Dylan was my service technician and he was very professional and wore proper Covid19 protection. He was very knowledgeable about the product I purchased as well as the old product I had (garbage disposal). Even though he was there to install a new disposal I quickly learned that my old one was only jammed (which he fixed). I am very thankful for Dylan and Plumbing Express and will be referring friends.

I received a couple of referrals from others but decided to look on Yelp as well. Read the reviews so decided to try. Spoke with office (apologies for not remembering the name but she was pleasant). I explained my toilet had a phantom leak. Office charges $39 for service call which I thought was reasonable compared to others; and they waive if work is done. They had availability same day. They called me back leass than 15 minutes later that plumber would arrive within the hour. David Tzikas arrived and was friendly, personable and professional. He explained and demonstrated what needed to be done. Process and service was easy from office to tech. I've since referred a friend to the company. Would use again.

The service was good. My technician David was totally professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I had a leak in the walls due to a punctured water line and David fixed it in about 30 minutes. I thought the labor was a bit expensive at $550, but I didn't have the time to shop around or fix it myself, so I agreed to the job. The only reason why my review is not five stars is because I had an issue with a smelly shower drain that he couldn't figure out and he left my shower head loose, but besides that all was good.

I have never thought I would be effusively enthusiastic about a plumbing review, but today is the day. I needed to get a faucet installed for the kitchen and the design of the sink made it nearly impossible to get the old one out and the new one in. Decided to try Plumbing Express after reading the reviews and I am so glad I did. Keith F. came out and took apart the bottom of the sink to get to the faucet and after the installation it looked great. While he was here we asked about our disposal and getting it replaced. Keith showed us the special they were running and did the work while he was here. He redid the layout and the connections while installing the disposal and everything looks so much better. Was so happy to see someone that really took pride in their work and just did an outstanding job. Highly recommended.

My technician was Craig he came within the time window. He practiced all the safe guide lines of COVID. The company called in advance to let me know as soon as a tech was available they would give me a call. Then they called to say he was on the way. He came in and check out my issues and was able to diagnose the issue. He also checked out other areas that involved plumbing and offer EXCELLENT advice. No pressure. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again for all my plumbing needs. Simply AWESOME!

Called these folks for a job last week $300 to fix separated pipe behind kitchen wall, the fix was fine except for water pressure in the kitchen. Recall appointment to correct this was rescheduled on their end the same day within the time frame. The explanation was """"he got an emergency call."""" So I arranged to have someone at my house to let him in for nothing, and I can't miss more work until at least Monday to let him in, so I'll have to figure out how wash dishes cook, etc. The failure here is you cancel an appointment to correct simple work you should have gotten right in the first place to handle someone else's emergency, and this is Ok because you already have my money so I can wait, right? NOPE #FAIL Update / I guess they saw this review because less than an hour after posting they called and are OTW and I genuinely appreciate it, I understand everything doesn't always workout the first time but there's a lot to be said for how you recover #kudos on working it out
