On February 21, 2014, Plumbing Care, Inc. was founded in San Ramon, California. We obtained our plumbing license in California on April 10, 2014 (CSLB# 992032). We aim to surpass customer expectations by providing energy-efficient products crafted from top-quality materials and workmanship at fair prices. We focus on service rather than sales and are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service throughout the entire process. Having accumulated over 9 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing, we previously worked for one of the largest plumbing companies in the U.S. Now, we are using our expertise to build a strong community for Plumbing Care customers.

Paul P.While the problem appears to have been addressed, I find myself dissatisfied with the replacement of one of the hose bibs. Despite our request for a longer pipe to be left protruding, this was overlooked. Additionally, the new pipe has been installed at an awkward angle, resulting in a less than tidy appearance.
In all fairness, two other bibs were replaced satisfactorily, and I have no complaints about that.
Apart form that - the technician was able to arrive the next day, was punctual, and courteously gave us a heads-up call.

Kim S.Excellent service. I requested Plumbing Care's help with a small shower leak in the bathroom. While the fix itself was not terribly complicated (replacing a faucet cartridge) it did require turning off the water to multiple units in my section of our apt building.
Keith was incredibly efficient in both turning off the building water to my unit, repairing the cartridge, replacing the shower trim parts. (And his expert caulking around the replaced parts was a great finishing touch.) And he managed to do all this in just over an hour's time.
