My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. I contacted a few other companies and they wanted to charge me almost double what I paid with the plumbing doctors. They were able to fit me in same day and I was so thankful because I have a baby at home that enjoys his warm baths. It's so refreshing to come across a licensed plumbing company that doesn't nickel and dime and does great work. They were very professional, respectful and honest. I will not hesitate to contact them again when I'm ready to do more updates or repairs on my house.

Kitchen sink hot/cold water had a leak. We reached out to several plumbers in the area. Gregg was the first to respond within minutes. He arrived and evaluated the situation. He explained to us the issue, went to buy parts and fixed it in less than 30min. He completed everything by code and the work was beautifully done. I recommend for knowledge, being reliable, and having excellent communication skills. I will be calling him for another job in my master bathroom. If you're looking for a plumber, stop reading reviews and call Gregg. Gregg and his son were fantastic! They spent about 4 hours at my home and fixed everything we had them here to do. They also wore booties and masks at our request. We had a slow but annoying leak in our Master shower for years. Two other plumbers couldn't fix it. Gregg knew exactly what it was from the get-go, took the thing apart and made the repairs. We also had two old, leaky toilets rebuilt. Gregg is a smart guy, knows his trade, communicates well, and is honest. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend him and his company. Plumbing Doctors & Install will be my Only call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Moved into a new build hose and had problems with the irrigation with the water outside leaking into the street and giving me a high bill and dead grass. I reached out on yelp and explained my problem through text and was impressed when I was told to use a key to cut my water off. I knew from this simple statement that the company knew what to do. The appointment was set up and Greg and Trevor came to my home and immediately got to work. After a short time and great conversation my problem was fixed and for a great price. I'm satisfied with the work done and professionalism they they gave. I highly recommend them and will use them again if any problems arise.

I reached out to these guys, and spoke with Gregg. My toilet was clogged and I needed it taken care of. He had initially told me about what time they'd be able to come out, and quoted me a flat rate. A couple hours later Gregg called and said he had a tech in the area that had just finished a job and could be here shortly. They were in and out in a few minutes and the problem was fixed. I got the invoice and was pleasantly surprised that it was less than the quoted rate. I'd definitely call them again if I have a problem.
