We have had good dealings with this company previously so when we had a clog in the main line we called them out. They wouldn't give an estimate over the phone but figured simple clean out $100. They got there and it was a simple clean out through an outdoor sweep but they wanted over $300 and if we declined there would be a $50 charge. My wife let them do it and they were done in less than 15 min. $1200/hour is not bad money. Maybe shop around because never again for me!

The technician, Lamonte, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. The water regulator was not working which caused too much water pressure to come into the house. Symptoms were exhibited in our upstairs bathrooms with the valves unable to stop the water from filling up in the tanks.

The whole solution was to replace the regulator and the toilet valves, although I elected to forgo replacing the toilet valves to cut some cost. After the water regulator was replaced, Lamonte did his diligence to check my toilets and even adjusted the valves to their working conditions.

Of course things happen in inoppurtune times, like finding a leaking/corroded valve in the middle of the night..... Plumbing plus was able to squeeze me in early the next day and sent out Lamonte first thing in the morning. He was able to remove and change out the valves quickly as well as answer other questions I had. I definitely will be using them again for other work that is needed around the house.

Expensive service when replacing major parts of tankless water heater a few years ago. Charged too much even on simple inspection. After replacing heat exchanger, there was still follow-up repair with extra charge. Not hiring them anymore.

This is my 3rd time using plumbing plus and I always very satisfied with their work. Darryl showed up on time and was on point. He gave me suggestions on installing lines to service my water heater and helped me locate the main line under the house for a separate project. I even bounced a few ideas I had with a RO system and filtration project I was working on and he verified my work. I'll continue to use plumbing plus and will suggest them to my friends. Our water pipe bursted overnight. I called Plumbing Plus and they were able to come within an hour and fixed the pipe. Jordan was nice and knowledgeable! Plumbing Plus even called us afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied! Amazing service!

Plumber Darryl was awesome, but what I paid, for a small job, was highway robbery. After a tiny senior discount, and accounting for one small connector, I was charged about $200+ Hr.

Excellent service!
We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement.
After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel.
Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus

Sent a Yelp request to contact a few businesses at 2:30pm in the afternoon on a Monday...this one among others, responded in a timely manner. I couldn't get the spigot of my house in the backyard needed someone to take it off and replace it cuz it was leaking. The gasket had gone. But had been on the house for a while. These guys quoted me almost $500 just to change the spicket. There quote exactly reads like this:
The emergency fee is $149, and a rough estimate on the repair would be 250-350.

Just to change my spigot.
