Great experience today with Plumbing Express. Russell stopped by today to install a disposal and replace a faucet in a guest bathroom. He was on time, professional and saved me money....what more can you ask? highly recommend this company, there is no smoke and mirrors like upcharging for this or that. Good people that care about what they are doing.

I called plumber express around 2 and they said they'd try to get someone out, but they weren't able to. Unfortunately we didn't get a call to let us know so we called the next morning. They were able to get someone come out around 1pm that day. Dylan and Michael came out to replace my mom's water heater. They were very friendly and professional. They did the work pretty quickly and the work looks clean.

We used plumbing express to fix our tankless water heater. We had 6 visits from other plumbers to address the same repair, all of whom had different diagnosis', did some repairs, told us he entire unit needed to be replaced at the tune of $3000 and never fixed a thing. Gareth came out from Plumbing Express and systematically troubleshot every aspect of the problem. He had a totally refreshing approach of looking at the big picture, gave a clear diagnosis and explanation, proposed repairs with a clear cost and fixed everything to working order in 1 visit that took about an hour and half. Gareth was very professional, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He answered tons of questions we had and went through different scenarios we proposed for potential issues and repairs. We have found our permanent plumbers in Plumbing Express and highly recommended them!!

Recently used Plumbing Express for a leaking toilet in my rental property. They were able fit me in the same day and fixed the toilet at a very reasonable price. Since I live out of state they made it easy by taking my payment over the phone and the plumber who did the work immediately emailed me a picture of my invoice. We arrived home from a Hawaiian vacation to a busted pipe. Before we could even unpack, we were forced to deal with water damage. The first call I made was to the insurance company to file a claim. The second call was to our tried and true plumber. Our plumber diagnosed the problem as a failed water pressure valve that sent too much pressure through the plumbing system causing a bad pipe to fail. Unfortunately, all our pipes were 'bad' so to speak because they were polybutelyne. A quick Google search will educate you on the nightmare that those pipes are. A quick search also led me to Plumbing Express as polybutelyne pipe removers. PE can completely replace ALL the plumbing in your home in a few days. Jasmin finished removing all the nightmare plastic pipes, replacing them with fresh new 'cash money' (aka copper) in just 2 days. I don't know alot about plumbing but I can tell Jasmin is a professional with a keen attention to detail. I was mesmerized by the blow torch and welding. As you can imagine, replacing pipes involves alot of cuts in sheet rock. That's where Kenny comes in after Jasmin. Kenny fixed our sheet rock so it looked as good as new! You can't even tell there were gaping holes in our walls or textured ceiling. He also has such a pleasant demeanor and is easy to work with (although I think he could've used some help, an assistant or something!) There were a few minor issues, such as a broken bathroom light and lack of clean up in some areas but overall, we are super pleased to have had all plumbing replaced and sheet rock damage repaired within 1week! Quick and easy! Had some minor plumbing issues in my bathroom. I was able to schedule an estimate the same day and the work was complete in a quick and timely manner. I can't recommend plumbing express enough. Even though they could not come out on the promised day due to an unexpected delay, they promised to call me the next day in the morning to schedule something ASAP, and they did. Dylan came right on time and quickly fixed the problem I had with an outdoor spigot. The valve was turned off and given the easy fix, he refused payment.
