Plumbing & Cooling Nerds is the latest evolution of the plumbing and air conditioning firm established by John Verhoff after he moved to Southwest Florida in 2007. He began his career working on new construction jobs. But after enduring the 2008-2009 recession, he understood that contractor work didn’t give him the business control he desired. In 2012, he shifted his focus to home services, initially teaming up with a friend on a business that operated in Florida and two other states. Upon purchasing his friend’s portion of the Florida business in 2016, he looked for a new name and brand identity. Thus, Plumbing & Cooling Nerds was established. We are dedicated to delivering “clever home solutions” with a zeal for customer satisfaction.
