I have used Jorge twice and he has been fantastic both times. The first time I called Jorge- I had a plumbing emergency (upstairs bathroom was leaking downstairs onto my new hardwood floors!). I called 8 plumbers and everyone was booked up- including Jorge. However- Jorge was the only one who called me back and said he would make time to come help me out that same day and he did! He worked late that night but he helped fix my leaking problem and even came in lower on price than he quoted!

Then I used him again to help install a new sink and again- he went out of his way to come to our house on the weekend to finish the job and get it done. I cannot recommend him enough. He's a straight shooter and I will call him again myself if needed.

Also- I think it should be noted that I didn't know Jorge at all before I called him. He's not a relative or family friend. I came across his number randomly and so my review is unbiased. He's great- trust me.

George was incredibly responsive to a last minute phone call and request for a shower installation that was required at my parents home. He fit us in last minute two days before Christmas and even came earlier than expected and called to let us know he was on his way. He was very respectful of the home, offered to remove his shoes and was in and out very efficiently with quality work. He's a super nice guy and cares a lot about customer service. I'd highly recommend him if you need a plumber to do some work on your home.

Our washer quit a week before Christmas and we needed to replace the faucets to install a new washer. I spent two days trying to find a plumber who would do the job and no one could come within a week. Most businesses didn't even answer or call back until hours later. When I called Jorge answered the phone immediately and after hearing my predicament worked me into his schedule by offering to come after hours. Within 24 hours after our first conversation I am looking at my new installed faucets! Jorge was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. It is easy to see why he has earned all the great ratings.

I was having a horrible day...Day 4 with a killer cold and woke up wanting to do ONE thing and one thing only...Get into a hot shower and steam some of the sickness out of my body. I hopped into the shower and waited for it to warm up. And it never did. My hot water heater had gone out. WOOF.

After a few hours of back-and-forth games with my home warranty company who said the fastest they could get a plumber out was three days, I got approval to call a plumber who was not in their network. I hopped onto Yelp, saw Jorge's reviews, and decided to give him a go.

Jorge was very personable over the phone and tried to get me to troubleshoot the problem myself by checking the pilot light. Sadly, I was just too sick to figure it out. Instead, I texted him the make and model of my hot water heater and he was at my house within 2 hours with the part I needed. Jorge was friendly, fixed the problem, taught me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out, and called to follow-up the next day.

I have no idea how much plumbers are supposed to cost, but Jorge's price seemed totally reasonable and was within the limits of what my home warranty company would reimburse.

Jorge is the BEST!!! He went way beyond clearing out drains for two kitchen sinks running on the same 50 year old pipe. He also took the time to show and explain what we can do on our own to avoid future problems. This has been a 20 year headache for me, not to mention all the money I've thrown down the drain with companies that rush in and fix it temporarily instead of getting to the root of the problem. If you are in need of a plumber you must call Jorge - all of these stellar 5-star reviews are spot on. When I needed the piping under our sink reworked after a new sink install, on a holiday week no less, I rang 4 different plumbers - Jorge was the first. 2 other plumbers quoted me 2 weeks to get to us, a 3rd was 5 days but at significantly higher cost. I had left a voicemail for Jorge and he called me back the same day later that evening, and had an opening the very next day so I didn't hesitate to book.

His rates are very reasonable compared to any other plumber I've been in contact with, he's prompt, clean, communicative and takes time to explain the work he does, and is really a very nice guy to boot.

If you are reading my or other's review of Jorge the Plumbing Craftsman and are debating if you should give him a call - don't hesitate, make the call! You will be very glad you did, you'll get top quality work done in good time at a fraction of what most others cost. I know Jorge will now be the 1st and only plumber we call in the future!

I read all the reviews and the scheduled an appt with Jorge. All the reviews were very accurate. On time. Very good communicator. Explained everything. Offered good suggestions. Didn't want to do any unnecessary work. Pricing very fair. Already scheduled to have him do a larger repair.

What can I say about Jorge...he knows what he's doing!
After having hours of complications trying to take off my water filtration filter - I had to go to yelp to ask for the best service for plumbing.

After reading about Jorge and his services - it was a no brainer for me to call and email.

Jorge called me the next day and was in my neighborhood within 15mins, to help me with my situation.

Jorge was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable vs other plumbers I've used in the past.

Jorge now has my business from here on out and is my go to guy within my plumbing needs.
