I have used these plumbers twice now. Each time I had great service! Today Nate Lopez came out and fixed my problem with my kitchen sink faucet. He was on time, nice, did the job quickly and completely fixed the problem with the faucet fixture. Last time they came out I had a problem with my hot water heater valves and my experience was the same. I used Plumbing Plus based on the recommendation of my neighbor and she said equally good things about her experiences. I'm happy to have found a good, honest, reliable plumber! Thank you.

Had been having problems with my tankless water heater for a while now. If we needed HOT water, i had to come down stairs, turn off the power and turn it back ON.

We later found out that the previous plumber we used, had done descaling incorrectly.

Noritz customer care recommended Plumbing Plus. Thank god ...we found you...

Started the descaling process. within 30 mins he got the job done. Made sure the hot water was coming through with no issues....

I am working on my own bathroom renovation and felt a little over my head on replacing the seized up and leaking faucet valves. I called Plumbing Plus and they sent David out within an hour. He was also done here within an hour and I could not have been more pleased with his level of experience, professionalism and courtesy. I felt their pricing was fair (no surprises....I read the yelp reports before and expected their minimum visit/call charge plus what labor was needed.) I needed a quick remedy and was comfortable with the final price. If you need repairs right away...this is a great company that delivers. Not the least expensive, and certainly not the MOST expensive either. Time is money and their promptness saved me ""my time!"" Priceless...thanks David and Plumbing Plus!

We have been using Plumbing Plus for a few years now since we had a bathroom remodel done by their sister company Remodel Works. I have to say they have either gotten too big or they have a few not so good hires that have happened since we used them last. We decided to do a small remodel of our guest bath (toilet, vanity and light with new paint) I called 3 weeks in advance to make an appt for the Plumber to come install the vanity top (sink and faucet) and the Toilet. I made sure to have all of the parts there for the appt and called to confirm the work the day before. The Plumber was on time but upon seeing the amount of work he had he said we would have to reschedule. I argued that we at least needed to have the toilet installed that day. The soonest he could come back to do the was a week and a half later (this is holiday time, but still unreasonable) I did call and talk to the service manager today (Monday) and he was able to give me an appt sooner but I'm not sure I will ever use this company again or recommend it to anyone I know.

I received outstanding service yesterday fro Plumbing Plus. Garrett Joyner arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgableand friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing to repair my shower valve seal, and he gave me some good advice on two slow drains - and saved me some money. This was my second experience wit Plumbing Plus (the first one also rated a five-star review). I received a phone call today from the office to make sure I was satisfied. The next time I need plumbing service, Plumbing Plus will get the call.

I had a guy come out and quote me $350 to replace a leaky coupling on a pipe. It was under the house and a little awkward but I have done this enough to know the scope. of the work. I figured it was about a $200 job, including everything. He did drop it to $300. Now I read in Yelp the following ""This would constitute a charge of $159.00 which includes our first labor hour, travel time, service call and TOS (Truck Operation Service Fee). Whoa! this is very different from what I was told. Looks like I paid about $125 more than it should have been if this quote is accurate. Guess I am still looking for a reasonably priced plumber!

I called Plumbing Plus because I have a PEX pipe as main water pipe and a lot of plumbers don't know how to work with it. Robert H. came in and did a great job! He is so organized and clean. I would give him five stars if the price can be lower. However, I believe I got what I paid for. He is efficient, clean and so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Very bad service. I scheduled a service call to install some new fixtures, and was told they would arrive between 10 a.m. and noon. at just past 11:30 I called to find out where the plumber was.

the dispatcher was surprised that I had not been called, and said she would call the plumber and find out his status, got a call back a few minutes later saying he was about a half hour from arriving.

at about 15 or so minutes after noon he finally arrived. when I answered the door, he introduced himself. I told him he was late, and he sad it wasn't that much time, and that if he had been there at 15 minutes till twelve, he would have been early.

the manner it was said was hostile and aggressive, coupled with a gruff and stern look.

no explanation or apology for the delay .

at that point I told him that his job at my residence was over and he was in effect ""fired"" and to leave.

when I called dispatch, she was mystified, and when I asked to talk with a supervisor, I was told he was ""unavailable"" of course, I don't expect any management would ""get back to me"" immediately.

More than likely the only way they will respond is a bad review here.

this was a totally unexpected disappointment in the attitude of the service. My past experience with them is that not only did they re-pipe my house, but responded to several ""emergencies"" and quickly fixed the problem. very good service, THEN.

it is upsetting because I wanted not only the job be done, but I needed several estimates for an upcoming remodel. I will now have to find another company.

I don't know what the plumbers problem was, perhaps he had a few beers or something else to put him in a bad mood. It was very easy to see that if I had continued the conversation, he might have escalated the situation.
