I needed help to unclog kitchen sink drain. Contacted local plumbing services and Alex responded quickly and listened to my issue. As he went to investigate the problem under the house, he detected moisture by the main drain pipe. Via his camera, he acknowledged that there were cracks on the old pipe which caused leakage and if not repaired, it would cause major problems. He provided me the quote for repairs (it was really out of my budget) but it had to be done. I agreed, so this mighty team of Alex and Jose got to work and got everything fixed (along with the other teams that assisted). Fantastic job they have performed, great and courteous guys. I would call them again for any future plumbing projects.

I communicated with them on Saturday night and they came right away to get the job done within Sunday morning! Anthony is nice and proficient at his job. Everything is also clean afterwards. Exceptional plumber, person and experience! Alex is handsdown honest and great guy. I had a clogged kitchen sink and bathroom. They came over and checked and found out how old my pipes were. He suggested I have it replaced and gave me a great price . I can't believe we waited so long to do this, should have done it years ago! Also he had a great team that worked with him. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Will recommend to family and friends.

Our water heater started leaking, which was expected given that it's probably 15 years or so old. I contemplated going tankless, but decided to just do another tank. I messaged Alvaro and immediately got a response with some options.

We went over various estimates based on how I wanted the new tank installed and he said he could do it the next morning. We went ahead and agreed on replacing our water tank and also bringing up the installation up to modern standard/code.

The team arrived at the time promised and immediately got to work. I expected nothing but a great job and they installed everything as outlined by Alvaro. 3 jobs by Plumbing Perfection and all 3 were excellent.

We have used Al & his great team for a few projects. The last project was a major plumbing job which affected much of our house pipe system. What makes these guys so good? Experiencing a slow drain on a Sunday morning it was impossible to do dishes or use water in sink period. I called Plumbing Perfection and a gentleman named Alex answered immediately. He advised that he had a tech not far and the tech would show up in approximately 1-2 hours. Perfect. 10 minutes later Alex called back and advised the tech would take longer and that he, personally, would come for the repair. Alex showed up in 20 mins and cleared my problem soon after. Fast, professional, courteous, and reasonable. I highly recommend Alex and his company. Great job Alex.

Absolutely great costumer service! I love a place that knows how to treat their costumers. Alex was great! Cleared our clog in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing issues.

Our bathroom sink was clogged for more than 2 weeks, we tried fixing it ourselves but couldn't remedy the problem. I then came on Yelp to look for some plumbers and how much it would cost me to get it fixed. They were the most affordable out of all the quotes I received, also some companies didn't want to give me a quote because they wanted to send someone to asses the problem first even though it was clearly a clogged sink, nothing major.
