We called several places last night for someone to come out and replace our toilet, as my husband fell and broke the tank. All of the other so-called 24 hour places either never called me back, and some said they didn't even carry toilets on their truck. I would think that a 24 hour plumbing biz would carry at least one, but what do I know. We finally found Plumbing Doctor, who not only answered their phone, but actually had a new toilet on their truck. Jairo was our plumber, and he was GREAT. Showed up in a mask, was very personable, professional, and nice. He was great! Love Plumbing Doctor, and plan to call them FIRST next time we have an issue.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. Came by to fix my water main due to a leak. Fixed the leak and within one day there was another leak in the same area. I called them to come back and they charged me an extra 400 dollars because they claimed the leak was apparently a separate leak. If that is the case, why they did not fix both leaks in the first place? Basically they will rip you off by charging you twice for the same job. STAY AWAY!

We had a great experience with the pluumbing dOctor. We called during an emergency on Friday afternoon and they were willing to accommodate us when other companies couldn't.

The receptionist was super friendly and Roy was absolutely great and fixed the leak. Poor Roy was so tired at the end of the day that they sent a second tech the following day to do additional work.

Tyler I'm the office was flexible wIth the price and helped get us through the situation. Rosalio (spelling?) cape our today and did an amazing job.

I received that dreaded phone call from my wife while at work that our toilets and bathtubs were overflowing. I raced home by 3:30 PM and saw that my toilets were not taking things down, but bringing them back up. I called numerous plumbers and was quoted nearly double the price of The Plumbing Doctor and was told they could get to me tomorrow or in two days. The Plumbing Doctor sent someone to me in less than 30 minutes, and my drains were cleared and fixed by 4:45 PM the same day, at half the cost. I was helped by Jairo, who was extremely proficient, professional, clean, and courteous. I hope nothing like this happens to my home again, but I will not be calling anyone other than The Plumbing Doctor if that situation arises. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called them out for a quote on a hot water heater. The price they quoted was 60% higher than the other quotes. Over $1100 more than the next guy. I would never use this place nor recommend.

I called at like 12am with an issue we were having, since they said they were 24/7. I was told they were booked for the night. I tried others, then came back again. She said she could have someone call me at 730am, when they opened, and we can figure out what time they could come out.

They never called. I had to go elsewhere.

Ron came last Saturday and fixed our problem. I found him to be very polite and he described what the problem was and how he would fix it. Things are working well again. I would recommend this company based on Ron's service.

I have had, over the last year or so, major problems with downspouts and blocked storm drains. I spent a great deal of my time trying, without the proper equipment, to adequately address the many problems. Finally I turned to Plumbing MD remembering previous times when I called them for problems much less than the current major one. Today they responded to me and finally and amazingly completely resolved my difficulties, which included major redirection of existing, and poorly routed drains, discovered missing sections of underground pipe and replacing the sections, jet washing the drains which had become filled with debris and gravel, cutting tree roots that had completely smashed almost flat a section of PVC pipe; and using a camera inserted in the 125 foot drain line to discover blockage that required extensive water pressure and consistent snaking to resolve. After nearly six hours of untiring work, the job was completed and a full rush of water passed through the new and repaired sections of the pipe with speed and effectiveness. I spent a good part of the day watching them expertly apply their skills to resolving this problem and ended my day thoroughly and gratefully satisfied with the application of their analysis and application of persistence in resolving a problem that I now admit I could never have accomplished on my own. I was so impressed that I decided to take them on permanently with a service contract to keep me inspected and in good operating condition for as long as I continue to own this home. Thank you!
