We have used Al & his great team for a few projects. The last project was a major plumbing job which affected much of our house pipe system. What makes these guys so good? They provide great customer service explaining the work, being honest with costs, answering our calls, being friendly, and doing a few extras which adds value to all their work. Their work is professionally done with excellent equipment, using quality material (none of that cheap material), meticulous care given to the small details, and they work hard to get the work done well. They didn't leave our house until we were satisfied with everything. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Al and his team. Whenever I have a project in the future, I will contact Al.

Experiencing a slow drain on a Sunday morning it was impossible to do dishes or use water in sink period. I called Plumbing Perfection and a gentleman named Alex answered immediately. He advised that he had a tech not far and the tech would show up in approximately 1-2 hours. Perfect. 10 minutes later Alex called back and advised the tech would take longer and that he, personally, would come for the repair. Alex showed up in 20 mins and cleared my problem soon after. Fast, professional, courteous, and reasonable. I highly recommend Alex and his company. Great job Alex.

Absolutely great costumer service! I love a place that knows how to treat their costumers. Alex was great! Cleared our clog in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing issues.

Our bathroom sink was clogged for more than 2 weeks, we tried fixing it ourselves but couldn't remedy the problem. I then came on Yelp to look for some plumbers and how much it would cost me to get it fixed. They were the most affordable out of all the quotes I received, also some companies didn't want to give me a quote because they wanted to send someone to asses the problem first even though it was clearly a clogged sink, nothing major.

I contacted plumbing perfection needing my main line valve replaced and a sewer clean out installed. They quoted me based on pictures/description, and were able to send Alex and Jose out the next day for a 11-2 window. Alex and Jose showed up promptly at 11, got to work, and did a fantastic job. The valve was tricky, and they needed to move my dryer to get access. They charged me for this, but even so the total price was still in line with other plumbers who couldn't come for a week, and probably would have also increased their price when they realized that it was hard to access.
Overall I'm very happy with them. I spoke mostly to Alex, who was polite, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and did exactly what he said he would and got the job done. Thanks!!

I called plumbing perfection to see if they were available today Friday 9/9 to fix a leak. Alvaro & Jose arrived promptly , very nice and polite men. Fixed my leak and answered all my plumbing questions. It's so hard to find a good plumber definitely will be using them in the future to repipe my home. Thanks again plumbing perfection.

My brother's toilet and bathtub was backed up and overflowed into the bedroom. Once I posted the problem on Yelp, these guys responded almost immediately. Alex and Jose showed up exactly when they were supposed to and they figured out how to fix the problem. They did not try to upsell anything, they just came in and did their job and then they recommended what to do next. These 2 guys were so professional and kind, I cannot recommend them enough. I was in a bind and trying to help my brother out, luckily, plumbing perfection contacted me and took care of this mess. They even cleaned up and left the place in as good of a condition they could. I'm very impressed and thankful.

This is a totally honest and unbiased review. It literally happened today and I've never met them before. I had about 5 other plumbers in the running and these guys responded the quickest. They took care of the problem and were just so incredibly professional.

Here's the thing I'm a person that does DIY things around the house but unfortunately when it comes to plumbing I don't know a lot. When it comes figuring the water pressure it becomes my mumbo-jumbo for me. I had to call their experts to resolve my issue that I got myself into.

Add several pieces and needed to be replaced but unfortunately, I couldn't find that answer myself so I have message several companies on Yelp about the issue. I have different quotes in different suggestions and how to fix my new cartridge. It was understandable that that Alex had responded to my message promptly. The way he communicated and he was able to come immediately to analyze. That's why I was very confident of proceeding them with their business.

I have no doubt that I will be calling again. I do appreciate they were very knowledgeable,very friendly and professional.

They were quick to respond and very professional. I had a leak behind my shower and they provided a reasonable quote and fixed the issue promptly. Even followed up after the job was done to check if everything was okay. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Alex and jose showed up on time. After running the water again the house was still backed up. They stated the line was collapsed and offered a to replace the entire main drain as a solution.

I sent out another plumber and he was able to resolve the problem and said the main drain was old. But not collapsed. I would not recommend. Reached out for a refund and nothing yet.
