Jorge reached out to me right away after I emailed him on his website about a leak and set up an appointment with me ASAP. He walked me through next steps on the phone and even recommended someone to help repair the damage to the floors that he could see from the photos. He called before he arrived and even came 5 minutes early (but texted me from the driveway to let me know he was here early--which was incredibly polite and non-intrusive).

Throughout the entire repair job, he was extremely communicative about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very through and kept triple-checking every single step of his work, so I feel very confident about the quality and longevity of the repair. Finally, he cleaned everything up really well and walked me through next steps with the insurance company.

HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely call him again if I ever need any plumbing service!

I compared with three other local plumbers and Jorger provided the best value. He did not take advantage that I was having no hot water.

Jorge has been our plumber for many years. We had a toilet issues and based on his great reviews we called Jorge. He answered the phone while on vacation, but instead of apologizing for not being available le he asked us to describe the problem and after listening told us it was an easy fix. He gave us simple instructions as to what to buy at and how to fix it. His directions were so simple and clear we fixed the problem ourselves and he saved us much time and money. Satisfied customer, here! I called 5 different highly-rated plumbers about a disposal leak, (all very nice) but Jorge figured out how to fit me into his same-day schedule. He also saved me about $300. I was ready to buy a new disposal but fixed the old one in about an hour. On top of everything, he's an excellent communicator, giving me updates on his arrival time and explaining the fix very clearly. I first found Jorge through Nextdoor, then headed here to Yelp to read his reviews. I texted Jorge earlier this morning to make an appointment, assuming I'd be booking a few weeks out. He texted back almost immediately that he was with a customer and asked if he could call me back later. He called a few hours later and said he could be at our house in 45 minutes. He arrived on time, had all the parts he needed in his truck (and there were multiple), and he fixed problems with 2 different toilets in a very short amount of time. He was pleasant, he thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and his rates were very reasonable. I definitely recommend Jorge.

This review is long overdue. Jorge came over my house on short notice and repaired my faucet. He also took a quick look at my sink and recommended caulking advice. He's very communicative, kind, and took time to educate you. His cost is lowest I've compared to others and he did a great job! Please don't retire soon, we need you Jorge!

Water leaks are stressful, but Jorge takes away that stress. He's been my go-to plumber for many years now, over the several houses I've lived in. The last incident was probably the worst.. had a sprinkler line in the front yard burst in the middle of the night. He was very responsive, came out the next morning and saved the day. After identifying the source of the leak, he got things patched up in a few hours, and we haven't had an issue since. Highly recommended!
