Still had a problem with the sink. I called them back directly and they immediately scheduled me for a follow-up appointment as soon as possible. I was greeted by Martin, who arrived as planned. He took information from the previous technician who came to my residence, which aided in his assessment of my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it now looks like it's fixed. I really appreciate the fast service and professionalism by all of the staff at this company. Thank you again!

I don't know about you, but I like to support businesses of kind and hard working Americans.

I would not support their business.

I don't think it's good business to cuss out 17 year olds for no reason from your truck with your business info on it.

The behavior exerted by the people in this car was obscene and uncalled for. Their truck was behind my sister's car, who was waiting to make a right turn at a stop sign. The space in the most right lane was occupied so she was waiting to turn. Plumbing Concepts decided to roll down the window, and call my sister a bitch????

Lol get a hold of yourself. Learn some patience. Rude people like you bring me and the rest of the world down.

Isn't the point of having your establishment's name and phone number on your truck to PROMOTE your business? At least behave while you're riding your Plumping Concepts truck.

Do NOT use this company!! The do NOT stand behind their work and have the worst customer service!! Standard Pacific Homes used them as the plumbing contract for all the homes in my subdivision. 2 years out of my warranty the main water line in my house breaks and they diagnosis it as a fitting issue that is ""common"" in my area. They refuse to fix because I'm out of warranty! While I totally understand the warranty issue, I strongly feel that a main water line should last more than 12 years and they should honor their work!!! In fact, i feel the water main should almost out last the house! The topper... they quoted me $1850 - $3000 to fix the issue. Getting it done tomorrow for $675 by an HONEST plumber!!!! Run away from these clowns as fast as u can! Google their company name ...

Update: They quoted me 2 guys 8hrs each to repair the main line. It was repaired in 5 hrs by ONE guy!! Beware of they guys

Installed a whole-house water filtration, water softener and RO system in my house. Martin worked exceptionally hard, was very friendly and made sure I understood my system well. Thanks for all the hard work and a job well-done at a great price!

These guys installed the plumbing for an out of business builder John Liang in Tustin. Well every single bathroom in my house and my neighbors instead of building the phalange long enough to reach the toilet they cut corners and put two to three wax seals to connect the toilet. Talk about lazy. You normally put one. That caused leaks etc. to have the guts to put your name on new construction and do such shoddy work and cut corners is inexcusable. Good luck and take your chances with the cut corners guys aka plumbing concepts. I guess the concept is to do the minimum.

Had a small leak coming from the main line into the house but it was covered under my home warranty. Anthony came out cut a hole in the wall and checked everything out and found the leak. He did not have all the necessary parts which wasn't a big deal because this was hardly any emergency. Anthony came back out on time again and did an amazing job. He also offered me many other tips in regards to plumbing. Before he left I asked him about the home water pressure and he offered to check it for me. Turned out it was super high and needed to get turned down. He attempted to adjust it from the regulator but was unable to do so. turned out my regulator was busted. Luckily he had the part on him and was able to fix it on the spot without any additional labor charge. The price of the part was more than reasonable. His great customer service, vast knowledge of plumbing, and attention to detail will definitely make them my first call for future plumbing needs.

These guys don't even deserve 1 star. First off hired them to replace water heater and replumb bathroom. They guy shows up 2 hours late. He speeds down my street doing atleast 50 mph and almost hits 2 of my neighbors kids. Turns at the end of cult e sac and tires screeching. 5 of my neighbors went off on me because of him. He showed up with no materials and said he will be right back. An hour later he shows up with the wrong heater and wrong size piping. He says he's going to come back the next day. He again showed up an hour late which made my daughter miss her ballet lessons. He finishes in 4 days which he said it will take him 2 days. Once he finishes he tells me it's going to be an additional $1900 and I have to pay him now. The guy had a really bad attitude and was a complete jerk to my daughter. I don't know how he's still in business. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.

Our RANNAI tankless water heater was leaking like crazy. We called the manufacture who gave us a few names of local plumbers who were certified on their units. I called Plumbing Concepts and spoke to Lori. She was very helpful and professional. We set up the appointment and Bill came out. He was personable, professional, and got right down to it. He had our system up and running in no time at all. These guys are fair and know their stuff. Not to mention the price was four times less than another plumbing service quoted me!! I can vouch for their skills on these tankless systems. Awesome service, thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Technician did not notify us when he arrived. I went outside to thank him for coming out on Sunday to fix my broken water main. He just stared blankly and was clearly annoyed. I asked him what he thought and he said it was ""broken"" and turned his back to me. After leaving him to work, I came back out later and asked how it was going and looking for how to prevent the break from happening again, he responded rudely with, ""let me do my job and fix this"". He qualified his abruptness by saying that he had a long Saturday and Sunday...I would never ever use them and hope that standard pacific homes doesn't use them again either.

Called them because the builder of my home recommended them and told me I had to use them to maintain my home warranty. First time they came for hot water mixing with cold, the guy was clueless and pointed at all kinds of unrelated things. The manager had to come over and sort things out. The second time, I had a huge leak that showed up on my exterior wall - they were quick to point fingers at others instead of diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be an AC condensation pipe that was not connected! The third time around, a guy showed up to install new fixtures, spent two hours before telling me that he was missing some parts and some tools. I would have expected him to show up with his tools !! When he was scheduled for the follow-up, he was supposed to show up between 12 and 4. I called several times and was told to wait and expect a call. Nobody ever showed. When I called to reschedule, I left 3 messages but got no response. I called the 4th time and finally was transfered to the manager, who told me that they are scared of doing ""further work at my house"" and unwilling to come back because ""a lot of work was done by others"". This is several weeks after the previous appointment. What a waste of time and money. So much for reputable and professional plumbers that your builder makes you use - they don't want to warrant their work and poof! they're gone.
