This company is going far and rightfully so. I called in the morning to request a same day appointment due to guests arriving that day. Not only did I get a same day appointment but they came within 2 hours. The professional plumber (Bill) knew his craft and quickly fixed the issues. He even gave us advice on how to get rid of hard water stains and deposits. The best part--the completed work was reasonably priced considering it was a last minute request. We will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs and refer them to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!!!

Took a chance on an Angie's List special to replace an outside hose bib. From the list of possible contractors, I picked Plumbing Nerds. Every glad I did. Abel the tech was on time and very knowledgeable. The ad came with a free home plumbing inspection. Abel was very thorough and check facets, water heater and water pressure coming into the house. I would not hesitate to call Plumbing Nerds again for any plumbing situation

Bill was a gentleman and a pro, i really appreciated his thoughts and possible solutions, BUT... your prices are so crazy high, its ridiculous. He was embarrassed to tell me some options, and for good reason. High prices are not his fault, and i am an educated consumer. Water heater at Home Depot $489+, Plumbing Nerds, $3500. Water heater element kit at home depot - $45, same kit on amazon $35, kit from Plumbing Nerds $511. More than 10 times the price, and this is not just about crazy labor rates, this is price gouging. Anyways, i ordered the kit from amazon, and it took me 45 minutes to install it. New water heater elements work great and all for under $50.

Plumbing Nerds set an appointment within a couple days after my call to them for a non-emergency situation. Marc called with great news....my leaking backflow prevention valve was not closed correctly, thus leaking. He only charged me the standard trip charge of $75 and I was good to go! He tightened a loose valve screw! Great efficiency & honesty! Will definitely recommend & use them again. Thank you, Tom Peck Naples, FL.

Plumbing Nerds were terrific. They diagnosed the issue and had two solutions. One just as we had expected but since the previous owner had made a few shortcuts, Bill also gave us a long term solution when we asked. Since it wasn't an emergency, we arranged for him to return the next day. He let us know ahead what time and arrived during that time frame. He was clean, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. My dad was a plumber for 70 years and he approved. What more can we say? We'd recommend them for sure.

I called the Plumbing Nerds on Monday afternoon to repair a water main filter that completely shut me down water wise. Their """"Nerd"""" Jimmy C. arrived the same day at around 4:30 p.m. so I was impressed. I was quoted a price for repair but I felt it was high. I was going to pass on the service but asked for a reasonable reduction. Jimmy called his boss and he agreed. I find this to be a win for both of us. He has a happy customer who will recommend his business and he did not lose the sale. Good business practices!! I give Jimmy C. 5 stars also.

I called John at Plumbing Nerds at 3:30 on a Friday with a job that had to be done that same day. He went out of his way to rearrange schedules to accommodate my request. John told me he could get someone over but it would be after 7pm (after the end of the regular non-emergency office hours). I'll add that the job was outdoors, it was after dark, and there was a torrential downpour going on. I thought it might not be possible to get the job done. Jimmy C showed up at 6:30 and had me all set within 30 min. Both were exceptionally courteous, professional and clearly experts. Both went above and beyond the call of duty. On top of that, both were really friendly. I plan to go with Plumbing Nerds for all my future plumbing nerds.

We purchased our home about two months ago and had to deal with the city hook up. When the hook up was done our entire front yard was destroyed. The new owner took over. When he came to close out our account he took one look and offered to fix the issue even though it wasn't his fault. He re sodded (offering to do the work himself because he couldn't get a landscaper quick enough). I was so happy and impressed. Everything has been resolved and we couldn't be happier :)
