We found this place through yelp. Overall, a pretty good experience. The reservation/booking over the phone was unpleasant to be honest and required us to call multiple times to get our Saturday appointment confirmed. However, once our appointment was confirmed, the team sent someone to our house within the hour. I like how quickly the team took responsibility for their error and got someone out to our house very quickly. Our plumbing technician was David Roark. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. David fixed our problem in under 30 minutes and we are happy with his work. Lastly, he honored the yelp coupon, so we saved a bit of money too. Overall, I would recommend Plumbing Express if you are in the Atlanta area.

Kevin came out to replace my old toilet. The price was a set fee with no hidden costs. He even helped me work on my garbage disposal for no extra cost. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely use again in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency as our house was on the market and our child conveniently put something in our toilet to completely back it up the day before our open house. Plumbing Express came to our rescue and rearranged the schedule to get to us when we needed them. Our plumber was professional, timely and respectful of our home. Honest plumbers are hard to find in my experience and this company is very honest and transparent.

Great Plumbers very good work, we have used them 4 times, to replace poly water pipes inside then out side of the house and to fix a shower not working and unclog the kitchen sink. They will provide a free estimate which is great then they provide great service highly recommend.

I got my outdoor faucet repaired. The technician can and said that it will be 154$ with out looking at the problem and when i asked what the problem was he said the washer was broken and so he replaced it and the leak stop. And he said i dont have your type faucet handle so i cant replace it and asked us to replace it ourselves and now that i see the recipe online he wrote that he replaced the entire faucet and thats what he charged us for. I dont think that good business and will definitely not ask them to come back if it was a little cheaper then ya he did a great job.

Gareth Evans of Plumbing Express recently installed a new tankless water heater. Gareth and company were terrific to work with (and had a good sense of humor). Had another company run a new gas line for a kitchen remodel (see before picture). Long story short after several visits and much hassle the gas company ended up cutting service to my house. Called Plumbing Express to fix the prior company's shoddy workmanship. Kevin came out, got our gas back on, and ran the professional looking, up to code gas line I would have expected the first time. If you want your plumbing work to look like your uncle did it, call somebody else. If you want professional, by the book, up to code service, call Plumbing Express.

I am incredibly impressed by the work and professionalism of this company. I had a leaky faucet a week ago, so I had to call someone. Yelp reviews led me try them. Actually I called another place first but they went to voicemail so this one was second. I had been putting off a major repair to the flange under the toilet causing it to be wobbly for years. For YEARS i dealt with the workaround of propping it up with wood swatches and shimmies. I was afraid that no one would touch it (long story). But, now because I had the leaky faucet, I asked Plumbing Express about the toilet and they said they could fix it. They did and it is beautiful. I never thought a toilet could be so beautiful; and level and not wobby! Oh, and I had an ancient water heater that was not giving me issues but I knew it was overdue to replace so I had them do that too. So, I had a couple guys over for an entire day. They were punctual, friendly, efficient, skilled, and trustworthy. I had such a good experience. I likely wont need any work for years, but I highly recommend this company.
