Contacted about a pipe leak inside of wall/crawlspace. Company responded quickly and sent someone over for inspection and estimate the same day.

Alex was very communicative throughout the process, provided an accurate estimate for the scope of work as well as an insightful assessment of the underlying causes. He was able to bring in an electrician to look at some wiring that was damaged by the leak (also providing an accurate estimate and a quick repair). The bulk of the job involved cutting some holes in the wall (drywall inside and stucco outside), replacing a section of pipe, and repairing the walls. The job took about 3 days to complete including cleanup, and Alex and his team were prompt and communicative with their timelines each day. Alex kept us updated at every step, made sure we were comfortable with the work being done and offered alternatives, and gave us advice on other things we could do ourselves to prevent future problems from occurring.

Our shower drainpipe fell off and we called around for plumbing service, some wanted a fee for just looking at the problem. We chose Plumbing Perfection because of their lead plumber Alex M. He explained everything in detail using laymen's terms so we could understand the scope of the problem. When the work was started, they found numerous serious issues from previous plumbing jobs. Alex M again explained everything and made excellent suggestions to handle all of our problems, including a cracked sewer line. They replaced all of our broken and corroded drainpipes, re-vented our exhaust pipe for sewer gases, replaced the broken sewer line, and moved the sewer line access closer to our home. They also cleaned everything up and put sheetrock over all the holes they needed for access. Alex M and his Crew from Plumbing Perfection were AMAZING! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Nobody wants to hire a plumber. It usually means there's a problem that's disrupting your life and the fix is going to cost $$$ on something that's not exactly a fun purchase. But the worst part is the sense that you could be taken advantage of. Fortunately, I found these guys who gave me the confidence that they could fix my corroded sewer gas line at a reasonable price.

Alex, Jay and Jose made this as painless of an experience as possible. Alex, in particular, was thorough in his estimate explanation and gave me multiple options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. I never felt like I was being pressured on an upsell. And when I compared his estimate to others I solicited, the scope of work was reasonable and the price was fair. They got the work done within 2 days of the estimate and left without a trace of a mess which is incredible considering the fact that they cut into multiple large sections of drywall. Hard to find guys who will own the patching and painting work too, but these guys delivered there, too.

Nobody wants to hire a plumber but if you have to, I definitely recommend this crew without reservations.
