This company either doesn't know what they are doing or is just trying to overcharge for services. I was quoted $1311.00 for a repair that to me looked pretty basic. I just couldn't say yes as the price and explanation from the tech didn't make sense. I checked with a few neighbours and got a recommendation for Diversified Plumbing. Called them, and it was clear they knew what they were doing. Did the same repair """"all copper"""" in 1 hour for $403.00. Stay away for the Plumbing Nerds!

Our sprinkler system well was not working. Contacted Plumbing Nerds where they were sent out to provide system analysis for an $85 fee (fee applied against work approved). They arrived and promptly told me that the analysis was an additional $217.00. The analysis """"fee"""" was not what I was told would happen. Update ... plumbing nerds did a good job in following up regarding my dissatisfaction and quickly rectified the situation. Apparently there was confusion between my self and their call center. While we did not use the services I was satisfied that they care about their customer experience

I had to replace a 10 year old GE water heater. I wanted a smart wifi with a leak detection which they didn't have in their inventory. I was able to source one through home depot at a cost of $749. They wanted to charge me 2200 to install there 50 gal unit which was a Rheem professional. The service man was very polite and professional. He was able to change out and install my new Rheem Gladiator in under 2 hours. He was asked by me to pull out the 2 new elements I had just replace in the GE unit and he said he would have to charge 150 to do that. I was out of state or I would have done it myself in 3 minutes. The total install price for my 50 Gal Rheem Gladiator was just over $1000.. That mostly labor... Outrageous.

I have used them in the past and they were professional and the price was ok. But today I find that they are way overpriced. I provided the material to be installed, and insinkerator hot and cold water dispenser, and the tech is charging me $519 after a discount of 5% and a 25 dollar coupon. That is insane! He said it will take him and hour and a half to install when I know it will only take about half an hour. INSANE!

I just replaced all my water piping and water heater with them that went good because of that I started recommending them to Restaurants that I do work for from my Appliance Repair Buisness. I called them to make arrangements so they know it came from me. Now I have a repair at my house again for a wax ring that's leaking in a toilet (smells bad) but I have to wait a week until someone can come out?! Sorry, if I had a costumer that brings in Buisness and that just spent $16000+ I go there no later then 24hrs. later! Good for you that you guys are busy but not with costumer that I recommended anymore!

Called at 9am on Saturday. received two calls from dispatch saying i was still on the schedule. Received third call at 3pm after waiting all day with no plumbing for them to say they can't come until Monday. Not professional

Crooks ... Charged my neibour a old lady 2,800 for a new hot water replacemt.. her heater is only 3 yrs old ...crooks told her that she was lucky the heater didn't explode !!!!! And they r lairs

Like others mentioned this outfit is there in a pinch, but expect to pay top $$ for the work. Businesses like these know they have the consumer's back to the wall and charge what they may. Guess it's just the way things are.

i would give a zero if allowed, they are a total ripoff, call ANYONE else. they know they are awful so they made me wait four days for the """"free"""" estimate which they faked was a waived normal $85 fee. they refused to give any price range over the phone, even when I gave a very specific and detailed and limited list. seriously, just call someone else.

Another wonderful experience with Plumbing Nerds! My last review was on google but this time I decided to use Yelp. Eddy B did an absolutely amazing job! He worked so hard to get our pipe unclogged and I am forever grateful for his perseverance because it would have been a terrible weekend without his help. We always know we can count on them anytime we face a plumbing issue. Thanks again Eddy and Plumbing Nerds!
