Efficient. Clean. Professional. Timely. Peter was the main guy and he brought along an assistant to install our water softener. Both were professional and friendly. I really appreciated the confirmation text one the day before the scheduled installation. On the morning of, I received text updates for bad traffic with an updated ETA. Not enough service companies do this and you end up sitting around wondering when the dude is going to show up - but not Peter; he keeps you posted. They projected 4-5 hours for the install (we were informed on the time frame when we scheduled the appointment) - it ended up taking less than 3 hours. The higher projected hours was to factor in unknown problems they may run into, but since it was a smooth install with no issues arising, it was done in a shorter time. My neighbor actually recommended them to me, and I will definitely recommend them as well!

I'm very pleased with Petar. I called him for an estimate. He was fair and the estimate was commensurate with the amount of work that needed to be done. I wanted to install a water softener. I had called many other installers and plumbers but all they wanted was to talk me out of the one I chose and buy their system for triple the price.
Petar was in on time both in showing up and in finishing the work. He was very pleasant to work with and he left the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him

Excellent customer service, honest and very reasonable prices. My water heater's pilot light failed on my 4 yr old unit and I had no hot water at all. I called on a Saturday and the owner was able to get me in for a same day appointment. He was on time, extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it fast! Hired through Amazon home services - OUTSTANDING! Called for a toilet install. Petar arrived during specified time, called when he was 30 mins away was professional and quick with the installation. There were no hidden charges or extra items I need to buy. Charge was exactly what the estimate was for a toilet installation. He cleaned up afterwards and hauled away old toilet.
