Plumbing & Cooling Nerds represents the third phase of the plumbing and air conditioning business founded by John Verhoff after relocating to Southwest Florida in 2007. He began his career working on new construction jobs. Yet, following the 2008-2009 recession, he realized that contractor work restricted his business control. In 2012, Verhoff pivoted to home services, partnering with a friend on a company that had branches in Florida and two additional states. When he acquired his friend's share of the Florida business in 2016, he sought a new name and brand identity. That’s when Plumbing & Cooling Nerds came to life. We are dedicated to delivering “clever home solutions” with a zeal for customer satisfaction.
