Very impressed at the work Reggie did for me! Came at a perfect time and understood my needs. He removed my old garbage disposal and installed a new one with grace! I highly recommend Reggie for your plumbing needs. With great help from Joe and the office he was very responsive and answered all my questions, he knew how frustrating not having a working garbage disposal was so he helped me get the service done as soon as possible. Educated me on what is not good to put down my garbage disposal so I didn't have to run into this issue again! Super happy ! Thank you.

Sorry for the lovely fellow who came to my home, its not his fault, but OH MY GOD!! WHAT A RIP OFF! To charge almost $300 to replace the """"ball"""" inside a toilet is CRIMINAL! Guy was here for about 12 minutes, and charged me $250.if my husband was in town, we could've done it ourselves for about 20 bucks. Thanks for the 100+ percent markup Plumbing """"Experts""""...And...now July 18th, I had a faucet in my bathroom replaced. Plumbing Experts quoted me a price of close to $300.00 for the job. I purchased a beautiful faucet on Amazon for 30 bucks, and had a handy man install it for $80.....let's see...that's ANOTHER $190.00 OVERCHARGE from this company!!! I will NEVER use them again. Clem Wilke, waiting for your response....Edit, as of 7/24/2020...less than a month later, my toilet is making noises. GUESS WHAT?? this POS company only has a 30 DAY WARRANTY on their 100% overpriced work!!! I made an appt to have the issue looked at, as I was 1DAY within my """"warranty"""", but I thought better of it. I don't trust these fools to be in my home ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/PLUMBING 'experts'!

The gentlemen was very unprofessional looked like he didn't know what he was doing actually he didn't fi. The problem Next day we still had the same problem and when we call them back to make the story short the manager said it is past 24 we don't guarantee that work we go and you pay (exact words) and if you don't pay we put a lean on your property We ended up hiring some one that actually found the real proble and got it fix reasech before using this company and ask questions before you let them do the work

Called to have a 24"""" cracked composite sink top replaced. Faucet needed to be disconnected, removal of cracked top caulked to wall and then new sink top added to base and faucet reconnected. Sounds complicated but NOT! $379 to do the work?? Got them down to $289 and they scoffed it was a big job..... We allowed them to do it because it was a tenants apt.....it was a job that took less than 45 minutes! No parts needed, only caulk! We own several rentals, have used them many times, for tunneling, toilet installs, toilet parts replaced, tub installs, sink installs, but this was the LAST time! Way too overpriced. Plumbing experts you lost a good customer!

I just received notification from Shari that we have an outstanding balance for services that were provided from 2 years ago! I was taken aback as to how that could be possible and why am I just now finding out about it?? I requested an invoice to review. On that invoice-- my credit card number is written on it with all the information needed to process payment AND the invoice was even stamped as """"posted"""". So, I emailed her back stating that.... no response for 2 weeks. Then she calls again demanding payment and THREATENING TO PLACE A LIEN ON MY HOME if she doesn't receive payment in 2 days! So apparently the balance has been outstanding for 2 years (even though you had all the information to process the payment) and now I have to go on a search and seizure to look for a receipt from 2 years ago?? :-(

I heard the sound of wateR running in my bathroom wall although no faucets were open. I called them and they sent """"Bill"""" who told me he was the """"best of the best"""". He found the leak and told me it would be $1300 a day. If he had worked a full day, he would have fixed it, but it took him 4 days of working at a snail's pace tO make the repair. He charged me 7199.00 Don't call Bill. He is a major rip off artist. My regular plumber would have repaired it in 2 days and charged 2000..

My tenants had an issue with the garbage disposal. I called Plumbing Experts on a referral from a neighbor. They were incredibly responsive, sending a service tech (Luis) the next day. I was called upon determining that the disposal needed to be replaced and once I approved, the repair was done immediately at a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied as are my tenants. Made an appointment for a free estimate to see cost of hooking up natural gas to a bar-b-q. The home is new and has natural gas running to it. Patio is 30 feet away. Estimate was next day. The office called a d asked if it was ok to come out early as technician was available. I said yes after confirming with the wife she was avail. They actually didn't come early. But that's not the problem. The estimate was on a Tuesday. I was told the technician would contact me later that day. Later that day ...nothing. The next day went by and I called them just before end of business. I was told tech would reach out. Nothin'. Thursday I call and ask if it was something I may have said as to why they wouldn't quote me. They apologized and again said tech would get back to me. They """"promised"""" . Nothing. Friday I again call (see the pattern?) and """"Allen"""" tells me the technician would for sure reach out. Nothin'. I called Tuesday (yesterday) and spoke to Angela. I again asked if they wanted my business or not. After all they spent time and effort on tech coming out. She finally got it done. She said that her tech sent me the bid to my email but he claims to have been blocked. Which isn't possible. And if he thought he was blocked then why not get help from his office . Her email came right through. The bid was Ridiculous. A few dollars short of $3k to run a gas line 25 feet ?? I don't think so. I knew after day 4 of waiting and me calling them I wouldn't hire them to unclog a sink or a toilet let alone trusting them with a gas line. The reason for the review ? To help the owner. I'm guessing they don't know of the ineffectiveness of their crew or processes. Hope this helps.

Our water heater wasn't working so we called Plumbing Experts we get their coupons every month in the mail,I spoke to Roberta who was very professional and very helpful.She told us they could have a plumber out to our home that day,there would be no service call fee if we didn't agree to the estimate the plumber would leave and there would be no charge .The plumber Chad checked our water heater and went over the repair cost as well as the replacement cost,since the heater was 12 years old we decided to replace it .Chad was able to do that day and since we had our coupons we were able to save$100.00 dollars.Chad was very professional and cleaned up after the installation I will always use Plumbing Experts for all my plumbing problems and I will recommend them to my friends
