My water heater went out about 5 days ago. Right after my air conditioner. So between a super hot house and cold showers, I was not a happy camper. I research a lot of places for quality, affordable water heaters including the big box stores. Dylan from Plumbing Express came out, gave me an estimate which at the time I thought was high (about $1200), until doing my research. In the end I hired them to do it. It turns out that their water heaters are professional grade and are of superior quality to the best available in the box stores. Dylan was super professional and installed my heater in no time, made sure there were no leaks and in a hard to get to space, as I have a 1940s bungalow. Afterwards he even called a service to dry out my waterlogged floor and they came out immediately. I recommend them to everyone! Update: New issue... cast iron drain pipe corroded and water poured out every time I used a sink. Called Plumbing Express. Anthony came the next day and replaced the cast iron pretty quickly. The price was well under $1000. He was very professional and answered all my questions. After 2 great experiences, they are now my go to plumbing company.

I am so glad I know about Plumbing Express. I hired them several years ago for a major plumbing job and they've been my go-it company ever since. This time, I needed them to find the source of excessive water consumption reported by my utility. Dave T came out, asked me a few questions and quickly found the problem within about 10 minutes. (Since it turned out to be with the sprinkler system, I'll have them do the repair.) The diagnostic fee was completely reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Express again if I have any troubles in the future.

Whole house water repipe. They are the only plumbers that perform the whole job. Ed Torres explained the project and had it scheduled in less than a week. Donald and Lucio cut out the old pipe and repiped in two days. We had water over night, too. Major destruction of walls and ceilings. However, it was well organized and everything was covered. The next three days after the inspection, Flaniel replaced all the wallboard and painted. The quality of the job was better than expected. We were able to get back to our routines very quickly. Well done.
