Nobody wants to hire a plumber. It usually means there's a problem that's disrupting your life and the fix is going to cost $$$ on something that's not exactly a fun purchase. But the worst part is the sense that you could be taken advantage of. Fortunately, I found these guys who gave me the confidence that they could fix my corroded sewer gas line at a reasonable price.

Alex, Jay and Jose made this as painless of an experience as possible. Alex, in particular, was thorough in his estimate explanation and gave me multiple options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. I never felt like I was being pressured on an upsell. And when I compared his estimate to others I solicited, the scope of work was reasonable and the price was fair. They got the work done within 2 days of the estimate and left without a trace of a mess which is incredible considering the fact that they cut into multiple large sections of drywall. Hard to find guys who will own the patching and painting work too, but these guys delivered there, too.

Nobody wants to hire a plumber but if you have to, I definitely recommend this crew without reservations.

I really appreciated Alex's clarity and explanations of what was going on with my plumbing issues, trying to get to the bottom of some problems that kept occurring over the years. It always felt like the goal was to get the job done right so there wouldn't be future issues, rather than just getting it done and moving on. I would recommend them if you want to really understand your options and get work that will last and not cause problems down the line. Work seemed to get done fast considering size of the job, Jose and Jay were the other plumbers helping.

Me and my husband were moving some stuff around while cleaning out the back yard-tried to move the hose and immediately noticed water leaking- I panicked so right away came to Yelp to get emergency service. It took me longer to fill out the service request than it did for Plumbing Perfection and Rooter Service to contact me and assure me they could have a technician come out to check out the problem. Within about an hour Alex shows up and starts to asses the problem,not only did he provide us with an easy & fast fix (which I should mention it was exactly what I need it becuase I wanted to get our water turned back on as soon as possible) but he also gave us a free estimate and looked around at everything we need to get fixed far as plumbing service is need it. He spotted so many different issues which speaks highly about his knowledge. He knew his stuff very well and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He was very thoroughly when explaining the issues - me being your average girl who doesn't know much about anything laborious can appreciate understanding what someone is talking about. I did not have to spend a crazy amount of money for something that was fairly quickly to fix at the moment.
I will definitely be calling them back to work on my future plumbing issues as I was so glad to come across their great service.
