I had a very positive experience with this company. I was amazed by this young plumber named Jesse, who came into my house. He made me feel very comfortable, going step by step on what I needed to have done. He seemed like he knew exactly what he needed to do by just looking at the problem I had. He was very sweet and considerate and made me feel like he cared about my problems and not just about the price. I highly recommend this young man to anyone who needs work done in there house! I made a desperate call last night around 8 pm looking for a plumber to come to my restaurant ASAP to find and repair a water leak coming from a wall in my kitchen. Chad arrived within 30 minutes and promptly identified the source of the leak and repaired it quickly. Not only was I shocked that someone came so fast but Chad was completely professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Plumbing Experts and will use them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Terrible customer service. Be careful of up charging. I indicated I had an urgent issue and I was off from work 3pm. I was told that their operating window was 2 to 4 so if they came at 2 and I was not there there would be an additional change and if I wanted the operating window 3 to 5 there would be an additional after hours charge. Don't trust them. Inflexible and look for reasons to up charge.

My bathroom sink plastic joint broke. Could not find the correct piece to fix it myself from Home Depot. They said they had never seen that piece. Talked to Lisa at Plumbing Experts and told her I had a photo of the piece I needed. I was told we don't need it we have parts on the truck. The plumber did not have the piece, gave me two choices, he could go back to warehouse and look for it and charge me $269 for driving there and back with no guarantee of finding it or replacing the faucet for $600+ on a builders grade faucet. I refused both and was charged $88 for nothing when I could have been told they didn't have the piece if they would have let me send the picture to begin with.

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue twice now! First my water heater blew And less than an hour I had a service tech at my door and replaced my heater in just a few hours! Two days later my toilet tank broke and I called PE again and was so grateful for the quick fix. Great service and very helpful. Thank you plumbing experts!

Tried to charge me almost $500 for work they did NOT complete. Called the office 6-10x staff said they would look in to. Finally spoke to the owner Clement Winke they had LOST THE INVOICE. I was kind enough to send them invoice showing that only the service call was to be charged for $88.00 -- they still charged me $499. TERRIBLE -- UNETHICAL COMPANY Be VERY careful!!

They are awful. Do not use them. I had a pipe leak. They sent out their """"specialist"""" who did a leak detection with sonor. It was 100% WRONG. They said it was under the slab in the laundry room from the main pipe outside. They would need to dig up and replace it from the outside. This was wrong. It was a 1/2 pipe in the garage wall that lead to water heater in corner of garage. It was not the main pipe, not under the slab and tile and no digging was needed. They still charged me $499 for leak detection that was wrong. Thank goodness I got a second opinion and they fixed it. They cut a hole in wall, fixed the pipe and patched it. I called to complain and wanted a refund and Barbara at dispatch said ok. Then disputed it with American Express and the owner Clement Winke said the work was done and I signed authorization form so charges are good. I am still disputing it. All I can say is their asssessment was 100% wrong, they charged for something they didn't do and they wouldn't do any additional work, until I used an adjuster they recommended and had their dry team and mold team come out The worst!!!!!
