The experience turned out to be a nightmare. We will never use this companies services again and would never recommend them to anyone. We were promised our home would look like they had never been here once they finished the repairs. Far from it. So many issues. Textured ceiling is mismatched, poor painting and colors do not match, unacceptable cleanup and property broken to name just a few. A three day job turned into five and is still not satisfactory in the least. Management has not addressed our concerns. Unprofessional and frankly deceitful. We are now in a dispute with Plumbing Express's unwillingness to rectify the poor quality of their work. They claim they are not responsible nor capable for our repairs because they never guaranteed anything. We submitted a quote to Plumbing Express from a contractor who can restore the appearance of our ceiling, which they will not pay, although they led us to believe they would. Totally unacceptable. When your manager, Danny, came to our home to sell this job he toured and surveyed the premises. The day before the work was scheduled my wife spoke to Ronda and Danny to make sure we would have things moved so the plumbers would have access to all necessary areas. We were told to clean out underneath all sinks, on top of the refrigerator, give them access to the main floor ceiling and clear the walls opposite all toilets. This was all done before the plumbers arrived. When the plumbers arrived, my wife was agitated. We were assured Plumbing Express would follow strict Covid-19 protocol. None of your plumbers were wearing masks or social distancing, They said they forgot. My wife is immune compromised and denied them entry until they went back to their trucks to retrieve the masks. Some plumbers did not wear their mask the entire time and there was a lack of social distancing. Danny told us the plumbers would work methodically through the house. This was not the case. From the beginning they were all over our three level home. In addition, they needed access to the laundry room and the basement ceiling. My wife spent all morning moving our belongings to accommodate them. If we had been told before hand, this would not have been an issue. The plumbers were asked not to move anything without asking my wife first. This was not done. We found some of our belongs in places they should not have been. Also,aggravating. She admits to a few choice words. As far as your two managers coming out to inspect the mismatched paint colors resulting in non-existence of blending, places Plumbing Express's laborer just missed leaving white bare spots and the mismatched texture on our ceiling, they indicated to us that Plumbing Express would be willing to pay another contractor to correct the textured ceiling and the poor painting. After spending the time to acquire two quotes from professional licensed drywall contractors, who agreed that there is nothing about our ceiling texture technique that is non-standard and guaranteed the match, Plumbing Express declined to pay and offered to come back themselves with no guarantee. We are opting to pay $1800.00 for a guaranteed sure thing than to take a chance on Plumbing Express again. We declined their offer to cleanup that day because we had a commitment and could not wait for them to do what should have already been done. We no longer have the receipt for our lamp so cannot prove the cost. The lamp was not the only damage. There are irreparable deep scratches in our living room hardwood floor caused by Plumbing Express's employee's ladder. The planks would have to be ripped out and replaced. Ed admitted to us that this was a Plumbing Express perfect storm and that he had past problems with the employee sent out after the plumbers to do the repair.

Chris Jones was my tech. he repaired my dishwasher a few weeks ago. He did a great job. He was super helpful with dealing with my warranty company as well. He went over and beyond to help me get everything fixed.

The plumbing issue wasn't a priority until my water bills spiked. It was Plumbing Express to my rescue. I had them assess a few things while here and was happy to select them for the repairs. They showed me the source of the trouble while explaining what was needed and worked swiftly to get everything fixed. Professional service and good work were the end results.

