I called on the week-end to install a new toilet since ours leaked due to a cracked tank and we had to shut the water. Plumbing Experts had an ad in the paper that they come on weekends. They did and installed the toilet we wanted. Price was fair and the technician was efficient, professional and very friendly. He cleaned up completely and we are very satisfied. I recommend Plumbing Experts for all your plumbing needs. We will use them in the future.

Let's start with the diagnosis quote: $98.00 (Ps. does not go towards the tank price.) Apparently, I needed a new water tank. $1,085.00.....keep in mind this was paid in full on June 10th, 2021. So the technician who goes to install the new tank, finishes the job calls me and tells me something is wrong with my breaker/electricity and that I now need an electrician because the tank it not working....he just installed a brand new tank and its not working.... What's wrong? Who knows! He states he doesn't know because he is a plumber and that's not his area of expertise.....fair enough. I thankfully have a kind neighbor who came to check prior to calling an electrician. This neighbor who has no plumbing/electrical background simply switched two wires that were apparently connected in the wrong areas...voilà it worked. NO electrician needed. Imagine that. So tell me this if one is a plumber and does this work all the time why was this not installed properly? Fast forward to June 21, 2021: I look at my bank account and a new amount of $1,085.00 was pending. Ahem....NO! This set me off. Since when is it okay to run cards without a customer's consent and/or knowledge? Especially when this was paid for back on June 10th. Ridiculous. In addition, I later find out some folks in the neighborhood paid $500 for their new tanks. Moral of the story: Do your research and ask around.

Have used this company repeatedly and all the time they come when scheduled, call and provide expert service. The last time there was a small glitch and when we called the office and requested to speak to the owner, he immediately answered and solved the problem to our entire satisfaction. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and respectful, leaving the area where they worked clean and nice. I fully recommend their services. GREAT PEOPLE.

Outrageous prices. Quoted $300 to replace garbage disposal in Boynton Beach. Ended up charging $500. Will not call them again. Rip off.

Made an appointment for a free estimate to see cost of hooking up natural gas to a bar-b-q. The home is new and has natural gas running to it. Patio is 30 feet away. Estimate was next day. The office called a d asked if it was ok to come out early as technician was available. I said yes after confirming with the wife she was avail. They actually didn't come early. But that's not the problem. The estimate was on a Tuesday. I was told the technician would contact me later that day. Later that day ...nothing. The next day went by and I called them just before end of business. I was told tech would reach out. Nothin'. Thursday I call and ask if it was something I may have said as to why they wouldn't quote me. They apologized and again said tech would get back to me. They """"promised"""" . Nothing. Friday I again call (see the pattern?) and """"Allen"""" tells me the technician would for sure reach out. Nothin'. I called Tuesday (yesterday) and spoke to Angela. I again asked if they wanted my business or not. After all they spent time and effort on tech coming out. She finally got it done. She said that her tech sent me the bid to my email but he claims to have been blocked. Which isn't possible. And if he thought he was blocked then why not get help from his office . Her email came right through. The bid was Ridiculous. A few dollars short of $3k to run a gas line 25 feet ?? I don't think so. I knew after day 4 of waiting and me calling them I wouldn't hire them to unclog a sink or a toilet let alone trusting them with a gas line. The reason for the review ? To help the owner. I'm guessing they don't know of the ineffectiveness of their crew or processes. Hope this helps.

They were on time and the technician was very thorough. We had a whole new kitchen installed and needed a dishwasher installed. The location where the dishwasher is now had been moved quite a bit away from where it was originally so it took some work. I was happy with the service and attention to detail. Would recommend them.

Very expensive quote and much higher than all others by several hundred dollars also the technician they sent out wasn't sure how to connect sone of the standard plumbing - yikes - stay clear of this Florida company.

Loved that they showed up in a face mask, as we value our health. A little surprised that the plumber came in a unmarked van which made us think he might have been a subcontractor. After looking at our problem the only answer we had we were not losing main water..not much of a resolve, we still had our problem & it cost us $190 for the one answer. Three days later we had to call in another plumbing company, we still had our leaking problem & because we were not confident with previous. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately & resolved in around 30mins, cost for that $125........
