Excellent. Our water heater broke and I called around. This was the first company that found a way to send someone the same day! They diagnosed the problem correctly, got the part and came back later in the day to install it. Repair guy stayed until 7 pm to get it fixed. Super nice people. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

After talking to three plumbing/water heater ""experts"", we chose Plumbing Plus for their 1) Professionalism - Tech Darryl Fountain was on time, easy to deal with, answered all of our questions. 2) Knowledge - there are new ""codes"" that have to be met and Plumbing Plus knew all about them and explained clearly what we needed to do. 3) Price - they were not the least expensive, but their bid was comprehensive, clear and no unexpected add-ons or surprises came up. Plumbing Plus did OUTSTANDING WORK on replacing my six bathroom sink faucets, six bathroom sink drains, three shower heads, three shower control valves, two shower/tub fill necks, and two shower/tub drains. A special shout-out to Lamonte and Matt for their professionalism (wore booties over their work boots and masks throughout the entire job!) and for working with me to finish the job just as I wanted it. Out of all the above work, only ONE bathroom sink drain had a small leak. It was a simple phone call and within less than 48-hours, Lamonte returned to fix it at no charge! They far exceeded my expectations and treated me with respect, dignity, and courtesy. Highly unusual given their high-priced mafia competition Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning that I am used to extorting me out of my hard-earned money. Thank you Plumbing Plus for restoring my faith in honest, mom, and pop plumbing shops that do excellent work! Customer for life!

Our water is backed up in the house all the way up into the shower after a remodel. Kyle from Plumbing plus came out and did an amazing job he actually found out there was a dead squirrel inside and showed me with the camera he spent about an hour and a half cleaned it all out then went back with the camera and saw some more debris that was farther back . He clean those out and showed me everything was crystal clear took his time did amazing job thank you Plumbing plus for hiring people like Kyle to come out and represent you. Great experience

We had a crack in our main water line that resulted in the pipes needing to be replaced. The lead guy, Kyle, was very accommodating. We had some hiccups in communication mostly due to their ineffective call center servicer. After a mistake was made with pipe location they corrected the issue and even replaced my plan that had been damaged in the process. Overall we are satisfied with our service.

Minus one star for the lack of communication passed from their call center to their plumbing staff.
Pro tip: make sure you talk to the plumber directly about any concerns you have while they are still there as getting in touch is challenging after.

Two technicians came out to fix a leak in a toilet tank which allowed water to keep flowing into the tank. When they arrived they diagnosed the issue. After doing this they went back to their truck for about 15 minutes sitting in the cab. They came back and gave me a print out of several options ranging from a couple hundred dollars to replacing the entire toilet! I told them I wanted the cheapest option. After fixing the leak in the toilet tank one of the technicians asked to check the water pressure in the hot water tank. They did and said the water heater should be replaced and asked if I wanted that done. I declined.

The following day, I noticed when using the upstairs shower, a high pitched squeal which would last until I turned off the faucet. In fact, we hear this squeal when my son takes a shower in a different bathroom. There's no way this could automagically happen right after a service call for something totally different, unless one of the repair people tweaked something to cause this. I will never use them again.

We have had good dealings with this company previously so when we had a clog in the main line we called them out. They wouldn't give an estimate over the phone but figured simple clean out $100. They got there and it was a simple clean out through an outdoor sweep but they wanted over $300 and if we declined there would be a $50 charge. My wife let them do it and they were done in less than 15 min. $1200/hour is not bad money. Maybe shop around because never again for me!

The technician, Lamonte, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. The water regulator was not working which caused too much water pressure to come into the house. Symptoms were exhibited in our upstairs bathrooms with the valves unable to stop the water from filling up in the tanks.

The whole solution was to replace the regulator and the toilet valves, although I elected to forgo replacing the toilet valves to cut some cost. After the water regulator was replaced, Lamonte did his diligence to check my toilets and even adjusted the valves to their working conditions.

Of course things happen in inoppurtune times, like finding a leaking/corroded valve in the middle of the night..... Plumbing plus was able to squeeze me in early the next day and sent out Lamonte first thing in the morning. He was able to remove and change out the valves quickly as well as answer other questions I had. I definitely will be using them again for other work that is needed around the house.
