My water heater started leaking and not doing its job. I called in the morning and was told a technician could come out from 3 - 5 pm the same day. Later I got a call asking if he could come early, which was great. Jared quickly spotted a leaking part and replaced it within an hour. After finishing and starting up the pilot, he pointed out things about my heater that I should keep in mind in the future. Friendly, professional, and thorough service.

I left a really good review for Plumbing Doctor in Marysville the other day and am now sorry I did. Less than 5 days later my tub and toilet are plugged again. I spent over $500 last week and when I called to have someone back out, the person on call went to the Bay Area for the day and I have to wait another day for someone to come back out. Not a good way to do business when a recent customer has problems.

The technician and whoever answers their phones are very friendly, and their service is quick. Unfortunately I can't recommend this service.

I called Plumbing Doctor when my mainline needed to be snaked. They came out and charged $125 to clear roots. After the guy snaked it he put a camera down to check for more roots and found some just beyond where he had snaked to. He told me these roots might cause the water to backup again, but maybe not if I was careful about what was put down the drain. I asked if he would go back in with the snake since he stopped just short of the root clog the first time, but he said it would cost another $125 to finish the job. I decided to wait and see if the water backed up again, and it did the next morning so I called them back out. It cost me another $125. I asked them if that seemed fair considering the reason it backed up again is because they stopped just short of the root clog the day before, and I was told there are no warranties on snaking - that since I didn't take care of the root problem I had to pay again. Obviously the roots were there the day before because he saw them with his camera and left them, and obviously more roots hadn't grown in overnight. I wouldn't recommend using this service for snaking since they might stop short of the clog and charge you again to come finish the job.

I called this place and the dude that answered the phone has no clue what he is doing.
I wanted to get some information about a part inside of a toilet, he said he is not a technician and that he will send someone out to give me a quote.
I said that I am not looking for a quote, I am just needing some information about the parts inside of a toilet.
He then said ""The way it works is that we send a technician to your house for a quote and to diagnose the issue.""
Again, I said that I am not looking for a quote - I just need some info. Then he said that they need to send someone to our house.
What part of ""I am not looking for a quote"" don't you understand?
If a plumbing company cannot get that through their heads, I do not want to deal with them.

Andrew is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The team scheduled my non-emergency issue within 24 hours and called the morning of the appointment to offer me an earlier spot. Not only did Andrew quickly get the job assessed and completed, but he also offered advice on how to keep the issue from happening again, which is especially helpful since I am in an older home with finicky pipes. He was very respectful of my home and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I am very pleased and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
