I would like to thank Kenny Ruiz and the staff at Plumbing Experts for solving a very expensive and unfair problem i had at my condo.Although they did not need to take the time and effort to do the work, they did so promptly and with much compassion. I told Kenny it was the best Mother's Day gift that I and my friend Joan, who also worked so hard for me, could receive! Kenny said that's all the thanks I need. Our Moen kitchen sink faucet was leaking and we tried to stop the leak which we were unable to do. We found a weekly mailer with Plumbing Experts ad and decided to call them. We went to their website and filled out a service request form. They answered very quickly and asked us to send them a photo of the faucet and we did. They dispatched Mike V to us the next day and he replaced the faucet very quickly and at a reasonable price. From now on Plumbing Experts are our go to plumbers if we ever have a plumbing problem. We highly recommend them!!!! Thank you!!!!

Sorry for the lovely fellow who came to my home, its not his fault, but OH MY GOD!! WHAT A RIP OFF! To charge almost $300 to replace the """"ball"""" inside a toilet is CRIMINAL! Guy was here for about 12 minutes, and charged me $250.if my husband was in town, we could've done it ourselves for about 20 bucks. Thanks for the 100+ percent markup Plumbing """"Experts""""...And...now July 18th, I had a faucet in my bathroom replaced. Plumbing Experts quoted me a price of close to $300.00 for the job. I purchased a beautiful faucet on Amazon for 30 bucks, and had a handy man install it for $80.....let's see...that's ANOTHER $190.00 OVERCHARGE from this company!!! I will NEVER use them again. Clem Wilke, waiting for your response....Edit, as of 7/24/2020...less than a month later, my toilet is making noises. GUESS WHAT?? this POS company only has a 30 DAY WARRANTY on their 100% overpriced work!!! I made an appt to have the issue looked at, as I was 1DAY within my """"warranty"""", but I thought better of it. I don't trust these fools to be in my home ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/PLUMBING 'experts'!

These guys are the best... they're responsive, professional and get the job done...They're up from t about their costs and not about ripping off the customer. Emergency services are also provided and again, they're very responsive to your needs... would highly recommend

I would say bait and switch....a $59 service call becomes a $257 bill for a one hour job to replace a valve. STAY AWAY

These folks are terrific. They some in an emergency they do great work, they are fair and honest, all the things you want from a plumber. I have used them for more than 10 years and they are always great to work with. When you wan the best of the best call this company, they know how to get it fixed and are fair with you.

On a Friday afternoon another plumbing company supposedly fixed a clog. Later that evening, water was everywhere and dripping to my neighbors condo below. """"Other Company"""" wouldn't take my calls and I was panicked! Most of the """"emergency 24/7 plumber"""" status is a JOKE (except them), no one answers the phone. Thankfully, I got in touch with Plumbing Experts and Greg F. was at my condo Saturday morning. He was fair and flexible on the price he quoted (he gave a 10% discount). It was a tough job and he busted his butt to find the clog and fix it. I highly recommend this company! Ask for Greg F when you call them. He is great! He even quelled the fears of my downstairs neighbor, which was Above and Beyond!!!!

Well I have to say it was a great waste of time. The plumber was entirely not interested in doing the job. Actually was annoyed he had to go in the attic to look at pipes. I stated prior to scheduling what the job was and asked if they do this kind of work. I guess they're rolling in contracts and that they can turn down work!

This is my original review from 2/8/2019 listed below and it is not false, it is entirely true. I don't waste my time writing false reviews but I will take the time to write an accurate review, whether it is positive or negative, to alert customers so they may make informed decisions. Here is the original and accurate review: 2/8/2019 They failed on numerous levels; we do not recommend this service if you like professional, reliable, and courteous service. First of all the repairman, when trying to replace the shower cartridge, allowed water to drain down the inside of the wall. I asked him to prevent that from happening; so he slowly put a paper towel which didn't do much to stop the remaining water in the pipes from draining to the inside of the wall. Shouldn't he have run the shower faucet first to drain it before taking it apart? I told him we were worried the water inside the wall would cause mold and he said not to worry about it... on top of that, he didn't fix the toilet flapper correctly the first time and was supposed to come back the next day which is when the next problem occurred. He didn't show up or call within the designated window they promised he would be there. When I called their office to ask where he was they said he was having lunch. I asked why they didn't call me and she said they have to have lunch... I suggested that they don't schedule during lunch time and requested that they call when they can't make the appointment. Reschedule number 2: During the 2nd appointment he started to take off the shower faucet while the water was running on high. I told him to turn the faucet back off and asked why he wouldn't turn the main water line off. He told me to turn off the main water line. I told him no, that he should do it since we already paid them $500 from the first visit. He had a terrible attitude, shook his head at me, and became visibly irritated when he had to replace the toilet flapper to prevent it from running. All around terrible customer service from the main office and the repairman. For the prices they charge they should have a reasonable amount of customer service and repairman who know what they are doing and are courteous to their customers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- And this is the company reply over a year after my terrible experience with their company. Calling something fake does make it fake. Again, the review above from 2/8/2019 is real; I have outlined my experience with this company accurately and fairly.
