I read ALL of the reviews, prior to hiring him. We had him perform a plumbing inspection. In addition to charging for the driving time, he also charge for the time it took him to write up the proposal to bid for the work. He charges $120 per hour. Two plus hours was charge for the initial inspection which include the bid proposal to correct the issues. Then if he gets the work, he will charge an additional two plus hours for the write up of the bid. So he double charge to bid for the work. Who does that ? He doesn't take credit card. Only cash or check. He, Jorge, is definitely NOT honest, genuine, and compassionate like some of the reviews. Customer service is not his best suit.

Jorge is simply fantastic. He is compassionate, honest, and genuinely wants to help his clients by providing them with the most professional service. I left him a message regarding my loose kitchen faucet in the late morning and he responded that evening. During the appointment, Jorge made sure that the job was 100% completed before he left. His rates are very reasonable. And he does not use scare tactics to make you spend more money on new products.

Jorge is a man of integrity, which is not a given in the business that he is in. I will definitely contact him regarding any future plumbing issues!

This is the guy who shows up. We had a bad leak on the side of the house. Water was drowning my plants. It was a plumbing emergency. I called the 8 plumbers listed above Plumbing Craftsman and Drain Service on a Thursday. None were available until the following Tuesday, 5 DAYS LATER! I called number number 9, Plumbing Craftsman and Drain Service. Jorge, the owner, was working on the other side of town and was booked solid until after 5pm but he called back and he showed up. He worked quickly and replaced our old sill cock with a new 3/4 flanged sill cock. He saved our garden and our water bill. God Bless the guy who shows up! He should be number 1 on the list of people to call.

I finally know ""A GUY""

You know, as in ""hey, I know a guy"" who...

I hired PC to come out and totally rework my
downstair's bathroom toilet. Jorge, was on time
and ready to get right to work. He had to put
in a new flange, new anchors, wax ring,
flood master, fill valve and so much more. He
leveled it perfectly. It's ""built to last""

Jorge, is super professional and transparent as
far as his work, he liked it when I was kinda looking
over his shoulder. He actually, I think, encourages
it, he is very comfortable explaining everything he
does and why he does it. He also tries to teach you
how to troubleshoot minor problems too. I really
like Jorge's style and work ethic.

I would highly recommend him, he will do a great job
at a fair price and on time. Also, he cleans up the area
very well. Most plummers leave your house a total mess.

I called Jorge for a leak under my bathroom sink. He got me into his schedule as soon as he could and gave me an ETA of between 2 and 4 pm. He arrived promptly at 2 pm and immediately got to work. I had several concerns and he addressed them each in order of importance. A week prior to calling Jorge, I had a pest removal contractor working in the crawl space and they told me there was a leak under the bathroom sick. Jorge quickly verified there were no leaks in the plumbing, but one of the bathtubs had a crack and was the cause of the water leak. He made some excellent recommendations for tub repair companies and then went to work fixing a broken pipe in my garage. This pipe is on the outside wall of my garage and breaks every time it freezes for more than a few days. Jorge gave me a nice little plumbing lesson, showing me how to repair the copper pipe myself and what fittings to use, etc. His price was really fair especially considering all the information he gave me. I would recommend Jorge to anyone. Great guy and he does what he says. Most appreciated.

Our house had water pressure problems ever since we moved in 2 years ago. I finally decided to contact a plumber. Jorge called and told me to try a few things first to see if they would fix the issue. Everything worked!!! Our water pressure is amazing now! Jorge saved us a ton of money! Will be using him in the future.

Jorge came out to install our kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal. He did a great job! He did the job fast and kept our kitchen clean in the process. He was friendly and reasonably priced for high quality of work. We would recommend him & happily use him again!

Fantastic. Operated by someone who you can tell takes pride in his skill set and his customer service. Very much ""customer-first attitude."" Jorge was able to make it out the next day, even arrived early, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short period of time. Very much recommended!