One Sunday night, approximately two weeks after buying my first home, I was doing a load of laundry and as I went to use the bathroom I noticed that my bathtub had filled with water. And the other bathtub...and there was water on the floor! That load of laundry quickly turned into a multi-thousand dollar problem. Needless to say I was very upset after just having purchased a home and neither my warranty nor home owner's insurance would cover any of the repairs. I contacted Roto-Rooter (first thing that came up when I googled fixes to my problem) and they came out that night and unfortunately were not able to clear the line. To their credit they didn't charge me for that, but did charge me $420 to run a camera through my line. Turns out I had roots in my sewer line (which wouldn't be something always found during the home inspection). They gave me a quote for just under $10,000 to dig into my front yard and fix the pipe. They let me know this was a great price and pretty much made it seem like they were doing me a favor because I wouldn't have to uproot the tree that was causing the issues because of their """"superior"""" technology that allowed them to go under the tree to fix my problem. To their credit, they did recommend I contact my county and see if they would help with the problem since my issue was so close to the street. With such a high quote I proceeded to get two more quotes. The second quote from Reliable Heating & Air, was $6500 for them to come and replace the sewer line and clear the issue and $4500 for them to come and ONLY install a sewer cleanout and that would allow the county to then come out and fix the true issue. I was pretty depressed with this. The final company, Plumbing Express, was the last to come out and since I still didn't have the video from Roto (they were supposed to email it and it took days for them to), Jose Lopez, my technician, ran the camera line free of charge and my quote was $5000 lower! AND he found an additional issue further up the line on my side of the homeowner vs county line, that would have also caused me problems shortly. AND he was going to install the cleanout while replacing the pipe from the original site of the issue. They ended up working with me a little on the quote and this ended up being the best value and the work was more extensive than the first two companies quoted me at. Jose was on time and extremely professional. With all the COVID-19 stuff going on, he always maintained the proper recommended distance from my family and while fixing my issue he constantly checked in on whether I had questions or needed anything. Then at the end we found another unrelated problem actually in the house and he worked with me on getting figuring that out! I now consider Plumbing Express my go to company for any issues my family or I may have and I am beyond grateful that I found them. Despite having a bill for thousands after just buying a house, I still managed to walk away feeling like my money was well spent and that's saying a lot since I am an extremely frugal person. Our piping was plumed wrong to begin with and the garbage disposal was pushing waste up into the sink. Not pleasant. We hired someone that made a huge mess, using the wrong materials and then left us. When Jose from Plumbing Express came by and gave us a reasonable quote and was able to work right away, we were happy. Imagine having to come in after someone else and cleaning up their mess. He did a great job and we have total confidence that everything works as it should + you get a 90 day guarantee. The first guy definitely didn't have that. We now have a new plumber and one we would recommend to our friends. Thanks!

I live in a subdivision with faulty pex piping. Like most of the homes in my subdivision I developed a leak. After talking to several neighbors who replaced their entire plumbing, I decided to do the same. Spoke to several companies, and found that P. E. was a little more expensive, but I really liked what Blake the owner explained to my wife and I. He said they use CPVC piping and then went over every aspect of the job. When the crew arrived they went at it all day and at the end of the day we had our water back on. Roberto did our sheetrock repair, great job! Ed followed up and made sure we were happy. A few days later we had heavy rains all day, and that evening I found water pouring in through a pipe entry in the unfinished basement. I called Blake, he called he called Ed. Ed was at my home at 1:00 am, and stayed about 2 hours digging in the pouring rain until he stopped the leak. Now that's service! I can't say enough this company, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ed even came out a few days later to relocate a shutoff valve for my outdoor faucet that was installed near the ceiling, and Ed put it where I could reach it without a ladder. This is my go to plumber forever. Thanks Blake, Ed, And the entire plumbing express crew. JOB WELL DONE....

Trust yelp and the reviews! I had a plumbing problem and didn't have a clue which business to contact. Like many, I turned to Yelp and looked at the reviews. Plumbing Express clearly stood out and the rating is so well deserved. My primary experience was with Tammy who was simply WONDERFUL! She was patient, consistent and extremely pleasant to work with. She stayed in contact with me until we were able to get renters in place for an assessment/estimates. Then, I had the pleasure of talking with the technician (Garreth) who was knowledgable and thorough. He made a recommendation which I believe was the best advice in addition to a fair/reasonable price. Needless to say, I moved forward with his suggestion and immediately decided that Plumbing Express would be my one and ONLY service provider. My overall experience was so good that I was determined to contact the office and speak with either a manager or the owner to express my appreciation for their professional service. I even offered to send a small token of my appreciation but the manager suggested Yelp so, here I am. Called PE to replace a failing 2006 hot water heater because they had favorable reviews and offered an all inclusive price for replacement/installation (up to 50 gal). The work was performed in August 2019 and there have not been any problems with hot water. From the time of appointment to followup visit, staff did a good job keeping me informed of schedule and arrival times. First attempt, had to be delayed due to weekend closing time of supplier. David was the service tech and he was professional, answering questions, and taking to care to protect our floors and property. Installation was on 2nd floor and went smoothly. But when flushing some of the hot water lines, and turning on nearby faucets, some debris got caught in one of the faucet cartridges, causing vibration and noise at a certain setting. David made sure to return the following day and installed a new cartridge and also replace a clogged/damaged aerator on the laundry sink faucet, to restore things as they were before the hot water heater replacement.
