My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. I contacted a few other companies and they wanted to charge me almost double what I paid with the plumbing doctors. They were able to fit me in same day and I was so thankful because I have a baby at home that enjoys his warm baths. It's so refreshing to come across a licensed plumbing company that doesn't nickel and dime and does great work. They were very professional, respectful and honest. I will not hesitate to contact them again when I'm ready to do more updates or repairs on my house.

Moved into a new build hose and had problems with the irrigation with the water outside leaking into the street and giving me a high bill and dead grass. I reached out on yelp and explained my problem through text and was impressed when I was told to use a key to cut my water off. I knew from this simple statement that the company knew what to do. Gregg and his son were called upon to assist us with installing a water softener and reverse osmosis. We were overwhelmed by all of the products, but Gregg helped us navigate the different products. He was able to identify which products were good to place inside the home vs outside of the home (we needed something that would sustain the hot summer Florida heat). Once we identified the products, he came by to do a free consultation. We realized there was no electrical box to plug our outside unit... Gregg was able to install the electrical box, the water softener, and the reverse osmosis all in one day. Contacted them regarding some work on the bathroom fixtures. He asked for pics. I sent and never received a word back, even after almost 2 weeks. Response to owner response: The original conversation started on May 19th. I sent the requested picture shortly after. There was no response. After a week, I asked if there was any word. Still no response. I ended up going with another small business owner who was able to give me an immediate estimate and could do the job within 2 days.

Kitchen sink hot/cold water had a leak. We reached out to several plumbers in the area. Gregg was the first to respond within minutes. He arrived and evaluated the situation. He explained to us the issue, went to buy parts and fixed it in less than 30min. He completed everything by code and the work was beautifully done. I recommend for knowledge, being reliable, and having excellent communication skills. I will be calling him for another job in my master bathroom.
