I have to say I was hesitant to believe so many people are so pleased with this guy but I decided to take a chance. Like all the others I am very happy I did! Jorge did a great job for me. I had some pipes that needed to be put into a wall (after removing a sink) and a leaky toilet. He was quick and professional. He explained what he did and what I should look for in the future that would indicate a problem. I will absolutely call him with any plumbing issues in the future. It's great, and somewhat rare, to find someone you feel so confident in. You'll be glad you called Jorge!

George was a star from beginning to end. I explained my low water pressure issue to him and he proceeded to try and instruct me on how to fix it myself. Not being handy with pipes and stuff - I pressed him to do it for me. George unclogged the pipes, replaced a bad valve and then diligently tried to unclog my faucet, Unfortunately my kitchen faucet was not repairable. George replaced the new faucet and sprayer assembly and soap dispenser. Before leaving George adjusted the valves in one bathroom.

Jorge came out recently and replaced my water heater, Jorge did an amazing job. Really took his time with the issue and worked through any problem that arose. He was really knowledgable and helpful in explaining the issue. Really happy to have found Jorge and to have a permitted new water heater! Will use him again, amazing. So much better than a lot of other plumbers in the area!

Jorge was very friendly, quick with the service, and also very patient with us when we mis-wrote the check. Very happy with the service -- we had a broken hot water pipe (CPVC) and he replaced it with a much better material so we'll hopefully never have to deal with it again.

Jorge answered the phone right away and was able to give me a quote for replacing my water heater. Out of the 4 companies I called he gave me the lowest quote. Jorge was able to within 2 business days to do the job. He worked quickly and had the new water heater up and running within a couple hours. Jorge was also very honest and convinced me that I would be wasting my money to pay for any extended warranties.

We called plumbing craftsman to check the leak in our faucet. Jorge was very prompt, professional but what we liked most about his work is how he educated you and lets you see his work. He showed us why our faucet is leaking and how things work. We didn't have to change the faucet fortunately and only need to replace the cartridge which he did. He is straight to the point, practical and his advise are on point. We highly recommend Plumbing Craftsman for an excellent service provided. Now that's a plumber you can really trust.

Jorge from Plumbing Craftsman was amazing! He was quick to respond and professional. He even saved me money, compared to quotes from other plumbers.

PWD notified us of a leak near the water meter. I called few plumbers; most quoted a exhorbitant estimate, some mentioned a necessity of leak detection service before a plumber which would have costed me addtional $300. Then Jorge came to rescue!

Jorge was confident about such leaks. His experience and confidence worked out well! He finished the job in 2.5 hours, and cleaned up the place after the job, and educated me with tips about leaks and plubming while working.

I have found a plumber for my future needs. And I highly recommend his services.

Like all the other reviews say, we found 'our plumber'. We had a leaky spigot type faucet in the front yard - leaking under the bark dust. Not only did Jorge find and fix the old, broken piping, but he secured the spigot to the house and insulated the pipe. He worked with us through out the process to make sure we became knowledgeable about what he was fixing, and were in agreement with the slightly revised spigot placement and attachment to the house for support. We will call him again and he was definitely worth the cost.
