So when I came home last Thursday, one of the hoses from the water heater was leaking.
I was thinking of replacing the hose only, but it was hard to remove. Besides, my water heater is over 16 years old, so I decided to replace it.
I contacted several local plumbers but was told to contact them the next day during business hours. But then Alex texted me that night and he asked me several questions. Rather going back and forth via texting, I asked whether it would be OK to call him, and he said that it would be OK. After a brief conversation, he told me that he can come by the next day morning and he was able to replace my water heater by 3 PM.
He works with two other people and they were able to finish it in a timely matter.
After the installation, he ran several testing and everything was done by 3:30 PM.
They were all professional and you can tell that they are only using top-quality products.
I am very happy with their work I think I found a go-to plumber for me and also for my family and relatives.

I thought my sink was clogged and so I called Plumbing Perfection. They came all the way out with a snake device, only to discover that the sink wasn't clogged at all. Instead I had just engaged the stopper without realizing it. What happened next was remarkable. They told me exactly what the problem turned out to be -- and then they have not wanted to take any money from me since. I would be happy to pay them because it obviously took time for them to drive through rush hour traffic to come to my place. I thought the least I could do was leave a review stating that these guys are very, very honest.

I needed help to unclog kitchen sink drain. Contacted local plumbing services and Alex responded quickly and listened to my issue. As he went to investigate the problem under the house, he detected moisture by the main drain pipe. Via his camera, he acknowledged that there were cracks on the old pipe which caused leakage and if not repaired, it would cause major problems. He provided me the quote for repairs (it was really out of my budget) but it had to be done. I agreed, so this mighty team of Alex and Jose got to work and got everything fixed (along with the other teams that assisted). Fantastic job they have performed, great and courteous guys. I would call them again for any future plumbing projects.

Exceptional plumber, person and experience! Alex is handsdown honest and great guy. I had a clogged kitchen sink and bathroom. They came over and checked and found out how old my pipes were. He suggested I have it replaced and gave me a great price . I can't believe we waited so long to do this, should have done it years ago! Also he had a great team that worked with him. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Will recommend to family and friends.
