My tenants had an issue with the garbage disposal. I called Plumbing Experts on a referral from a neighbor. They were incredibly responsive, sending a service tech (Luis) the next day. I was called upon determining that the disposal needed to be replaced and once I approved, the repair was done immediately at a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied as are my tenants. Our toilet insides were not working well for several months. Finally decided to contact a plumber. Have used Plumbing Experts in the past and have always had a good experience with them. This time was no exception. I called and within 2 hours the service man came in and took care of the problem in less then 1 hour. The only down side was when I asked him to give me the coupon discount price, he declined. They used to do this. Good think my wife never throws out a coupon so we saved 10%. Recommend them and would used them again.

I have had a terrible experience using Plumbing Experts. We had a leak under our sink and after 3 visits from this company, we still have a leak under the sink. The leak is coming from the kitchen faucet. Each time we were required to pay for our visit but I still have the same issue after 3 service calls. Today I spoke with Roberta, a supervisor. I requested that since I already paid for 3 previous visits with no resolution to our issue, I would like a no charge service call and replace the kitchen faucet I just bought. She said that we would still have to pay for the installation and would credit back our last visit. I believe that if this was properly diagnosed on our first service call then we could have resolved the entire problem in 2 service calls. Now they want me to pay for 4 visits. I will not be using this company again for future plumbing repairs.

These guys are the best... they're responsive, professional and get the job done...They're up from t about their costs and not about ripping off the customer. Emergency services are also provided and again, they're very responsive to your needs... would highly recommend

Not only would the guy who came to the house not apply the visit fee to the final bill, when he left I looked in my trash and he had thrown out a spoon and a bowl he found in the sink when he did my sink repair. They are more expensive than other plumbers in my area, but they say they will apply the service fee to the final bill, so I thought I'd try them. Not at all a good experience. The guy complained the whole time about the work done by the people who initially installed my sink. Should I need future plumbing work done, I will call someone else.

I was pleased the plumbing experts came on a weekend to try to repair my dishwasher problem. I was not pleased when the plumber pulled the unit out and flipped it on its side without opening the door to see if it was empty. He helped clean up the broken dishes.

Save your money and call someone else. These guys come to your house and quote a price, which they then proceed to raise by 50% about 15 minutes later in the middle of the job. Terrible!

Needed a new flapper in both toilets...work done well...service man very nice...price ridiculous!!! $400 FOR 2 FLAPPERS !!!! Will never use them again...
