A pipe busted in our house and another plumbing company referred us to Plumbing Express for a re-plumb of our home due to the fact that we had polybutylene pipes. Another company came out to make a temporary fix and we also got them to give us an estimate for a re-plumb. Their quote was strictly for the re-plumb and did not include the repair of the drywall when they were finished. When we contacted Blake Mowe and he told us what Plumbing Express could do for us, we knew we would be choosing them for the job. They came in and completed the re-plumb in two days and repaired all of the holes in the drywall. All of their workers have been extremely professional and courteous and have done a wonderful job getting our home repaired. If we had known how easy it would be for Blake and his guys to do this job, maybe we could have avoided the headache of coming home to a flooded home. I would highly recommend them.

Had a problem with multiple toilets continuously getting clogged and was worried that we might have bigger problems. Called Express and they scheduled me immediately. Dylan arrived and was very professional. He showed me what was happened with my pipes and fixed the problem. He recommended we use Bio-clean to keep things running well. I can't begin to express how happy we are with the services we received today. For starters, we only initially requested service this morning (around 9:30am). We were greeted on the phone with warm, professional regard. Mind you, we haven't had water on in our home for almost 2 days waiting for another company to have an available appointment. We were scheduled with a same day appointment to help with our issue. Gareth E. arrived at our home in the earlier side of our appointment window. After only a minute or two, Gareth was able to identify the issues we were having (some self imposed and some from another plumber). He helped explain the problem and immediately got to work. From the moment he walked in the door Gareth was incredibly professional and courteous... nothing like what we had experienced in the past with a different company. After almost no time at all, our problem had been addressed, Gareth had processed our payment and he was on his way. He thanked us for our business and offered the company's services any time if needed. I will say that Plumbing Express turned an incredibly scary, stressful situation into one of the most positive moments we've had with a business. It's no wonder you have 4.5 stars on Yelp. My only regret is that you don't have 5 (because you deserve it). We will be sharing this with our friends in our neighborhood page in hopes that they can utilize your team as successfully as we did. Amazing service! Was renovating condo out of state and Covid made things even harder. Dylan and plumbing express was incredible! I asked to be called whenever he arrived and not only did he do that, but when we needed to replace a faucet, he went to Home Depot and took photos and sent them in real time for me to choose. I absolutely recommend Dylan--he did a lot of work and also redid the previous plumber's mistakes. Highly highly recommend.

The service was good and it was an easy job. They were even able to come early. However, the pressure regulator is about $120. But the 30 minute job with regulator was $464.18. That is rediculous! I paid it as I just wanted it done.

This company lives up to their high rating. After researching on Yelp, emailed my request (which was not urgent - simple toilet occasionally overflowing for no reason). In less than 24 hours Preston was on our door step and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Preston was professional, explained in detail his assessment and approach, including estimated fees before any work was completed. Will use them for any future needs and highly recommend.
