Plumber Care was great once again. My kitchen sink was clogged and Alejandro, my technician was friendly, professional and efficient. He put on booties, kept under my sink dry and cleared my clog in under an hour. Great service! Highly recommend them.

This has to be one the best customer experiences I have ever had. Great service right from the scheduling through to the service tech. I submitted an online request and received a response minutes later. Lupe arrived later that same afternoon. Lupe was amazing, super friendly and explained everything he was going do and then confirmed everything he did. Thanks Lupe. Afterwords, I received an email with my invoice and progress pictures of Lupe's work. Every service tech should do this. Plumbing Care will be in my speed dial for sure!

These guys are the best I have found in the Sacramento area. I first used them when I had a leak of unidentified origin. This was the second plumber I called (the first was through my home warranty service and didn't look very hard for the leak before giving up). This one was thorough, and when he couldn't find an obvious leak he called someone to come with equipment to check for a non-plumbing leak, rather than just leaving us hanging.
We used them again for a non-urgent plumbing job. The plumber was prompt and knowledgeable, and did a good job. And their prices were very good. I recommend them.

Plumbing Care scheduled me for a next day appointment. They thoroughly explained the issue, made the repairs after my approval, and took a good number of pictures. The services only cost me a few hundred dollars after another company told me I would need to repipe my bathroom for thousands of dollars. The technician Dragan was kind, respectful, and patient. He sent a picture of himself and a brief background to let us know he was on his way. He explained what preventative maintenance I would need to do annually in the future to prevent the issue from happening again.

I discovered a leak connected to my washing machine. Contacted Plumbing Care and they sent technician out the next day. Dimiti was excellent. He was very friendly and his communication was great in terms of explaining what needed to be done. He was very efficient and completed the repairs quicker than I anticipated. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received. I have used Plumbing Care's services a number of times over the last 9 years and I've always been very satisfied with the outcome.

Called in early November about a water heater replacement under warranty since this company is apparently the company the manufacturer works with in my area for this sort of issue. Technician came out, said they didn't have the part in stock, would have to order it, they'd get back to me when they had it.

Waited until December, and having heard nothing, called them back. Was told that I had declined service. I found this strange since I had not talked to them. They called me back later that day to tell me that they didn't want to do the work since the manufacturer didn't pay them enough. I reiterated that the manufacturer had referred me to them and told me they would cover the labor, and the gentleman I spoke to said he would call the manufacturer to follow up.

Waited a week, no contact, called back, was told the same story. So the one star review is for being part of some manufacturer program but not honoring that, and total lack of communication.
