Emergency plumbing leak inside the wall at our office right at the end of the work day. Called Plumbing Concepts spoke with Lori who was amazing! Lori gave me a couple of options for when she could dispatch a service tech. Communication after that continued to be incredible. E-mail followed, then Martin letting me know were he was at along with ETA. A text again that he was on his was 10 min away. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, clean and courteous!!! I have used many plumbers over the years but these are the plumbers that you want to use! Honest, fair pricing, hard-working, explain everything and do a wonderful job. Every detail is thought of, even confirming the appointment by text with a picture of the plumber that is coming. The people in the office couldn't be nicer. I've had a toilet replaced and a sink repaired with them and could not be happier. I give the highest recommendation that I could possibly give to them

Awesome service! Cannot complain. My plumber, Martin, arrived during the time window given and was well-prepared. Help me save a lot of $$$ since previous plumbers couldn't find out the solution, and we almost have to open up our wall. After finished fixing the problem, the even help me flush out the pipe. The price was reasonable.

We had pipe leak in our house and Pablo came to the rescue! We have been with plumbing concepts since we bought our house for 18 years and I have to say Pablo is the best among their already great staff of plumbers! He was very professional, patient, and clearly an expert at leak detection. We had a difficult problem but he found the solution without breaking future home inspection. I would highly recommend plumbing concepts and especially ask for Pablo when you call them!

We had a slow leak coming from the bottom of the wall in our garage. Contacted Lori at Plumbing Concepts a little after 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and told her about the problem. She said she would get someone out right away, let me know the cost for the first hour of work excluding parts and said I would receive a text when the technician was close.

I received a text within an hour showing me that the technician was dispatched, who my technician was (including photo), and a number to call if I needed to reschedule. Felipe arrived shortly after the text, identified the leak areas and where he would need to check to find the leak, and went over the cost estimate exactly as Lori had described. He quickly located the source of the leak in the wall, showed me the problem, what he needed to do to fix it, how much time it would take and how the cost compared to the estimate. I gave the go ahead and he didn't everything as he said and fixed the problem quickly.

Felipe not only prepped the area he worked in with plastic sheeting, but he cleaned up everything after so it was cleaner than when he started. What started out as a nightmare leak ended with a fantastic, affordable and timely solution to our problem. I highly recommend Plumbing Concepts and their team.
