Been waiting for a toilet to arrive now for 2 months. Thank God I have another bathroom, but what if I didn't! I received no phone calls to tell me the status to when, where or how the toilet will get here. I have to do my own customer service and call them to see when it will get here. I don't recommend this company! Very un- customers friendly!

They verbally said 6-months warranty of work but when there was a problem on 5th month, they said that warranty was only for 30 days so please have a written estimate before proceeding to work.

I called this business because my drain, beyond the sink and under sink pipes, was plugged. Being a very handy man I cleaned all the under sink piping but I did not have the 50' snake required to unclog the drainage pipe connecting to the city pipes going to the sewer. Renting one was between $45 and $75 for four hours. Keeping these prices in mind I called Plumbing Doctor for an estimate. On the phone I should have been leery when a business refuses to provide an estimate especially when an educated customer clearly states what the real problem is. Nevertheless, I thought that well if the price hovers around $75 I will let them do it.

First two vans and two technicians came to my house which already raised my suspicion on the price to be on the high side. As I expected the technicians were polite and professional and by all means I do not hold them responsible for the exorbitant price of $I95 I was charged for a fifteen minutes job which translate to $780 an hour for the job (195/15min X60min). When I mentioned this to the technician, making sure they did not feel it was their fault, his answer was an obvious one ""We have to factor in the two vans, insurance, gas, material, labor for two guys, ect...."" Mind you the two vans and two technicians was not my calling rather for this business to justify their high cost of service. Furthermore, the lead technician politely tried to upsale other services such pressure washing the pipes, membership into their services which was up to $500 a year if I am correct that includes any services needed and still at a discounted rate for the service. I of course declined the upsale.

Needless to say that ""Plumbing Doctor"" will not be my choice of business next time I have a plumbing problem. Be aware when a business declines to give you a rough estimate over the phone and the technician at your door has already everything pre-written on a plastic sheet for all their services and costs before he even starts the diagnostic. You should cancel your appointment right there and then. I agree it was my choice to allow them to do the job. Being polite and sensitive to others I felt bad sending those two technicians and vans back.

Please stay away from Plumbing Doctor if you can and shop around for estimates and don't feel bad to send them back if the price comes to $780 an hour job.

We had a leak on the toilet. Service was quick but really expensive. Did not have time to compare with other companies, but we felt the repair cost more than a new toilet.

The Technician, Jairo, was able to give me an estimate and do the work on a Sunday afternoon. He showed me the broken pipe and was very professional. Thanks for being responsive even when you were busy.

I called this morning regarding a leak under my kitchen sink and was given an appointment window for this afternoon. Lucas the plumber arrived exactly on time and was awesome. He was polite, proficient and extremely professional.
I will call the Plumbing Doctor for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

We called several places last night for someone to come out and replace our toilet, as my husband fell and broke the tank. All of the other so-called 24 hour places either never called me back, and some said they didn't even carry toilets on their truck. I would think that a 24 hour plumbing biz would carry at least one, but what do I know. We finally found Plumbing Doctor, who not only answered their phone, but actually had a new toilet on their truck. Jairo was our plumber, and he was GREAT. Showed up in a mask, was very personable, professional, and nice. He was great! Love Plumbing Doctor, and plan to call them FIRST next time we have an issue.
