Plumbing Express keeps you informed. TJ notified me he was on his way and once he arrived, he got right to work. I found him to be knowledgable, proficient and professional in assessing the necessary repair, ordering the part and coordinating the repair in a timely manner. I was disappointed in our regular plumber, Daniel's Plumbing who couldn't assist us until late in the evening and Cool Today Plumbing who had indicated they would, only to call later in the afternoon bumping the arrival time to be as late as 11p, but as a result, I found Plumbing Express who will be our new go to for our plumbing needs. Thank you TJ and Plumbing Express.

They do up front pricing. We had a sink emergency. The employee that came over explained everything really wee. He was professional and really seemed to care about our problem. I think I'll only use this company from this day forwarded.

I needed a new gas hot water heater and heard about TECO's $9.99 a month payment plan. Plumbing Express was one of the four """"Gas Advantage Dealers"""" listed for the Sarasota area (see more info on TECO website). After reviewing all four, Plumbing Express seemed to have the best reviews. My neighbor, who told me about the program, had his installed by Plumbing Express and was very pleased with the work. I called and spoke with Mike in the office and scheduled my installation within a few days. I was told that I would be the first appointment of the day and to expect the installer between 8:30 - 9 AM. Michael, the plumber, was there at 8:25 AM. He explained everything and efficiently proceeded to work. The old water heater was removed and the area cleaned up after the job was done. Micheal answered all my questions and offered many helpful tips on maintenance. I was so pleased I had my non-functioning plastic indoor water shut off valve changed to a metal one at a very reasonable cost. Plumbing Express exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Plumbing Express was excellent! Lisa, in the office was very understanding and helpful. Grant, the plumber arrived quickly. He was an excellent trouble shooter and got to the bottom of the problem right away. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Had my water heater start to die, I called them up and had Jason come out and give me an estimate for a new water heater as well as move it from a closet into the shed just off the lanai. I also had him give me an estimate to upgrade both shower dual handle fixtures to a single Moen mixing valves with upgraded handle and shower heads. 2 men came out and did an awesome job upgrading both showers as well as move and install a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them highly !

I had an emergency situation on a Saturday. Toilet overflowing and I had a houseful of company. Called Plumbing Express. Took them most of the day to respond. Then I was charged $600 to solve the problem. 6 days later the problem was worse. I didn't have one overflowing toilet and tub, I had two. When I called then back to remedy the problem it took almost 24 hours for them to respond. Beware of this company.

I called Plumbing Express to assist me with running natural gas lines for my new pool/spa. My plumber Alex did an amazing job along with Anthony. When TECO came to increase the pressure, he commented on the fantastic workmanship Alex and his partner Anthony demonstrated with this service. Additionally, they showed up on time and were extremely professional. Martha and Sheri who work in the office were excellent with keeping this multi day service on schedule which included the county inspections. Another positive experience with this company.

USE CAUTION!!! This company charges a fee to visit your house whether they do work or not. If they are busy or determine they have to come back, you are still stuck paying the fee even if you need the work completed immediately and have someone else do it. They also seem to be priced higher than other companies and their charges are not uniform. I can't comment on the quality of the work but they appear to have shady business prac and their are a lot of other great plumbers in the Sarasota area that don't conduct business like this.
