They quoted me for a job and continued to state that they could do it(water heater installment in a closet) but couldn't do it in the manner that I had originally asked for and in which they came twice to verify they could do. First visit I payed for the evaluation. At least they returned my money(not for the visit, I forgot to ask for that to be applied and they forgot as well)after I called a few times. I write this with the hope in the future they aren't so quick to make promises and not be able to deliver. My requests from the beginning couldn't have been any clearer and concise in emails, texts, on the phone and in person. The reason I hired them for another job, that over charge for, was because they said they could do the water installation that wasn't a typical one, hence I asked repeatedly if they could do it as I asked.

We have paid them several thousand dollars since Hurricane Ian rebuild, they had to come back several times for leaks on the work they did. The last thing they did for us was put in a new faucet in our Master Bathroom. They had to come back because it was leaking twice. They told me to order new ceramic inserts from Delta that if I called the 800 number they will replace. I did that and when they came to replace the insert which has leaked from the start they charged me another $204.00 which they did not tell me they were going to do until they got here. It is certainly now the most expensive faucet I have ever owned. We will not use them again. Another case of overcharging after Hurricane Ian OR their prices as just way to high. One more strike against Florida companies. Lots of very poor service at companies but very HIGH prices and we did not move from a cheap state. I used them because they would at least come sometime on the day they said they would.

Would not use these guys. Wanted $458 for what the plumber said was a 15 minute repair. He even said """"our prices are nuts"""". Beware!!

Biggest phonies ever. Called for service told me for 2 days someone was on the way and nobody ever showed.

They tell you it is a $85 fee to come onsite which they take off the bill. This never happened. They did not disclose the amount to open a wall until after the work was done. They also said the toliet replacement was $800 and was charged over $900. I also asked for an itemized statement so the HOA could reimburse and this did not happen. After speaking with the owner I still got nowhere. This company is overpriced, not thorough, let my neighbors unit a mess, and not easy to work with. The over score of the company looks okay but if you read through the majority of the reviews EVERYONE has the same experience.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY ‼ The technicians from Plumbing Nerds serviced our well system and recommended the upgrades needed in order for water to be supplied to our home but only damaged the system by burning out the pump that will not work now Now we have no water to the house‼. The worst part is that the second technician has no idea what the first technician has done to the well system and does not know how to fix the problem. Very incompetent technicians ‼ THE TECHNICIANS CAN NOT DO ANY SERVICE AFTER 5:00 pm BECAME A SUPERVISOR IS NOT ABLE TO APPROVAL THE SERVICE. THIS IS A POORLY RUN BUSINESS !!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY ‼

I called a week ahead for annual service and we agreed """"after 11AM"""" which turned into 7 PM. I got repeated messages about it being a busy day and they got tied up but an 8 hour wait without offering to reschedule? The Technician immediately suggested my water heater, that has been working perfectly, was old and should be replaced for $4200! I don't know if gaslighting a woman who is already convinced about firing this company was his best decision. He was adamant even after I told him I'd had to replace my very large capacity water heater at my summer home 2 days prior ( for $2500, emergency basis). This is not how I want to be treated and every serviceman I've met from this company in the last 4 years has wanted to leave with big bucks. It's never a simple maintenance call, more an opportunity to increase their profit margin. I'm done with them.

Be careful with this company. They are most interested in the age of your water heater. They ask that question when you call for service. They will not give you a ETA for the day of your appointment. My person did a written estimate after borrowing my tool. It took 15 minutes. It included a new water heater that I never ask for nor did it have anything to do with my problem. Their cost to fix my problem was close to $1,000. I am no plumber but when I said it was excessive, he dropped it by $150. It did not sit well with me. I gave him is $85. Evaluation fee and we parted company.

Luis and his assistants just completed a re-pipe of our home. While no one likes the damage caused by such a re-pipe (cutting out sections of the wall, Luis and his team not only worked efficiently but they were extremely neat in all they did. They were very knowledgeable in completing the re-pipe and in fact Luis pointed out some non-plumbing issues that I should have investigated. Adam Fipp who initially came to the home to prepare the estimate was great to deal with and was also very knowledgeable and responsive. Both Luis and Adam were on time for all appointments which is this day is very unusual. I highly recommend Nerd Plumbing.
