Our aprox. 20 yr.old GE water heater started dripping water droplets from the plastic drain valve and at first was thinking of replacing the drain valve only. After multiple consultations with Petar through Yelp, I decided to replace the whole unit instead. Petar was very honest and informative and gave me a very good price. While he was draining the water the faulty valve broke off, so we started using buckets instead, which enabled me to see the filthy water/sediment that was built up over the years. Recently purchased a house during this pandemic that was a prior rental unit/foreclosure property. Due to this I was worried about installing the new reverse osmosis water filtration system for my downstairs sink. (Thinking pipes might be busted or seals faulty if I start playing around down there and with no easy way to get to a hardware store for a fix) so I reached out to petar and he provided an affordable quote even offering to decrement the cost for using an existing hole in my counter top for the faucet. This stood out to me showing me that he isn't just trying to charge for as much as he can get. When he came out he provided fast and excellent work. No breaks, no spills, and water system working great. I will definitely be reaching back out to him for any future projects.

I had come back from vacation to find that I no longer had hot water in the house. After doing some research, I was able to determine what the issue was. My home owners insurance requires all repairs be done professionally. I sent out a number of inquiries through yelp. Out of the dozen plumbers that responded, only 4 responded in a manner I would conclude to be honest. (A few tried to blow it out of proportion along the lines of telling me that my photon transducer was malfunctioning) Petar responded to my inquiries professionally and promptly. He stated the problem clearly and did not attempt to upswell. Petar arrived within 7 minutes of the appointment time and resolved the issue efficiently.

I'll see if the repairs hold up but for now he earns 5 stars for his honesty, efficiency and professionalism. He price was relatively on par with his competitors.

There cannot be a better water heater repair guy. I didn't have any hot water, so I called a guy on Yelp who told me I would need to order a part from GE and he gave me an estimate for the repair. Since I didn't want to wait, I called another guy (Petar) who told me he had the part and could start in about an hour. He arrived and fixed it for $60 less than the first estimate (including parts). I was so relieved that it got fixed that I offered to tip him. He refused and just asked that I refer him, so that's what I'm doing. Thanks, Petar!
