I bought a whole house filter from Pelican that needed to be installed. Peter did a great job installing the system, rerouting preexisting pipes and installing a new shut off valve. His prices are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend using him. He is extremely knowledgeable on all plumbing issues and is extremely professional. I will be using him again for sure. I purchased a whole house aquasana system and needed someone to install it. By sheer luck I was referred to Peter. He told me the cost and that he knows that system very well. I was relieved because aquasana didn't tell me who to call to install it, so when Peter said he installs them often I felt a rush of relief ! Peter installed it today, he was not only on time. But he came 10 mins early. He told me how long it would take to install and he took an hour less than his estimate. One part got broken during shipping so I'm waiting to get the new part so he can finish by simply popping it in. But he did all the hard work today and it looks amazing and was done so neatly. I can't wait to have the part that broke added and have nice clean/softened/UV filtered water in my whole house! Peter was so nice, easy to deal with and professional. He even helped me move my stuff out of the way so he had room to install it.

Petra installed a whole house water filter and water softener for me. I highly recommend him. He was quick to respond with a reasonable price. He arrived on time and let me know half an hour before arrival time that he was on his way. Being punctual is a big plus for me. The installation went smoothly and he tested the systems. After installing a water filter and softener, you should let the water run for a while. Petra gave me some tips on how to use that water to prevent wasting our precious water in California. When he was leaving, he asked me to give him a call if I had any questions, concerns, or issues. To me, that is a sign of a good customer service. Thank you, Petra.

We needed to call a specific technician for the type of hot water service we have so we didn't have much of a choice in who we worked with, but we definitely lucked out with these guys.
To start, they are on time and even send a message to give you a heads up when they are close by. Peter came by to take a look at our hot water service, he was well dressed and even had boot covers to make sure he didn't make a mess in the house. He made sure he took his time to diagnose the situation and that we fully understood what needed to be done before doing anything.
Anyway, he obviously completed the work and all went smooth. But here's the kicker, while working he noticed that our water softening service needed a bit of maintenance which he took care of and also gave us a tutorial so we can maintain the system ourselves moving forward...all that and he didn't even charge us for it.
I've worked in the bathroom and kitchen renovation business for a while and have met a few plumbers over the years, and I can safely say you won't find much better than this company. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.
I called Petar, he responded in under 30 minutes with an appointment time and a request for me to text him my home address etc. He arrived on time and went right to work replacing my kitchen faucet. He cleaned along as he worked and when he was done, not only did I have a new faucet, but my kitchen was spotless. Always maintaining a very pleasant manner.
I wish I had more work for him to do. He will be my plumber from here on in.

He drilled through the external wall and skillfully fitted the system in the limited space in the garage's corner, checked the water pressure upon install, gave me a few valuable advises on the system usage, and turned the water back on from the main valve.

I had a recirculation pump installed because I was filling up five gallon buckets in my shower before it got hot. This is a fantastic investment, I have the water heater turned down half mass and the water is hotter than it ever has been before!!! It heats up in 7 to 10 seconds!! No more carrying 5-gallon buckets of water to my backyard and repurposing for my lawn. Thank you so much Petar ! Quoted me via phone, Got me on schedule in 1 day, was prompt, efficient, cleaned up, and friendly. Highly recommended!
