Jorge has been our plumber for many years. We had a toilet issues and based on his great reviews we called Jorge. He answered the phone while on vacation, but instead of apologizing for not being available le he asked us to describe the problem and after listening told us it was an easy fix. He gave us simple instructions as to what to buy at and how to fix it. His directions were so simple and clear we fixed the problem ourselves and he saved us much time and money. He's been our Plumber ever since and he is the best. We highly recommend him. Thank you Jorge.

Satisfied customer, here! I called 5 different highly-rated plumbers about a disposal leak, (all very nice) but Jorge figured out how to fit me into his same-day schedule. He also saved me about $300. I was ready to buy a new disposal but fixed the old one in about an hour. On top of everything, he's an excellent communicator, giving me updates on his arrival time and explaining the fix very clearly. Plumbing Craftsman is now the first company I'll call for plumbing issues.

I first found Jorge through Nextdoor, then headed here to Yelp to read his reviews. I texted Jorge earlier this morning to make an appointment, assuming I'd be booking a few weeks out. He texted back almost immediately that he was with a customer and asked if he could call me back later. He called a few hours later and said he could be at our house in 45 minutes. He arrived on time, had all the parts he needed in his truck (and there were multiple), and he fixed problems with 2 different toilets in a very short amount of time. He was pleasant, he thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and his rates were very reasonable. I definitely recommend Jorge.

This review is long overdue. Jorge came over my house on short notice and repaired my faucet. He also took a quick look at my sink and recommended caulking advice. He's very communicative, kind, and took time to educate you. His cost is lowest I've compared to others and he did a great job! Please don't retire soon, we need you Jorge!

Water leaks are stressful, but Jorge takes away that stress. He's been my go-to plumber for many years now, over the several houses I've lived in. The last incident was probably the worst.. had a sprinkler line in the front yard burst in the middle of the night. He was very responsive, came out the next morning and saved the day. After identifying the source of the leak, he got things patched up in a few hours, and we haven't had an issue since. Highly recommended!

Jorge was fantastic! He was able to come out right away to unclog a sink, a tub, and a shower. He got to work right away and it was great to hear his explanations so I could learn more about it too. Great attitude and easy to talk to. Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonably priced as well. I will not hesitate to reach out to him again for any additional needs!

Big water leak near meter. Hard to get someone out during snow/after Christmas. Another plumber kept cancelling on me and later I noticed they had bad reviews. I already had Jorge's number from a friend that used him a while back. Should have called him first. He showed up. Professional. Worked hard on a difficult job. Fixed the leak. Also fixed one of my toilets. I also had him replace the pressure release valve with a new one and move it from the street to the crawl space. All was done so professionally and he explained things as he went along. He followed up the next day as well. I sure appreciate it. Thanks!

A pretty big water leak happened in my home that caused some water damage to the ceiling of my home. Jorge unfortunately was not able to assist directly with the repair as he was inundated with another job at the time. Even though he was and will always be my first point of contact. Jorge still helped orchestrate a repair for me calling around to his competitors to get someone out to my home right away on a weekend. He also gave me a great contact to repair the Sheetrock to my ceiling in my house. I really can't say enough about Jorge's commitment to his customers. Not only did he help me get my water leak repaired, he had his competitor do it for him just so it would get handled. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is?! Jorge cares and is honest and not selfish to save all the work for himself. If he can't do it, he will find someone to help you. I can't say enough about how much I trust and rely on Jorge
