the needed repairs. Now that is exceptional customer service that is difficult to find. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus.

We have (unfortunately!) needed several visits from Plumbing Plus over the past year. Once was on Christmas Day when our hot water heater broke when we were out of town. They were unbelievably quick to respond, patient, friendly and understanding. The plumber who visited our house was great at his job and was also skilled at explaining everything to me over the phone.

Most recently we needed someone to install a new hot water dispenser. Isaiah did a fantastic job installing it and also gave us several tips on how to avoid future plumbing issues in our home. He was friendly, efficient, and did great work!

We definitely call Plumbing Plus when we need a plumber. We have had great customer service and quality of work from them.

We have used Plumbing Plus for many years. Every time, even with the bathroom remodels, they have done an excellent job. This time, one of the showers in the house needed repair. It wasn't bringing in hot water. Isaiah did a fantastic job repairing the shower. He was friendly and professional.

Tried to call 2 times for their service. Each time I was hung up on by a crabby lady. Bad customer service!
